Abstract
Description
また、ダンパー室に対するガスの吸排量を隙間の幅によって変えることができるので、隙間の幅によってダンパー室の減衰力を調整することができる。それ故、幅を調整することによって主弁体におけるチャタリングの発生をより効果的に抑制することができる。
高圧ガスが貯められるガスタンク等には、図1に示すようなガス用電磁弁1が設けられており、ガス用電磁弁1は、流路を開閉することによってガスの充填及び放出を可能にしている。なお、ガスタンクは、ガス用電磁弁1が使用される一例であり、使用される対象は必ずしもガスタンクに限定されない。即ち、ガス用電磁弁1は、双方向にガスを流すことが要求される流路に設けられる。このような機能を有するガス用電磁弁1は、以下のように構成されている。
本実施形態のガス用電磁弁1では、ばね収容室45がダンパー室46として使用されているが、必ずしもこのように構成されている必要はない。例えば、収容空間35がダンパー室46と同じ機能を有していてもよく、またそれらとは別にダンパー室46を形成してもよい。また、本実施形態のガス用電磁弁1では、ダンパー室46に対するガスの吸排量を隙間48の幅Sによって調整されているが、ガイド44とプランジャ41との間を介してダンパー室46のガスを積極的に吸排させるようにしてもよい。この場合、固定磁極42の先端側部分42bとプランジャ41との間の間隔を調整することによってガスの吸排量を調整することができ、それによってダンパー室46の減衰力を調整することができる。

Claims (4)
- 第1ポート、第2ポート、及び前記第1及び第2ポートに繋がる弁口を有するハウジングと、
前記弁口を閉じる閉位置と前記弁口を開く開位置との間で移動可能であって、前記第1ポートから供給されるガスの圧力によって開方向に移動する主弁体と、
開位置から閉位置に向かう閉方向の付勢力を前記主弁体に与えて前記主弁体を閉位置に位置させる付勢部材と、
前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗する励磁力を発生させて前記主弁体を開位置へと移動させる電磁駆動装置とを備え、
前記ハウジング内には、前記主弁体の動きを減衰させるべくダンパー室が形成されている、ガス用電磁弁。 - 前記主弁体に挿通され、前記付勢部材の付勢力を受けて前記主弁体を閉位置に付勢するシートピストンを更に備え、
前記主弁体には、前記第1ポートと前記第2ポートとを繋ぐパイロット通路が形成され、
前記シートピストンは、前記パイロット通路を閉じるパイロット閉位置と前記パイロット通路を開くパイロット開位置との間で移動することができ、
前記電磁駆動装置は、励磁力を発生させて前記シートピストンを開位置へと移動させることによって、前記主弁体を開位置へと移動させ、
前記ダンパー室は、前記シートピストンより開方向であって前記シートピストンに隣接する位置に形成され、
前記付勢部材は、前記ダンパー室に配置されている、請求項1に記載のガス用電磁弁。 - 前記電磁駆動装置は、前記シートピストンが連動可能に挿通されているプランジャと、前記プランジャに対向させて配置される固定磁極と、前記プランジャに励磁力を与えて前記プランジャを前記固定磁極に引き寄せるソレノイドとを有し、
前記ダンパー室は、前記付勢部材が前記シートピストンと前記固定磁極との間に配置されるように前記プランジャ内に形成され、前記シートピストンと前記プランジャとの間の隙間から前記ダンパー室のガスを吸排する、請求項2に記載のガス用電磁弁。 - 前記主弁体の開方向の移動量を制限するストッパを更に備えている、請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載のガス用電磁弁。
