Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン2,第一の回転電機3及び第二の回転電機4を装備し、エンジン2及び第一の回転電機3の動力を個別に駆動輪側の出力軸12に伝達するとともにエンジン2の動力を第二の回転電機4にも伝達するハイブリッド車両のトランスアクスル装置1であって、エンジン2の回転軸2aと同軸上に接続された入力軸11と、少なくとも入力軸11に介装され、ハイギヤ段11H,15Hとローギヤ段11L,15Lとを切り替える切替機構20Aとを備えている。

本実施形態のトランスアクスル1(トランスアクスル装置)は、図1に示す車両10に適用される。この車両10は、エンジン2と走行用のモータ3(電動機,第一の回転電機)と発電用のジェネレータ4(発電機,第二の回転電機)とを装備したハイブリッド車両である。ジェネレータ4はエンジン2に連結され、モータ3の作動状態とは独立して作動可能とされる。また、車両10にはEVモード,シリーズモード,パラレルモードの三種類の走行モードが用意される。これらの走行モードは、図示しない電子制御装置によって、車両状態や走行状態,運転者の要求出力等に応じて択一的に選択され、その種類に応じてエンジン2,モータ3,ジェネレータ4が使い分けられる。なお、モータ3は発電機能(ジェネレータの機能)を有していてもよいし、また、ジェネレータ4は電動機能(モータの機能)を有していてもよい。
本実施形態のトランスアクスル1を備えたパワートレイン7のスケルトン図を図3に示す。図2及び図3に示すように、トランスアクスル1には、互いに平行に配列された六つの軸11〜16が設けられる。以下、クランクシャフト2aと同軸上に接続される回転軸を入力軸11と呼ぶ。同様に、ドライブシャフト9,モータ3の回転軸3a,ジェネレータ4の回転軸4aのそれぞれと同軸上に接続される回転軸を、出力軸12,モータ軸13(第一の回転電機軸),ジェネレータ軸14(第二の回転電機軸)と呼ぶ。また、入力軸11と出力軸12との間の動力伝達経路上に配置された回転軸を第一カウンタ軸15と呼び、モータ軸13と出力軸12との間の動力伝達経路上に配置された回転軸を第二カウンタ軸16と呼ぶ。
入力軸11には、一つの固定ギヤ11aと二つの遊転ギヤ11H,11Lとが設けられるとともに、切替機構20Aが介装される。固定ギヤ11aは、ケーシング1Cの右側面寄りに配置されており、ジェネレータ軸14に設けられた固定ギヤ14aと常時噛合している。つまり、入力軸11とジェネレータ軸14とは、二つの固定ギヤ11a,14aを介して連結されており、エンジン2とジェネレータ4との間で動力伝達可能とされる。なお、クランクシャフト2a上には、過大トルクを遮断して動力伝達機構を保護する機能を持ったトルクリミッタ6が介装される。
デフ18は、リングギヤ18aに伝達された動力を、デフケース,ピニオンシャフト,デフピニオン,サイドギヤを介して出力軸12に伝達する。
(1)上述したトランスアクスル1には切替機構20Aが設けられ、パラレルモードでの走行時に、走行状態や要求出力等に応じてハイギヤ段とローギヤ段とが切り替えられる。つまり、パラレルモードにおいて、エンジン2の動力を二段階に切り替えて伝達(出力)することができるため、走行パターンを増やすことができ、ドライバビリティの向上や燃費改善といった効果が得られ、車両商品性を向上させることができる。
上述したトランスアクスル1は一例であって、その構成は上述したものに限られない。以下、トランスアクスル1の変形例について、図4〜図12を用いて説明する。図4〜図12は、第一変形例〜第九変形例に係るトランスアクスル1を備えたパワートレイン7を示すスケルトン図である。なお、上述した実施形態やそれまでに説明した変形例と同様の構成については、上述した実施形態や変形例の符号と同一の符号又は同様の符号(同一の数字に異なるアルファベット等)を付し、重複する説明は省略する
