Abstract

本实用新型是一种预防跳伞着陆伤的伞兵鞋鞋底,该鞋底为一夹层结构,夹层中装有前后两个气囊,两气囊的侧面各有一气阀与大气相通,气囊内部充填着泡沫材料。当伞兵鞋鞋底无承载重量时,借助泡沫材料的膨胀作用,大气经气阀实现对气囊的自动充气;伞兵着陆时,已充气的气囊受到冲击被压缩,气囊中的气体经气阀排出,由于气体排出需要一定时间,从而延长了伞兵的着陆时间,减小了着陆冲击力,降低了伞兵跳伞着陆伤的发生概率。

一种带有自动充气气囊的伞兵鞋鞋底
本实用新型涉及一种预防伞兵跳伞着陆伤的辅助装置。
伞兵跳伞时,由于各种原因,实际发生跳伞着陆伤的概率仍然较高。着陆伤涉及腓骨骨折、踝关节扭伤、脊骨骨折、胫骨骨折等。有关跳伞着陆伤的调查报告及原因分析不少,但涉及预防着陆伤装备的研究和应用目前不多。下述专利文献予以披露:
中国专利CN2034458U(1989年3月22日授权公告)颜学用、马旭研制的“充气护踝品”。
中国专利CN2134068Y(1993年5月26日授权公告)赖朱玉英研制的“一体射出成型具有弹性块构造的鞋底”。
以上技术以保健或地面训练伤的防护为主,所用材料为弹性材料,反弹力较强。
伞兵跳伞着陆时的受伤情况,一方面取决于着陆姿势、降落伞操纵等与训练有关的主观因素,另一方面取决于着陆冲击力的大小这一客观因素。本实用新型要解决的问题是设计一种伞兵辅助装备,具体说就是一种特殊的伞兵鞋鞋底,它能够减少伞兵着陆冲击力,从而降低引起伞兵着陆伤的这一客观因素的影响。
设伞兵跳伞总质量(伞兵体重加装备质量)为m,着陆速度(即伞兵着陆前的瞬时速度)为υ,伞兵着陆时受到地面的冲量(Ft)与着陆前的动量(mυ)应相等,即
             Ft=mυ。
上式中,F是伞兵接触地面的瞬间由于失去运动速度而产生的作用于伞兵身体上的着陆冲击力,t是着陆时间,即伞兵从接触地面到着陆速度完全消失的时间间隔。因此,着陆冲击力的大小为
            F=mυ/t。
显然,在跳伞总质量m和着陆速度υ改变不大的情况下,延长着陆时间t是减少着陆冲击力F的唯一有效方法。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种伞兵跳伞辅助装备,该装备能够有效地延长着陆时间,减小着陆冲击力,预防伞兵跳伞着陆伤,实现伞兵跳伞的软着陆。
下面结合说明书附图详细描述本实用新型。
图1是带有自动充气气囊的伞兵鞋鞋底与伞兵鞋相结合的构造示意图。
图2是与气囊相结合的气阀3和4的构造图。
图3是粘结在气阀3和4的斜面上的弹性片12的构造图。
本实用新型是一种带有自动充气气囊的伞兵鞋鞋底,如图1所示。该鞋底为一夹层结构,夹层中装有前后两个由橡胶制成的气囊1和2,两气囊的侧面各有一气阀3和4与大气相通,两气囊内部充填着具有一定弹性的泡沫材料5和6,如海绵、泡沫塑料等。这种内部填满弹性泡沫材料、侧面有气阀的气囊是一种既具有弹性功能、又具有塑性功能的塑弹性装置。这种塑弹性装置的特性介于塑性与弹性之间,即当作用于塑弹性装置上的外力消失后,在短时间内该装置只能部分地向原来的形状恢复。因此,采用这种塑弹性装置的优点是:一方面它具有一定弹性,能延长伞兵着陆时间,减小地面对伞兵的着陆冲击力;另一方面,它的反弹力不明显,不会使伞兵因受到强烈的反弹力而失去身体平衡。
气阀的构造如图2所示,它的主体是一段金属管7,用铜或不锈钢等制成,金属管7穿过气囊1以及2的侧壁并借助螺母8和9及垫片10和11固定在气囊侧壁上,金属管7伸入气囊内部的一端切成斜面,斜面上盖有一弹性片12,弹性片12仅在上部与斜面粘结。弹性片12由橡胶垫14和薄铜片15粘结而成,中部有一小孔,如图3所示。气阀伸入气囊内部一段的外部粘结一保护管13,它的作用是保护弹性片12,当气阀进气或排气时,使得弹性片12可自由地打开或盖住金属管7的斜面。气阀的作用是:一方面可实现大气对气囊的快速充气,另一方面改变弹性片上的小孔直径可控制气囊的排气速度,从而使气囊的塑弹性为一合适的数值。
在伞鞋鞋底无承载重量的情况下,借助气囊内部弹性泡沫材料的膨胀特性,大气经由气阀实现对气囊的自动快速充气,充气过程中弹性片12处于打开状态。在伞兵着陆的瞬间,已充气的气囊由于受到承载重量的冲击而被压缩,气囊中的气体经气阀弹性片上的小孔排出,这时弹性片12处于盖住金属管斜面的状态。气囊从开始排气到气体基本排空需要一定时间,这个时间就是伞兵着陆时间t。在伞兵着陆动量mv基本不变的情况下,着陆时间t主要取决于小孔直径的大小,一般情况下,弹性片小孔直径为0.1~1mm。

Claims (2)

1.一种带有自动充气气囊的伞兵鞋鞋底,其特征在于该鞋底为一夹层结构,夹层中装有前后两个气囊,两气囊的侧面各有一气阀与大气相通,两气囊内部充填着具有一定弹性的泡沫材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带有自动充气气囊的伞兵鞋鞋底,其特征在于气阀的主体是一段金属管,金属管伸入气囊内部的一端切成斜面,斜面上盖有一弹性片,弹性片仅在上部与斜面粘结,弹性片由橡胶垫与薄铜片粘结而成,弹性片的中部有一小孔。
