Abstract
Description
前記修正被覆層が、多孔質シリカと、酸変性ロジンを含有することを特徴とする感圧転写修正テープ。
(2)多孔質シリカの吸油量が100〜320ml/100gの範囲である(1)に記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
(3)酸変性ロジンの酸価が180mgKOH/g以上である前記(1)もしくは(2)に記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
(4)修正被覆層中の多孔質シリカの含有量が0.3〜20質量%である前記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
(5)多孔質シリカが、珪酸もしくは珪酸塩をゲル化させてなるコロイド状シリカである前記(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
(6)修正被覆層が、さらに、合成ゴム及びエラストマーから選択される少なくとも一種のバインダー樹脂を含有する前記(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
前記バインダー樹脂の中でも、伸び率が高く、修正被覆層の柔軟性を良好にできるという理由から、合成ゴムやエラストマーの使用が好ましく、特に、スチレン−ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンゴム(SEBS)、スチレン−ブチレン−スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)から選ばれる少なくとも1種を用いるのが好ましい。
表1に示す割合で、有機溶剤(トルエン)、添加剤、分散剤、酸変性ロジン、バインダー樹脂(ゴム状樹脂、不飽和炭化水素樹脂)を混合し、加温して樹脂類を溶解させた後、多孔質シリカ、顔料(酸化チタン)、体質顔料(炭酸マグネシウム)を加えて攪拌、ディスパーザーにて分散させたミルベースを、さらにビーズミルで分散させて、修正被覆層インク(塗工液)を調製した。また、実施例1を基準として、酸変性ロジンの増量・減量は同質量分の不飽和炭化水素樹脂との代替、多孔質シリカの増量・減量は同質量分の炭酸マグネシウムとの代替にて行った。

・パインクリスタルKE−604(酸価240(mgKOH/g)、軟化点130℃、色調150ハーゼン、荒川化学工業株式会社製)
・ハリマックT−80(酸価185(mgKOH/g)、軟化点85℃、色調8以下ガードナー、ハリマ化成株式会社製)
[ロジンエステル]
・エステルガムAA−L(酸価7(mgKOH/g)以下、軟化点82℃以上、色調WW以上USDA、荒川化学工業株式会社製)
・サイシリア350(吸油量320(ml/100g)、ゾルゲル法、富士シリシア化学株式会社製)
・サンスフェア(吸油量300(ml/100g)、ゾルゲル法、AGCエスアイテック社製)

(1)修正被覆層インクの塗工性
修正被覆層インクの塗工性を、下記の基準で評価した。
○:修正被覆層インクが均一に塗工された修正被覆層を得ることができる。
△:修正被覆層インクの一部が均一に塗工されず、修正被覆層の一部にヒビ割れが生じる。
×:修正被覆層インクが均一に塗工されず、修正被覆層全体にヒビ割れが生じる。
感圧転写修正テープを上質紙に転写し、23℃−60%RHの環境下にて24hr保存した後、修正被覆層の表面を観察し、下記の基準で評価した。
○:修正被覆層にクラック(ヒビ)の発生が見られない。
△:修正被覆層の一部もしくは端面にクラック(ヒビ)が見られる。
×:修正被覆層全体にクラック(ヒビ)が見られる。
感圧転写修正テープを上質紙に転写し、その上よりゲルインクボールペン(サラサ、ボール径0.7mm、インク色・黒、ゼブラ株式会社製)にて筆記、5秒経過後に指で擦過した際の状態を下記の基準で評価した。
○:修正被覆層表面、上質紙表面、および指のいずれにもインクの伸び・付着は無かった。
△:修正被覆層表面、上質紙表面、および指へのインクの伸び・付着は僅かであった。(実使用上差し支え無し)
×:修正被覆層表面、上質紙表面、および指へのインクの伸び・付着が多かった。(実使用上問題あり)
上質紙上に油性ボールペン(JETSTREAM、ボール径0.7mm、インク色・黒、三菱鉛筆株式会社製)を用いて直線を筆記し、感圧転写修正テープを筆記線上に転写し、60℃−80%RHの環境下にて3hr保存した後、下記の基準で評価した。
◎:修正被覆層表面に、隠蔽したボールペンの直線の浮き出しが無い。
○:修正被覆層表面に、隠蔽したボールペンの直線の一部が極僅かに浮きだしている。
△:修正被覆層表面に、隠蔽したボールペンの直線全体が薄く浮き出している。
×:修正被覆層表面に、隠蔽したボールペンの直線全体が濃く浮き出しており、容易に視認出来る。(実使用上差し支えあり)
Claims (6)
- 紙又はプラスチックフィルムよりなる剥離基材の片面に、少なくとも、修正被覆層と、粘着層とが順次積層されてなる感圧転写層を有する感圧転写修正テープであって、
前記修正被覆層が、多孔質シリカと、酸変性ロジンを含有することを特徴とする感圧転写修正テープ。 - 多孔質シリカの吸油量が100〜320ml/100gの範囲である請求項1に記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
- 酸変性ロジンの酸価が180mgKOH/g以上である請求項1または2に記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
- 修正被覆層中の多孔質シリカの含有量が0.3〜20質量%である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
- 多孔質シリカが、珪酸もしくは珪酸塩をゲル化させてなるコロイド状シリカである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
- 修正被覆層が、さらに、合成ゴム及びエラストマーから選択される少なくとも一種のバインダー樹脂を含有する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の感圧転写修正テープ。
