Description
図1から図11を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置に関する。図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る車両のスケルトン図、図2は、実施形態に係る車両の入出力関係図である。
次に、本実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−1のエンジン始動制御について説明する。HV_ECU50は、例えば、EV走行モードからHV走行モードに移行する場合、停止していたエンジン1を始動する。HV_ECU50は、単独モータEVモードからエンジン1を始動する場合、第一回転電機MG1によってエンジン1を回転させ、エンジン1を始動する。また、HV_ECU50は、両モータEVモードからエンジン1を始動する場合、第一遊星歯車機構10を中立状態から接続状態に切り替え、両モータ駆動を維持したままでエンジン1を始動することができる。
実施形態の第1変形例について説明する。図12は、第1変形例に係る車両100のスケルトン図である。本変形例に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−2において、上記実施形態のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−1と異なる点は、差動部ブレーキBK0を備える点である。差動部ブレーキBK0は、第二キャリア24の回転を規制することができる。差動部ブレーキBK0は、例えば、摩擦係合式のブレーキ装置である。差動部ブレーキBK0は、車体側に接続された係合要素と第二キャリア24に接続された係合要素とを有する。完全係合状態の差動部ブレーキBK0は、車体側と第二キャリア24とを連結し、第二キャリア24の回転を規制する。
実施形態の第2変形例について説明する。図13は、第2変形例に係る車両100のスケルトン図である。本変形例に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−3において、上記実施形態および第1変形例のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−1,1−2と異なる点は、差動部が第2軸上、すなわち第二回転電機MG2と同軸上に配置されている点である。変速部の構成は、上記実施形態および第1変形例の変速部と同様とすることができる。ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−3は、FFあるいはRRレイアウトに適用可能である。
実施形態の第3変形例について説明する。図14は、第3変形例に係る車両100のスケルトン図である。本変形例に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−4において、上記実施形態および各変形例のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−1,1−2,1−3と異なる点は、5軸構成となっており、差動部および第二回転電機MG2が第3軸に配置されている点である。第2軸および第4軸に接続用のカウンタギア16,46が配置されている。カウンタギア16,46によって、変速部と差動部との干渉を避け、かつ変速比と回転方向を適切にすることができる。変速部の構成は、上記実施形態および各変形例のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−1,1−2,1−3の変速部の構成と同様とすることができる。ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−4は、FFあるいはRRレイアウトに適用可能である。
実施形態の第4変形例について説明する。図15は、第4変形例に係る車両100のスケルトン図である。本変形例に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−5において、上記実施形態および各変形例のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−1,1−2,1−3,1−4と異なる点は、単軸とされた点である。ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置1−5は、FR(前置きエンジン後輪駆動)車両に適用可能である。
上記実施形態および各変形例では、第一遊星歯車機構10および第二遊星歯車機構20,40,80はいずれもシングルピニオン式であったが、これには限定されない。例えば、第一遊星歯車機構10あるいは第二遊星歯車機構20,40,80の少なくともいずれか一方がダブルピニオン式とされてもよい。例えば、第一遊星歯車機構10をダブルピニオン式の遊星歯車機構とすることができる。この場合、各共線図において、第一リングギア13の位置と第一キャリア14の位置とが入れ替わる。シングルピニオン式とダブルピニオン式とでは、変速部のオーバドライブとアンダドライブとが逆転する。第一遊星歯車機構10をダブルピニオン式とする場合、オーバドライブとなるように、エンジン1や第二キャリア44との接続を適宜変更することができる。

Claims (5)
- 機関が出力した動力を第一回転電機側と駆動輪側とに分配する動力分配機構と、
動力伝達経路で前記機関と前記動力分配機構との間に設けられた変速機構と、
規制装置と、
前記変速機構を、前記機関と前記動力分配機構とを動力伝達可能に接続する接続状態と、前記機関と前記動力分配機構とを動力伝達不能に遮断する中立状態とに切り替える切替装置とを備え、
前記動力分配機構は、一つの遊星歯車機構からなり、前記変速機構の出力要素に連結された第一回転要素と、前記第一回転電機に連結された第二回転要素と、第二回転電機および前記駆動輪側に動力を出力する第三回転要素とを有し、
前記変速機構は、一つの遊星歯車機構からなり、前記出力要素を含む三つの回転要素を有し、
前記切替装置は、前記変速機構の回転要素同士を一体回転させる係合状態あるいは当該回転要素同士の相対回転を許容する開放状態に切り替わるクラッチと、前記変速機構の回転要素の回転を規制するブレーキとを有し、
前記規制装置は、前記動力分配機構の差動を規制する状態と、前記動力分配機構の差動を許容する状態とを切り替え、
前記規制装置によって前記動力分配機構の差動を規制し、かつ前記変速機構を前記中立状態として、前記第一回転電機および前記第二回転電機を動力源として走行する所定モードを有する
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記所定モードで走行中に前記機関を始動する場合、前記変速機構を前記接続状態に切り替えて前記機関を回転させる
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記変速機構と前記動力分配機構とを同時に変速させる
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記変速機構と前記動力分配機構とを同時に変速させるときに、前記変速機構および前記動力分配機構の一方の変速比を増加させ、他方の変速比を減少させる
請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 更に、前記第一回転要素の回転を規制可能な第二規制装置を備える
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。
