Claims (5)
- 主流路の途中に設けた弁座と、上記弁座に離着座して上記主流路を開閉する主弁体と、上記主流路から分岐されるパイロット流路と、上記パイロット流路の途中に設けたオリフィスと、上記パイロット流路の上記オリフィスよりも下流に接続されて内部圧力で主弁体を閉じる方向に附勢する背圧室と、上記パイロット流路の上記背圧室への接続点よりも下流に配置されて上記背圧室内の圧力を制御するパイロット弁と、上記パイロット弁の開弁圧を調節するソレノイドとを備えたソレノイドバルブにおいて、
上記背圧室から上記パイロット弁へ至る間に第二オリフィスを設けた
ことを特徴とするソレノイドバルブ。 - 上記第二オリフィスは、上記背圧室を上記パイロット流路に連通する連絡流路の途中に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 上記第二オリフィスは、上記パイロット流路の途中であって上記背圧室の接続点から上記パイロット弁との間に設けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 上記弁座の上記主弁体が着座する接触面を粗面とした
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のソレノイドバルブ。 - 上記主弁体は、環状のリーフバルブであり、筒状であって上記主弁体の背面に当接して上記主弁体の背面側に上記背圧室を画成する主スプールと、上記主スプールを上記主弁体へ向けて附勢する附勢手段とを備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のソレノイドバルブ。
