Description
Claims (7)
- 相対回転可能な第1クラッチ部材ならびに第2クラッチ部材と、一部が前記第1クラッチ部材側から前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出するように動作するストラットと、前記ストラットの前記第2クラッチ部材側への突出動作を許容する第1状態ならびに前記突出動作を阻止する第2状態を選択的に設定する切替機構とを有し、前記第1状態を設定して前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出して前記第2クラッチ部材の一部と係合することにより正回転方向もしくは逆回転方向のいずれか一方向のみの前記相対回転を規制する係合状態と、前記第2状態を設定して前記ストラットを前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させないことにより正回転方向ならびに逆回転方向の両方向の前記相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わるセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチ、および、前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方の回転部材の回転速度を制御することが可能なモータを備え、前記モータによって前記回転速度を制御することにより、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチが前記係合状態になった場合に規制される方向の前記相対回転である正の差回転と、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチが前記係合状態になった場合に許容される方向の前記相対回転である負の差回転とをそれぞれ生じさせることが可能な車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記差回転が負の状態の前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替える場合、
負の状態の前記差回転が正の状態となるように、前記モータを制御する回転制御を実行するとともに、
前記差回転が負の状態の間に前記突出動作が完了するように、前記切替機構で前記第1状態を設定する係合制御を実行する場合に前記突出動作が完了する時点における前記差回転の目標値として第1目標差回転が設定され、
前記差回転が前記第1目標差回転に到達する際に前記突出動作が完了するように、前記係合制御の開始時期を決めるための前記差回転の閾値として第2目標差回転が設定されていて、
前記差回転が前記第2目標差回転以上に正側に大きくなった場合に、前記係合制御を開始する
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 現在の前記差回転が既に前記第2目標差回転よりも正側に大きい場合は、前記回転制御における前記差回転の変化速度が遅くなるように、前記モータを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記回転制御および前記係合制御の実行時に、前記差回転が前記第1目標差回転に到達した際に未だ前記突出動作が完了していない場合は、前記回転制御における前記差回転の変化速度が遅くなるように、前記モータを制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替える係合判断が行われた場合に、前記係合判断が行われた後、直ちに、前記係合制御を開始することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記係合制御を実行する場合に前記突出動作が完了する時点における前記差回転の目標値として第1目標差回転が設定されていて、
前記回転制御および前記係合制御の実行時に、前記差回転が前記第1目標差回転に到達した際に未だ前記突出動作が完了していない場合は、前記回転制御における前記差回転の変化速度が遅くなるように、前記モータを制御することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方が連結され、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2回転要素に前記モータおよび前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか他方が連結され、第3回転要素からトルクを出力する第1差動機構とを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方が連結され、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2回転要素に前記モータが連結され、第3回転要素からトルクを出力する第1差動機構と、
互いに差動作用を行う他の3つの回転要素を有するとともに、それら他の3つの回転要素のうちの第4回転要素に前記第1回転要素が連結され、第5回転要素に前記第2回転要素が連結され、第6回転要素に前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか他方が連結されるとともに前記第6回転要素の回転が止められることにより前記第5回転要素を前記第4回転要素とは反対方向に回転させるように構成された第2差動機構とを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
