Description

前記プラットフォームの前記第2の表面から延在する格子であって、複数のラスを含み、前記複数のラスの各ラスは長手方向の軸と2つの端部とを有する長手方向の構造を有し、前記複数のラスは少なくとも第1の領域及び第2の領域に配置され、当該第1の領域内の各ラスは当該第2の領域内の各ラスの周囲寸法とは実質的に異なる周囲寸法を有するものである、前記格子と
を含むものである、前記靴底と
を含む靴。 - 請求項1記載の靴において、
前記格子は、更に、複数のセルユニットを備え、
前記複数のセルユニットの各セルユニットは複数の面によって画定され、
前記複数の面の各面は、複数の隣接する頂点によって形成される平面内の区域によって画定され、
前記複数の隣接する頂点の各頂点は、結合された前記複数のラスのうちのいくつかのラスの各々の2つの端部のうち一端部によって形成され、
前記複数のセルユニットのうちのすべてのセルユニットは、前記隣接する頂点で結合される前記複数のラスの前記長手方向の軸に沿って延在する実質的に均一な体積を有するものである靴。 - 請求項2記載の靴において、
前記格子は、更に、複数の不均一な部分的セルユニットを含み、
各不均一な部分的セルユニットは少なくとも2つの部分的な面によって画定され、
前記少なくとも2つの部分的な面の各部分的な面は、少なくとも1つの頂点及び当該少なくとも1つの頂点において結合される、前記複数のラスのうちの2つのラスの少なくとも一部分によって形成される平面内の区域によって画定されるものである靴。 - 請求項2記載の靴において、前記複数の頂点の一部は、4つの互いに結合するラスの端部によって形成されるものである靴。
- 請求項2記載の靴において、各セルユニットは、前記格子が規則正しい繰り返しパターンを有するように隣接するセルユニットに当接するものである靴。
- 請求項2記載の靴において、各セルユニットは、実質的に八面体として形成されるものである靴。
- 請求項2記載の靴において、前記格子は、前記つま先部分から前記踵部分まで、及び前記内側部分から前記外側部分まで延在するものである靴。
- 請求項1記載の靴において、前記格子は、単一の一体型部品として形成されるものである靴。
- 請求項1記載の靴において、前記格子は、前記プラットフォームと一体的に形成されるものである靴。
- 前記第1の表面は、前記着用者の前記足底に適合するように輪郭が形成されるものである靴。
- 靴のための中間底であって、
つま先端部と、踵端部と、土踏まず側部と、外側部とを有するプラットフォームであって、着用者の足底と向き合うように構成される第1の表面と、前記第1の表面の反対側の第2の表面とを有するものである、前記プラットフォームと、
前記プラットフォームの前記第2の表面と一体的に形成される格子であって、
前記つま先端部、前記踵端部、前記土踏まず側部、及び前記外側部に対して相対的に配設される複数の領域であって、少なくとも第1の領域及び第2の領域を含むものである、前記複数の領域と、
複数のラスであって、前記複数のラスの各ラスは、長手方向の軸と2つの端部とを有する長手方向構造を有し、かつその長手方向の軸を中心とした周囲寸法を有するものであり、前記複数のラスは複数の領域に配置され、ラスの第1の部分は前記第1の領域内に配設され、ラスの第2の部分は前記第2の領域内に配設されるものであり、前記ラスの第1の部分における各ラスは、前記ラスの第2の部分における各ラスの第2の周囲寸法とは実質的に異なる第1の周囲寸法を有するものである、前記複数のラスと、

前記格子は、更に、前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域との間に配設される遷移区域を含み、
ラスの遷移部分は前記遷移区域内に配設され、
前記ラスの遷移部分内における前記ラスの周囲寸法は、前記第1の周囲寸法と前記第2の周囲寸法との間の段階的に変化する寸法である中間底。 - 請求項11記載の中間底において、前記格子は単一の一体型部品として形成されるものである中間底。
- 請求項11記載の中間底において、前記プラットフォーム及び前記格子は、ゲート痕、スプール痕(sprue marks)、分割線痕(parting line marks)、及び突出しピン痕(ejector pin marks)なしで一体的に形成されるものである中間底。
- 請求項11記載の中間底において、前記格子は、更に、複数のセルユニットを含み、
前記複数のセルユニットの各セルユニットは少なくとも2つの面によって画定され、
前記少なくとも2つの面の各面は、少なくとも1つの頂点及び当該少なくとも1つの頂点において結合される、前記複数のラスのうちの2つのラスの2つの長手方向の軸の少なくとも一部分によって形成される平面内の区域によって画定されるものである中間底。 - 請求項15記載の中間底において、
前記複数のセルユニットの少なくとも一部分は、複数の面によって画定され、
前記複数の面の各面は、複数の隣接する頂点によって形成される平面内の区域によって画定され、
前記複数の隣接する頂点の各頂点は、結合された前記複数のラスのうちのいくつかのラスの各々の2つの端部のうち一端部によって形成され、
前記複数のセルユニットの前記少なくとも一部分におけるすべてのセルユニットは、前記複数の頂点のうちいくつかの隣接する頂点によって画定され、且つ前記隣接する頂点で結合される前記複数のラスの長手方向の軸に沿って延在する実質的に均一な体積を有するものである中間底。 - 請求項16記載の中間底において、前記複数の隣接する頂点の一部分の頂点は、結合された4つのラスの一端部によって形成され、各セルユニットは実質的に八面体として形成されるものである中間底。
- 請求項17記載の中間底において、前記複数の隣接する頂点の少なくとも一部分は、前記複数のセルユニットの前記少なくとも一部分のうち2つの隣接したセルユニットによって共有され、それにより、前記複数の隣接した頂点の前記少なくとも一部分は、結合された8つのラスの一端部によって形成され、実質的に8面体として形成される2つのセルユニットは相互の上に積み上げられるものである中間底。
- 靴を製造する方法であって、

前記格子構造が実質的に表底に向き合い、かつ前記プラットフォームが実質的に靴甲部に向き合うように、前記中間底を実質的に表底の内に配置する工程と
を含む方法。 - 請求項19記載の方法において、前記格子構造を印刷する工程は、複数の頂点で結合された複数のラスを印刷する工程を含み、これにより、前記複数の頂点のうちのいくつかの隣接する頂点によって画定され、かつ前記隣接する頂点で結合された前記複数のラスの長手方向の軸によって境界付けられる複数のセルユニットが形成され、前記複数のセルユニットのセルユニットの少なくとも一部分は前記隣接する頂点のうち6つの頂点によって画定されるものである方法。
