(57)【要約】 【目的】 水に濡れた地面では滑り易い問題点を有する
スポンジゴム材で成形したサンダル台が、防滑性を有
し、安全に履用できる。 【構成】 スポンジゴム材でサンダル台本体１を成形す
る。中底面５側より接地面２側に向かって防滑部材嵌挿
孔４，４，…を複数穿設する。合成ゴム又は天然ゴム材
で略皿形ビス形に形成した防滑ゴム鋲６を、円柱形の一
端側を接地面２より突出せしめて嵌挿する。中底面５上
に重接着した中底重接面８で防滑ゴム鋲６の円錐台形頭
部を抑止固着する。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は滑り止めの防滑ゴム鋲を埋設したサンダル台に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、通常の靴類、特にスポーツ靴などにおいては、靴の接地底面に各種の滑 りにくい形状の防滑溝や、或はスパイク類を取り付けて接地面との滑りを防止し ているが、ビーチやプールサイド、キャンプ場などで広く利用されている軽くて 水に強い、スポンジゴム材で成形しているサンダル台は、単に接地面に防滑溝を 刻設した構造となっている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来、スポンジゴム材で成形したサンダル台を用いたサンダルは、軽くて水に 強いために、ビーチやプールサイド、キャンプ場等で広く利用されているが、難 点は平滑な道路や、地層表面の水分により滑ることが多い問題点を有していた。 本考案は従来の技術の有するこれらの問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、そ の目的とするところは、スポンジゴム材で形成されたサンダル台でありながら、 平滑な道路や地層表面上でも水分で濡れた状態でも滑ることなく安心して歩行の できるサンダル台を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本考案におけるサンダル台は、スポンジゴム材で 成形したサンダル台中に、合成ゴム、又は天然ゴムで形成した中空円柱状の一端 を皿形状に形成した防滑ゴム鋲を嵌挿し、前記防滑ゴム鋲の下端部は接地底面よ り突出させ、上端部はサンダル台の上面に貼着した中底重接面で押止する。

【作用】
サンダル台の接地面より突出したゴム材で形成した多数の防滑ゴム鋲が地面に 接するために滑りが防止できる。

【実施例】
実施例について図面を参照して説明すると、図１〜図３においてサンダル台本 体１は、例えばスポンジゴム材で略従来のサンダル台形に成形し、接地面２には 防滑溝３，３，…を刻設する。 防滑部材嵌挿孔４，４，…は、サンダル台本体１の中底面５側より接地面２側 に向かって円筒形に穿孔する。 防滑ゴム鋲６は、例えば合成ゴム、又は、天然ゴム材を用いて成形し、円柱形 の一端を円錐台形に形成して略皿形ビス形に成形し、円柱部を防滑部材嵌挿孔４ 中に嵌挿して一端部を接地面２より突出する。 中空孔７は、前記防滑ゴム鋲６の接地面２側より突出した部分に肉厚を残して 、円錐台形側より円柱状に穿孔する。 中底重接面８は、例えばスポンジゴム材で、サンダル台本体１の中底面５と同 形の薄板に形成し、中底面５上に糊着して、前記防滑ゴム鋲６の円錐台形の頭部 を抑止固定する。
【０００７】 防滑ゴム鋲６の形状は、必ずしも円柱形に限定されるものではなく、円柱形に 代えて、角柱形に形成してもよく、また、中空状に形成することが好ましいが、 柱形としてもよいことは勿論である。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、以上説明したように構成されているので、以下に記載されるような 効果を奏する。 水に濡れても滑り難い合成ゴム或は、天然ゴムで柱状に形成した防滑ゴム鋲の 先端部が、接地面より数多く突出しているためにビーチや、プールサイド、キャ ンプ場等の水で濡れた滑り易い場所で使用しても滑ることがなく、従来の軽装で 水に強いスポンジゴム材のサンダルの長所とも相俟って安全性も確保され需要の 増大が期待できる。

  1. 【請求項１】 スポンジゴム材で成形したサンダル台本
    体１の中底面５側より接地面２側に向かって複数穿孔し
    た防滑部材嵌挿孔４，４，…中に、合成ゴム材で中空円
    柱形の一端を円錐台形に形成した略皿形ビス形の防滑ゴ
    ム鋲６を、円柱形の一端側を接地面２より空出せしめて
    嵌挿し、前記中底面５上に重接着した中底重接面８で前
    記防滑ゴム鋲６の円錐台形頭部を抑止固着してなる防滑
    ゴム鋲を埋設したサンダル台。
  2. 【請求項２】 防滑ゴム鋲６を天然ゴムで成形したこと
    を特徴とする請求項１の防滑ゴム鋲を埋設したサンダル
    台。