図4に示すように、第一変形例に係るトランスアクスル1は、ハイギヤ段を形成する遊転ギヤ11H及び固定ギヤ15Hと、ローギヤ段を形成する遊転ギヤ11L及び固定ギヤ15Lとの配置が異なる点を除いて、上述した実施形態と同様に構成される。すなわち、本変形例では、ローギヤ段がハイギヤ段に対しデフ18の逆側に配置される。このような構成であっても、上述した(2)を除く効果を得ることができる。
図5に示すように、第二変形例に係るトランスアクスル1は、切替機構20Bが、ハイギヤ段及びローギヤ段のそれぞれを選択する二つの選択機構22,23から構成される点を除いて、上述した実施形態と同様に構成される。二つの選択機構22,23のうちの一方は入力軸11に介装され、他方は第一カウンタ軸15に介装される。また、これらの選択機構22,23は、軸方向と直交する方向において互いに重なる位置に配置される。
図6に示すように、第三変形例に係るトランスアクスル1は、入力軸11に設けられた切替機構20Cと二つの遊転ギヤ11H,11Lとの位置関係及びこれらの形状が異なる点を除いて、上述した実施形態と同様に構成される。本変形例の切替機構20Cは、固定ギヤ11aとロー側の遊転ギヤ11Lとの間に配置されており、二つの遊転ギヤ11H,11Lは隣接配置される。すなわち、ハイ側の遊転ギヤ11Hがロー側の遊転ギヤ11Lよりもケーシング1Cの左側面寄りに配置されている。
したがって、本変形例に係るトランスアクスル1の構成であっても、上述した実施形態と同様の効果を得ることができる。
図7(a)に示すように、第四変形例に係るトランスアクスル1には、シングルピニオン式の遊星ギヤ30Dと、遊星ギヤ30Dの要素のうちの二つを拘束自在に設けられたクラッチ35Dと、遊星ギヤ30Dの要素のうちの一つを拘束自在に設けられたブレーキ36Dとを有する切替機構20Dが設けられる。なお、図7(b)は共線図であり、図中縦軸は回転速度(あるいは回転速度比)に対応し、図中横軸のS,C,Rはそれぞれ、サンギヤ,キャリア,リングギヤに対応する。
なお、本変形例に係るトランスアクスル1も、上述した実施形態と同様に、切替機構20Dが入力軸11に設けられることから、油浴による損失を抑制することができる。
図8(a)に示すように、第五変形例に係るトランスアクスル1には、シングルピニオン式の遊星ギヤ30Eと、遊星ギヤ30Eの要素のうちの二つを拘束自在に設けられたクラッチ35Eと、遊星ギヤ30Eの要素のうちの一つを拘束自在に設けられたブレーキ36Eとを有する切替機構20Eが設けられる。本変形例のトランスアクスル1は、第四変形例のものに対し、入力軸11から切替機構20Eの遊星ギヤ30Eまでの動力伝達経路が異なるとともに、切替機構20Eの構成が異なる。
図9(a)に示すように、第六変形例に係るトランスアクスル1には、シングルピニオン式の遊星ギヤ30Fと、遊星ギヤ30Fの要素のうちの二つを拘束自在に設けられたクラッチ35Fと、遊星ギヤ30Fの要素のうちの一つを拘束自在に設けられたブレーキ36Fとを有する切替機構20Fが設けられる。本変形例のトランスアクスル1は、第五変形例のものに対し、遊星ギヤ30Fに対する動力の入出力経路が異なるとともに、切替機構20Fの構成が異なる。
図10(a)に示すように、第七変形例に係るトランスアクスル1には、ステップピニオン式の遊星ギヤ30Gと、遊星ギヤ30Gの要素のうちの二つを拘束自在に設けられたクラッチ35Gと、遊星ギヤ30Gの要素のうちの一つを拘束自在に設けられたブレーキ36Gとを有する切替機構20Gが設けられる。すなわち、本変形例のトランスアクスル1は、上記の第四〜第六変形例のものに対し、遊星ギヤ30Gがステップピニオン式である点が大きく異なる。
図11(a)に示すように、第八変形例に係るトランスアクスル1には、CR−CR式の遊星ギヤ30Hと、遊星ギヤ30Hの要素のうちの少なくとも二つを拘束自在に設けられたクラッチ35Hと、遊星ギヤ30Hの要素のうちの一つを拘束自在に設けられたブレーキ36Hとを有する切替機構20Hが設けられる。なお、図11(b)に示す共線図において、右列の遊星ギヤの要素には、ダッシュ(′)を付す。
