変速機と、を備える駆動装置であって、
前記変速機は、
前記内燃機関からの駆動力が入力される入力軸と、
出力軸に連結される差動装置と、
前記差動装置に前記内燃機関からの駆動力及び前記第2回転電機からの駆動力を伝えるカウンタ軸と、
前記第1回転電機の回転軸である第1回転電機軸と、
前記第2回転電機の回転軸である第2回転電機軸と、を備え、
前記入力軸、前記カウンタ軸、前記第1回転電機軸、前記第2回転電機軸、及び前記出力軸は、互いに平行に配置され、
軸方向から見て、前記第1回転電機軸の軸心と、前記第2回転電機軸の軸心と、前記出力軸との軸心とを結んで形成される仮想三角形の中に、前記入力軸の軸心と前記カウンタ軸の軸心とが配置され、
前記入力軸は、
前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力を前記カウンタ軸に伝える第1ドライブギヤと、
前記入力軸に設けられ、前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力を前記第1回転電機軸に伝える第1回転電機用ギヤと、を備え、
前記第1ドライブギヤ及び前記第1回転電機用ギヤは、一部が軸方向から見て前記第1回転電機及び前記第2回転電機と重なっている。
[車両用駆動装置]
駆動装置10は、図1及び図2に示すように、エンジンENGと、ジェネレータGENと、モータMOTと、変速機Tと、これらジェネレータGEN、モータMOT、及び変速機Tを収容するケース11と、を備える。モータMOT及びジェネレータGENは、不図示のバッテリに接続されており、バッテリからの電力供給と、バッテリへのエネルギー回生が可能となっている。
ケース11には、軸方向に沿ってエンジンENG側から変速機Tを収容する変速機収容室11aと、モータMOT及びジェネレータGENを収容するモータ収容室11bとが設けられる。
第1回転電機(ジェネレータGEN)と、
第2回転電機(モータMOT)と、
変速機(変速機T)と、を備える車両用の駆動装置(駆動装置10)であって、
前記変速機は、
前記第1回転電機の回転軸である第1回転電機軸(ジェネレータ軸23)と、
前記第1回転電機軸と平行に配置され、前記第2回転電機の回転軸である第2回転電機軸(モータ軸25)と、
前記第1回転電機軸に設けられた第1ギヤ(ジェネレータドリブンギヤ40)と、
前記第2回転電機軸に設けられた第2ギヤ(モータドライブギヤ52)と、を備え、
前記第1回転電機の軸方向の幅(幅L1)は、前記第2回転電機の軸方向の幅(幅L2)よりも大きく、
前記第1ギヤと噛み合う第1回転電機用ギヤ(ジェネレータドライブギヤ32)が配置された軸(入力軸21)に設けられたギヤの数は、前記第2ギヤと噛み合う第2回転電機用ギヤ(モータドリブンギヤ66)が配置された軸(カウンタ軸27)に設けられたギヤの数よりも少ない、駆動装置。
前記第1回転電機用ギヤが配置された前記軸は、前記内燃機関からの駆動力が入力される入力軸(入力軸21)であり、
前記第2回転電機用ギヤが配置された前記軸は、出力軸(車軸DS)に前記内燃機関からの駆動力及び前記第2回転電機からの駆動力を伝達する出力ギヤ(出力ギヤ62)が設けられたカウンタ軸(カウンタ軸27)であり、
前記入力軸には、前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力を前記カウンタ軸に伝える第1ドライブギヤ(低速側ドライブギヤ34)が設けられ、
前記第1ドライブギヤは、前記入力軸に設けられる動力伝達要素の中で、前記内燃機関に最も近い位置に配置されている、駆動装置。
前記第2ギヤは、前記第2回転電機軸に設けられる動力伝達要素の中で、前記第2回転電機に最も近い位置に配置されている、駆動装置。
前記入力軸には、前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力を前記カウンタ軸に伝える第2ドライブギヤ(高速側ドライブギヤ36)をさらに設けられ、
前記カウンタ軸には、前記第2ドライブギヤに駆動される第2ドリブンギヤ(高速側ドリブンギヤ64)がさらに設けられ、
前記入力軸に設けられた前記ギヤは、前記第1ドライブギヤ、前記第1回転電機用ギヤ、及び前記第2ドライブギヤであり、
前記カウンタ軸に設けられた前記ギヤは、前記第2回転電機用ギヤ、前記第2ドリブンギヤ、前記出力ギヤ、及び前記第1ドライブギヤに駆動される第1ドリブンギヤ(低速側ドリブンギヤ60)である、駆動装置。
前記第1ドライブギヤと前記第1ドリブンギヤとを含む第1ギヤ列(低速側エンジン用ギヤ列GLo)は、前記第2ドライブギヤと前記第2ドリブンギヤとを含む第2ギヤ列(高速側エンジン用ギヤ列GHi)よりも減速比が大きい、駆動装置。
前記入力軸には、
前記入力軸から前記第1ドライブギヤへの動力伝達経路を接続及び切断することが可能な第1断接機構(第1クラッチCL1)がさらに設けられ、且つ、
前記内燃機関に最も近い側から、前記第1ドライブギヤ、前記第1断接機構、前記第1回転電機用ギヤ、前記第2ドライブギヤの順に配置され、
