Claims (1)
- クランク軸側である前端側から後端側に向かって第1クラッチと第5速駆動ギヤと第3速駆動ギヤと第1速駆動ギヤとが設けられ、前記クランク軸から第1クラッチを通じて動力の伝達を受ける第1入力軸と、
前端側から後端側に向かって第2クラッチと第2速駆動ギヤと第4速駆動ギヤとが設けられ、前記クランク軸から第2クラッチを通じて動力の伝達を受ける第2入力軸と、
前記第1入力軸又は第2入力軸から動力の伝達を受けるように前端側から後端側に向かって第2速受動ギヤと第4速受動ギヤと第3速受動ギヤと第1速受動ギヤとが設けられ、最前端側にはリングギヤを介して作動装置に動力を伝達する第1出力ギヤが設けられた第1出力軸と、
前記第1入力軸又は第2入力軸から動力の伝達を受けるように前端側から後端側に向かって第6速受動ギヤと第5速受動ギヤとが設けられ、最前端側には前記第1出力ギヤに一致する軸方向位置に第2出力ギヤが配置された第2出力軸と、
前記第2出力ギヤと第6速受動ギヤとの間の軸方向位置で前記第2出力軸に設けられた後進速段駆動ギヤに噛み合う後進速段受動ギヤと、前記第2速駆動ギヤの軸方向位置に一致するように配置される後進速段アイドル受動ギヤとが設けられ、前記第2出力軸の径方向に第2出力軸に対して第2入力軸と対向するように配置された後進速段アイドル軸と、
前記第1クラッチと第2クラッチとの間に介されるフライホイールと、を含み、
前記第2入力軸の外周面には、第2入力軸の前端位置で前記フライホイールを支持するボールベアリングと、軸方向位置における前記第2クラッチと第2速駆動ギヤとの間で前記第2入力軸を支持するメインベアリングと、が配置され、
前記第1入力軸の前端にはパイロットベアリングが配置され、
前記フライホイールの軸方向位置における前記第1入力軸と第2入力軸との間にはニードルベアリングが介されていることを特徴とするダブルクラッチ変速機。
