Claims (4)
- 一次通路、第1圧力室および二次通路を含む主通路ならびに第2圧力室が形成されたハウジングと、
前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室の間に介在する主弁体であって、前記第2圧力室の圧力が前記第1圧力室の圧力よりも低下したときに、前記第1圧力室を前記二次通路から遮断する閉位置から前記第1圧力室を前記二次通路と連通する開位置に移動するように構成された主弁体と、
前記ハウジングの外側または前記一次通路から前記第2圧力室につながるように前記ハウジングに形成された、第1絞りを有する第1パイロット通路と、
前記主弁体が前記閉位置に位置するときに前記第2圧力室と前記二次通路とをつなぐように前記主弁体に形成された、第2絞りを有する第2パイロット通路と、
前記第2圧力室内に配置された、前記第2圧力室を前記第2パイロット通路から遮断する第1操作位置とこの第1操作位置から前記主弁体と反対側に遠ざかる第2操作位置との間で移動するパイロット弁体と、
前記パイロット弁体を前記主弁体に向かって付勢することにより前記パイロット弁体を前記第1操作位置に維持するパイロット弁体用付勢部材と、
通電により前記パイロット弁体を前記第2操作位置に移動させる弁体駆動手段と、を備え、
前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室とは、前記主弁体によって仕切られ、
前記ハウジングと前記主弁体の間には、前記第1圧力室と前記第2圧力室とを隔離するためのシール部材が設けられる、弁装置。 - 前記主弁体を前記パイロット弁体に向かって付勢することにより前記パイロット弁体が前記第2操作位置に位置するときに前記主弁体を前記開位置に維持する主弁体用付勢部材と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の弁装置。 - 前記パイロット弁体が前記第1操作位置と前記第2操作位置の間を移動するストロークは前記主弁体が前記閉位置と前記開位置の間を移動するストロークよりも大きく、前記パイロット弁体が前記第2操作位置に位置し、かつ、前記主弁体が前記開位置に位置したときには、前記パイロット弁体と前記主弁体の間に隙間が形成される、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の弁装置。
- 圧力容器に、部分的に当該圧力容器から露出する状態で内蔵される請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の弁装置であって、
前記一次通路及び前記第1パイロット通路は前記圧力容器の内部と連通し、
前記弁体駆動手段は圧力容器の内部に配置される、弁装置。