前記第1回転電機用ギヤの径(外径D1)は、前記第1断接機構の径(外径Dc)よりも大きく、
前記第1回転電機用ギヤ及び前記第1断接機構は、一部が軸方向において重なっている、駆動装置。
前記カウンタ軸には、
前記第2ドリブンギヤから前記カウンタ軸への動力伝達経路を接続及び切断することが可能な第2断接機構(第2クラッチCL2)がさらに設けられている、駆動装置。
前記第2回転電機用ギヤは、前記カウンタ軸に設けられる動力伝達要素の中で、前記第2回転電機に最も近い位置に配置され、且つ、前記第1回転電機と前記軸方向において重なっている、駆動装置。
第1回転電機(ジェネレータGEN)と、
第2回転電機(モータMOT)と、
変速機(変速機T)と、を備える駆動装置(駆動装置10)であって、
前記変速機は、
前記内燃機関からの駆動力が入力される入力軸(入力軸21)と、
出力軸(車軸DS)に連結される差動装置(デファレンシャル機構D)と、
前記差動装置に前記内燃機関からの駆動力及び前記第2回転電機からの駆動力を伝えるカウンタ軸(カウンタ軸27)と、
前記第1回転電機の回転軸である第1回転電機軸(ジェネレータ軸23)と、
前記第2回転電機の回転軸である第2回転電機軸(モータ軸25)と、を備え、
前記入力軸、前記カウンタ軸、前記第1回転電機軸、前記第2回転電機軸、及び前記出力軸は、互いに平行に配置され、
軸方向から見て、前記第1回転電機軸の軸心(ジェネレータ軸心23c)と、前記第2回転電機軸の軸心(モータ軸心25c)と、前記出力軸の軸心(車軸心DSc)とを結んで形成される仮想三角形の中に、前記入力軸の軸心(入力軸心21c)と前記カウンタ軸の軸心(カウンタ軸心27c)とが配置されている、駆動装置。
前記軸方向から見て、
前記第2回転電機の前記軸心は、前記第1回転電機の前記軸心よりも前記出力軸の前記軸心側に位置するとともに、前記出力軸の前記軸心よりも前記第1回転電機の前記軸心側に位置し、
前記第2回転電機の一部は、前記第1回転電機の最上部と前記差動装置の最上部とを結んだ仮想線(仮想線LN)よりも下方に位置している、駆動装置。
前記入力軸は、
前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力を前記カウンタ軸に伝える第1ドライブギヤ(低速側ドライブギヤ34)と、
前記入力軸に設けられ、前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力を前記第1回転電機軸に伝える第1回転電機用ギヤ(ジェネレータドライブギヤ32)と、を備え、
前記カウンタ軸は、
前記第1ドライブギヤに駆動される第1ドリブンギヤ(低速側ドリブンギヤ60)と、
前記第2回転電機からの前記駆動力によって駆動される第2回転電機用ギヤ(モータドリブンギヤ66)と、
前記出力軸に前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力及び前記第2回転電機からの前記駆動力を伝える出力ギヤ(出力ギヤ62)と、を備え、
前記第1ドライブギヤ及び前記第1回転電機用ギヤは、一部が軸方向から見て前記第1回転電機と重なっており、
前記第1ドリブンギヤ、前記第2回転電機用ギヤ、及び前記出力ギヤは、一部が前記軸方向から見て前記第2回転電機と重なっている、駆動装置。

前記差動装置に前記内燃機関からの駆動力及び前記第2回転電機からの駆動力を伝えるカウンタ軸と、
前記第1回転電機の回転軸である第1回転電機軸と、
前記第2回転電機の回転軸である第2回転電機軸と、を備え、
前記入力軸、前記カウンタ軸、前記第1回転電機軸、前記第2回転電機軸、及び前記出力軸は、互いに平行に配置され、
軸方向から見て、前記第1回転電機軸の軸心と、前記第2回転電機軸の軸心と、前記出力軸の軸心とを結んで形成される仮想三角形の中に、前記入力軸の軸心と前記カウンタ軸の軸心とが配置され、
前記入力軸は、
前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力を前記カウンタ軸に伝える第1ドライブギヤと、

前記軸方向から見て、
前記第2回転電機の前記軸心は、前記第1回転電機の前記軸心よりも前記出力軸の前記軸心側に位置するとともに、前記出力軸の前記軸心よりも前記第1回転電機の前記軸心側に位置し、
前記第2回転電機の一部は、前記第1回転電機の最上部と前記差動装置の最上部とを結んだ仮想線よりも下方に位置している、駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置であって、
前記カウンタ軸は、
前記第1ドライブギヤに駆動される第1ドリブンギヤと、
前記第2回転電機からの前記駆動力によって駆動される第2回転電機用ギヤと、
前記出力軸に前記内燃機関からの前記駆動力及び前記第2回転電機からの前記駆動力を伝える出力ギヤと、を備え、
前記第1ドリブンギヤ、前記第2回転電機用ギヤ、及び前記出力ギヤは、一部が前記軸方向から見て前記第2回転電機と重なっている、駆動装置。
