本实用新型是用于鞋类中的减震装置,尤其是在有鞋后跟中使用的减震垫。包括减震垫外壳、减震柱和减震空腔组成,减震垫位于鞋后根中,减震垫外壳为凹槽形,凹槽的底部设置减震柱,该减震柱的长度于凹槽的深度相仿,减震柱中部设有空腔,且均匀分布于凹槽的底部。减震柱的形状为圆形、方形或其他任意形状。减震柱内的空腔与减震空腔相连通。采用上述结构,可使鞋底在材料相同的条件下,具有高弹性、高耐磨性的同时,减小地面对人体的冲击力,提高穿着的舒适性。

一种鞋后跟减震垫
【技术领域】
本实用新型属于鞋类领域,尤其是在鞋后根中使用的减震垫。
【背景技术】
鞋是人们的日常生活中离不开的用品。为了使鞋耐磨、轻便、穿着舒适,人们对鞋底的结构做过很多的设计。例如在市场中常见到,关于鞋底中采用中部具有空腔的结构,使鞋底在空腔内空气的作用下,提高穿着的舒适性。但这种设计的鞋底,尤其是鞋后跟的耐磨性较差。还有另外的一种的设计采用在鞋后根内,设置一空腔,空腔内安装有弹性的小柱,虽然使鞋底具有一定的弹性,但由于弹性材料性能的限制,其使用的性能及寿命也存在缺陷。
【发明内容】
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种鞋后跟减震垫,具有安装方便,使用寿命长,穿着舒适的鞋后跟减震垫。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是通过下列措施实现的:这种鞋后跟减震垫,包括减震垫外壳、减震柱和减震空腔组成,减震垫位于鞋底后根中,减震垫外壳为凹槽形,凹槽的底部设置减震柱,该减震柱的长度于凹槽的深度相仿,减震柱中部设有空腔,且均匀分布于凹槽的底部。减震柱的形状为圆形方形或其他任意形状。只要起到减震的作用,对其形状没有更多的限制。减震垫安装后,安装槽的表面将减震柱的上表面密封,使减震柱上的空腔与减震空腔相互分离。所以该空腔的上表面应当平整,使其在受到压缩的时,与鞋后根中安装减震垫的安装槽的上表面形成密封。采用这样的结构,可在使用相同材料的条件下,使鞋底的弹性和舒适性得到提高。
减震垫的形状为可以设置在鞋后跟中的形状相应。
减震垫的下部设有耐磨块,该耐磨块的形状与减震垫的形状相应。
本实用新型采用上述解决方案后,获得了以下技术效果:采用减震垫中设置减震柱,并在减震柱中设有空腔,空腔与减震垫的减震空腔相互间隔的设计方案,更加充分的利用了空气的弹性,在采用相同材质的前提下,在受到压力时,在减震空腔、受到压力后密封且各自独立的减震柱内的空腔,空腔受压后的真空作用以及减震垫材料的弹性共同的作用下,大幅度的减少地面对人体的冲击,明显改善穿着舒适性,可显著提高其使用寿命,降低对材质的依赖和要求,降低了生产的成本。在鞋底受力最集中的区域,减震垫的下方与设置耐磨块,提高鞋底的耐磨性。

【实施方式】
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进一步详细说明:如图3、图4、图6为减震垫的外形及均匀排列的减震柱1的情况,结合图1、图5、图7、图8、图9、图10可看到本实用新型是在由减震垫外壳、减震柱1、减震空腔5,所构成的现有减震垫的基础上,将其安装在鞋后跟中,减震垫外壳为凹槽形,该凹槽2的形状与鞋后跟的形状相应,但也可为其他的形状,凹槽2的侧壁3的高度应于减震柱1一致或者相仿。减震柱1为圆柱状,也可为椭圆形或者其他的形状,均匀排列在凹槽2的底部,且高度保持一致,上端面应当光滑平整。减震柱1中部设有空腔4,该空腔4的形状最好与减震柱1的形状相应,减震柱1内的空腔4与减震空腔5相互间隔,减震空腔5为凹槽2之中减震柱1之间的空隙即为减震空腔5。如图1所示,将减震垫安装在鞋后跟中预留的安装槽6中,减震柱1的上端面所对的鞋底的表面应当光滑平整。使用过程中,当脚向下踩时,鞋底受压变形,减震垫也随之变形,首先受到压缩的是减震垫的侧壁3发生变形收缩,减震柱1的上端面与鞋底内的光滑表面接触。两个光滑的表面接触,使减震柱1中的空腔4的到密封,形成独立封闭的空腔。当压力继续增大时,鞋底和减震垫继续变形,这是减震柱1中的空腔4和减震空腔5中的空气受压后,产生反作用力。因此人的脚跟所受到的反作用力,是鞋底变形、减震垫侧壁3变形、减震空腔5变形、所有减震柱1中的空腔4变形,所产生的合力,其中起主要作用的是减震柱1中的空腔4,该空腔4的开口处受压后,就会与鞋底的平面密封后,采用这样的结构,使用者会感到舒适性显著提高。由于利用了空气的减震作用,这是独立的空腔4受到压力的时候,空腔4就会胀大,使空腔4内形成真空状态,使减震力得到加强。所以这种鞋在采用同样材质制作的条件,其减震作用明显得到加强,图2是安装减震垫的鞋底的主视图,图中显示了减震垫的安装状态。
减震柱1的形状为可以为任意形状,只要能够满足减震的要求就可以。但其形状最好为圆柱状,其中的空腔4的形状应当与减震柱1的形状相应,保证减震柱1中空腔4的侧壁均匀,增加耐用性。如图11所示,减震垫安装在鞋后跟中预留的安装槽6中,该安装槽6装入减震垫后,再安装耐磨块7,该耐磨块7是由比较耐磨的材料制成的,用以提高鞋后跟的耐磨强度。

1.一种鞋后跟减震垫,由减震垫外壳、减震柱和减震空腔组成,其特征在于:减震垫设置在鞋底后根中,减震垫外壳为凹槽形,凹槽的底部设置减震柱,该减震柱的长度凹槽的深度相仿,减震柱中部设有空腔,且均匀分布于凹槽的底部,减震柱和减震外壳之间的空间为减震空腔,减震柱内的空腔与减震空腔相互间隔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋后跟减震垫,其特征在于:减震柱内的空腔的形状与减震柱的形状相应。
3、根据权利要求1、2任意一项所述的一种鞋后跟减震垫,其特征在于:减震垫的形状与鞋后跟形状相应。
4、根据权利要求1、2任意一项所述的一种鞋后跟减震垫,其特征在于:减震垫的下部设有耐磨块,该耐磨块的形状与减震垫的形状相应。
5、根据权利要求3所述的一种鞋后跟减震垫,其特征在于:减震垫的下部设有耐磨块,该耐磨块的形状与减震垫的形状相应。
