Description
極低油温判定は、要は、前述した引き摺りトルクによってセレクタプレート32が、リターンスプリング38の弾性力に抗して移動(回転)するか否か、あるいはそれほどに大きい引き摺りトルクが生じるか否かを判定するために行われる。その判定は、潤滑油40の温度を直接、適宜のセンサで検出して行ってもよく、あるいは既設の油温センサの検出値に基づいて行ってもよい。また、外気温度を代替的に使用してもよい。この種のセンサを利用する場合には、使用されている潤滑油40の温度と粘度との関係、ならびにセレクタプレート32をリターンスプリング38の弾性力に抗して移動させてしまうほどの引き摺りトルクが生じる粘度に対応する油温を求めておく。そして、その油温を判定閾値とし、センサで検出された温度が判定閾値以下であれば、極低油温の判定を成立させる。
極低油温の判定が設立してステップS1で肯定的に判断された場合には、エンジン1の始動方法を選択する制御が実行される(ステップS2)。後に説明するように、この発明の実施形態では、極低油温の場合には電力を使用してエンジン1の始動のための昇温制御を実行する。そのため、前述した蓄電装置の充電残量(SOC:State Of Charge)が十分にあることが必要であり、また制御機器に異常が無いことが必要である。ステップS2ではこれらの必要条件に基づいて後に説明する始動方法を採用するか、あるいは他の制御を採用することを決定する。
上記のステップS2に続くステップS3では、ステップS2で決定された始動方法が冷間時始動方法か否かが判断される。このステップS3で否定的に判断された場合には、この発明の実施形態における冷間時におけるエンジン1の始動方法を実行できないことになるので、図1に示すルーチンを一旦終了するべくリターンする。
ステップS3で肯定的に判断された場合には、潤滑油40の温度が低い状態でのエンジン1の始動制御が実行される(ステップS4)。この制御は、第1モータ2によってエンジン1をクランキングするのに先だって、潤滑油40の温度を上昇させる昇温制御を含む制御である。その昇温制御は、ヒータ(図示せず)を備えている場合には、ヒータによってオイルパンの内部の潤滑油あるいは潤滑油路などを、予め定めた所定時間、加熱する制御であってよい。
Claims (6)
- エンジンと、少なくとも一つのモータと、前記エンジンの駆動力で走行している場合および前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に所定方向に回転する回転部材と、係合状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を阻止しかつ解放状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を可能にするセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチとを有するハイブリッド車の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチは、固定側部材と、前記回転部材が連結されている可動側部材と、前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材との間に配置され、かつ前記所定方向に回転することにより前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材とを連結し、前記係合状態を設定する選択部材と、前記選択部材を前記解放状態を設定する位置から前記係合状態を設定する位置に回転させるアクチュエータとを有し、
前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの潤滑油の温度を判定し、前記潤滑油の温度が低温であることの判定が成立した場合に、前記潤滑油の温度を上昇させる昇温制御を実行し、
前記昇温制御を実行した後に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態に制御している状態で前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングすることにより前記回転部材を前記所定方向に回転させるように構成され、
前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定は、前記アクチュエータが予め定めた動作力を発生した際に前記アクチュエータの動作量もしくは前記選択部材の回転角度が予め定めた量もしくは角度に達するのに要した時間に基づいて行い、前記時間が予め定めた基準時間より長い場合に、前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定を成立させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - エンジンと、少なくとも一つのモータと、前記エンジンの駆動力で走行している場合および前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に所定方向に回転する回転部材と、係合状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を阻止しかつ解放状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を可能にするセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチとを有するハイブリッド車の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチは、固定側部材と、前記回転部材が連結されている可動側部材と、前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材との間に配置され、かつ前記所定方向に回転することにより前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材とを連結し、前記係合状態を設定する選択部材と、前記選択部材を前記解放状態を設定する位置から前記係合状態を設定する位置に回転させるアクチュエータとを有し、
前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの潤滑油の温度を判定し、前記潤滑油の温度が低温であることの判定が成立した場合に、前記潤滑油の温度を上昇させる昇温制御を実行し、
前記昇温制御を実行した後に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態に制御している状態で前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングすることにより前記回転部材を前記所定方向に回転させるように構成され、
前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定は、前記アクチュエータが予め定めた動作力を発生した際の前記アクチュエータの動作量もしくは前記選択部材が回転した角度に基づいて行い、所定時間内の前記動作量もしくは前記角度が予め定めた基準角度以下の場合に、前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定を成立させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - エンジンと、少なくとも一つのモータと、前記エンジンの駆動力で走行している場合および前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に所定方向に回転する回転部材と、係合状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を阻止しかつ解放状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を可能にするセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチとを有するハイブリッド車の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチは、固定側部材と、前記回転部材が連結されている可動側部材と、前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材との間に配置され、かつ前記所定方向に回転することにより前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材とを連結し、前記係合状態を設定する選択部材と、前記選択部材を前記解放状態を設定する位置から前記係合状態を設定する位置に回転させるアクチュエータとを有し、
前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの潤滑油の温度を判定し、前記潤滑油の温度が低温であることの判定が成立した場合に、前記潤滑油の温度を上昇させる昇温制御を実行し、
前記昇温制御を実行した後に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態に制御している状態で前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングすることにより前記回転部材を前記所定方向に回転させるように構成され、
前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定は、前記選択部材を回転させるのに要した前記アクチュエータの動作力に基づいて行い、前記動作力が予め定めた基準量以上に大きい場合に、前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定を成立させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - エンジンと、少なくとも一つのモータと、前記エンジンの駆動力で走行している場合および前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に所定方向に回転する回転部材と、係合状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を阻止しかつ解放状態では前記回転部材の前記所定方向への回転を可能にするセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチとを有するハイブリッド車の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチは、固定側部材と、前記回転部材が連結されている可動側部材と、前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材との間に配置され、かつ前記所定方向に回転することにより前記固定側部材と前記可動側部材とを連結し、前記係合状態を設定する選択部材とを有し、
前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングする場合に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの潤滑油の温度を判定し、前記潤滑油の温度が低温であることの判定が成立した場合に、前記潤滑油の温度を上昇させる昇温制御を実行し、
前記昇温制御を実行した後に前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態に制御している状態で前記モータによって前記エンジンをクランキングすることにより前記回転部材を前記所定方向に回転させるように構成され、
前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定は、前記可動側部材が回転したことによって前記選択部材が前記可動側部材に引き摺られて移動した量が予め定めた基準量以上の場合に、前記潤滑油が低温であることの判定を成立させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車の制御装置。 - 前記昇温制御は、前記可動側部材を前記所定方向とは反対方向に回転させる制御であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。
- 前記昇温制御は、前記選択部材を前記係合状態を設定する方向と前記解放状態を設定する方向とに複数回往復回転させる制御であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。
