Description
Claims (7)
- 圧延機の通過ラインに沿って移動する製品を加速または減速するピンチロールユニットであって、
互いに平行である第1の軸周りで揺動するように装着された一対のレバーと、
前記レバーに保持され、それぞれのレバーの第1の軸と平行な第2の軸周りで回転するように軸受されたロールシャフトと、
前記ロールシャフトに保持され、相互の間に前記製品を受け取る空間を規定するピンチロールと、
電気的に駆動される第1のモータと、
前記第1のモータを前記レバーに機械的に結合する連結手段であって、前記第1のモータは前記連結手段を介して動作して前記レバーを前記第1の軸周りで揺動させ、前記製品に接触しない開位置と、前記製品に接触して相互の間で前記製品を把持する閉位置との間で前記ピンチロールを移動する連結手段と、
前記ピンチロールを回転可能に駆動する、電気的に駆動される第2のモータと、
前記ピンチロール間に規定された空間の前段である前記通過ラインに沿った位置に前記製品が存在することを示す信号を生成する検出手段と、
所定の製品寸法について前記信号に応じて動作し、前記開位置と前記閉位置との間に前記ピンチロールの接触前位置を決定し、前記接触前位置を記憶し、同じ寸法の後続の製品に対し、前記ピンチロールを前記開位置から前記接触前位置に迅速に移動させ、前記ピンチロールを前記接触前位置から前記閉位置に引き続き素早く移動させる制御手段と、
を有するピンチロールユニット。 - 前記連結手段は、
前記第1のモータによって駆動されて、前記第1および第2の軸に平行である第3の軸周りで回転するディスククランクと、
一対の連結部材であって、各々がその両端部において前記ディスククランクおよび前記レバーのそれぞれ1個と軸支結合される一対の連結部材と、
を有する、請求項1に記載のピンチロールユニット。 - 前記制御手段は、前記ピンチロールによって前記製品に適用される圧力を制御するように追加的に動作する、請求項1に記載のピンチロールユニット。
- 前記第1のモータによって付与されるトルクを変化させることによって、前記ピンチロールによって前記製品に適用される圧力を制御する、請求項4に記載のピンチロールユニット。
- 前記第1のモータはサーボモータである、請求項1に記載のピンチロールユニット。
- 前記制御手段は、前記製品寸法の変更に応じて、前記接触前位置を変更するように追加的に動作する、請求項1に記載のピンチロールユニット。
- 熱間圧延された製品をピンチロール間で通過ラインに沿って進め、電気的に駆動されるサーボモータによってピンチロールを開閉する圧延機において、前記ピンチロールの動作を制御する方法であって、
(1)前記ピンチロールの前段の通過ラインに沿った位置に製品が到着すること、および製品の速度を検出し、
(2)(1)のステップの結果に基づいて、製品寸法が以前の寸法から新規の寸法に変更されたか否かを検出し、
(3)(2)のステップの結果に基づいて、
(a)製品寸法が変更されている場合、
(i)所定のピンチロール圧力を前記製品に加えるために前記サーボモータに適用する電流制限値を設定し、
(ii)前記サーボモータを励磁して前記ピンチロールを全開位置から閉位置にゆっくり移動して前記製品と接触させて前記所定のピンチロール圧力を実現し、
(iii)前記ピンチロールを前記全開位置から、前記製品から短い距離をあけた接触前位置に移動するための前記サーボモータの暫定設定を決定、保存し、
あるいは、
(b)製品寸法が変更されていない場合、
(i)以前に保存された暫定設定にしたがって前記サーボモータを励磁して、前記ピンチロールを前記全開位置から前記以前に保存された暫定設定によって得られた接触前位置まで迅速に移動し、
(ii)所定のピンチロール圧力を前記製品に加えるために前記サーボモータに適用する電流制限値を設定し、
(iii)前記ピンチロールを前記接触前位置から素早く移動して前記製品と接触させて前記所定のピンチロール圧力を前記製品に適用し、
(iv)前記サーボモータに対する、更新された暫定設定を決定、保存し、
(4)ピンチロール開コマンドを受信することを待ち、
(5)前記サーボモータを励磁して、前記ピンチロールをそれぞれの全開位置に戻す、
方法。