図12(a)に示すように、第九変形例に係るトランスアクスル1には、ラビニヨン式の遊星ギヤ30Jと、遊星ギヤ30Jの要素のうちの少なくとも二つを拘束自在に設けられたクラッチ35Jと、遊星ギヤ30Jの要素のうちの一つを拘束自在に設けられたブレーキ36Jとを有する切替機構20Jが設けられる。
以上、本発明の実施形態及び変形例を説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態等に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々変形することが可能である。例えば、ハイギヤ段とローギヤ段とを切り替える切替機構として、上述したスリーブ21s等に代えて、多板式のクラッチを設けてもよい。また、切替機構が遊星ギヤとクラッチとブレーキとを有している場合に、サンギヤ以外の一要素をブレーキで拘束するとともに、二つの要素をクラッチで拘束することで、ハイギヤ段とローギヤ段とを切り替えるように構成してもよい。

Claims (8)
- エンジン,第一の回転電機及び第二の回転電機を装備し、前記エンジン及び前記第一の回転電機の動力を個別に駆動輪側の出力軸に伝達するとともに前記エンジンの動力を前記第二の回転電機にも伝達するハイブリッド車両のトランスアクスル装置であって、
前記エンジンの回転軸と同軸上に接続された入力軸と、
少なくとも前記入力軸に介装され、ハイギヤ段とローギヤ段とを切り替える切替機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする、トランスアクスル装置。 - 前記入力軸と前記出力軸との間の動力伝達経路上に配置されたカウンタ軸を備え、
前記切替機構が、前記ハイギヤ段及び前記ローギヤ段のそれぞれを選択する二つの選択機構から構成され、
前記二つの選択機構のうちの一方が前記入力軸に介装され、他方が前記カウンタ軸上であって前記一方の選択機構に対し軸方向と直交方向において重なる位置に介装された
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のトランスアクスル装置。 - 前記出力軸に介装されたデファレンシャルギヤを備え、
前記ハイギヤ段が、前記トランスアクスル装置のケーシング内において、前記ローギヤ段に対し前記デファレンシャルギヤの逆側に配置された
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載のトランスアクスル装置。 - 前記切替機構が、前記入力軸に対して相対回転不能であり、且つ、軸方向に摺動自在に結合された環状のスリーブを有し、
前記スリーブは、軸方向へ移動することで前記ハイギヤ段及び前記ローギヤ段の少なくとも一方の遊転ギヤを前記入力軸に対して回転連結状態とする
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のトランスアクスル装置。 - 前記第二の回転電機の回転軸と同軸上に接続された第二の回転電機軸を備え、
前記入力軸と前記第二回転電機軸とが連結されるとともに、前記スリーブの移動に際し前記第二の回転電機によって前記入力軸の回転速度を前記駆動輪側の回転速度に合わせる
ことを特徴とする、請求項4記載のトランスアクスル装置。 - 前記スリーブは、径方向内側に形成されたスプライン歯を、前記一方の遊転ギヤのドグ歯に係合させることで前記回転連結状態とする
ことを特徴とする、請求項5記載のトランスアクスル装置。 - 前記切替機構が、
サンギヤ,キャリア及びリングギヤを持つ遊星ギヤと、
前記遊星ギヤの要素のうちの二つを拘束自在に設けられたクラッチと、
前記遊星ギヤの要素のうちの一つを拘束自在に設けられたブレーキと、を有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載のトランスアクスル装置。 - 前記ブレーキは、前記サンギヤを拘束する
ことを特徴とする、請求項7記載のトランスアクスル装置。
