Description
図1に示すように、車両1Aは本発明の第1の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置が適用されたハイブリッド車両として構成されている。車両1Aは、エンジンとしての火花点火型の内燃機関2と差動機構としての動力分割機構5と、2つのモータ・ジェネレータ7、8とを備えている。動力分割機構5、各モータ・ジェネレータ7、8及び各種の動力伝達要素はケース10に収容されている。
次に、図9及び図10を参照しながら本発明の第2の形態を説明する。図9には第2の形態に係るハイブリッド駆動装置が適用された車両1Bの概要が示されている。車両1Bは、動力分割機構60の構成、動力分割機構60から駆動輪Dwまでの構成、及びクラッチ12の搭載箇所が第1の形態の車両1Aと異なっている。車両1Bのその他の構成は車両1Aと同じであるから、車両1Aと共通の構成には同一の参照符号を図9に付して説明を省略する。

Claims (4)
- エンジンと、
モータ・ジェネレータと、
駆動輪にトルクを出力するための出力部と、
互いに差動回転可能な複数の回転要素を有し、前記複数の回転要素のいずれか一つに前記エンジンが、前記複数の回転要素の残りのいずれか一つに前記モータ・ジェネレータが、前記複数の回転要素の残りの他の一つに前記出力部がそれぞれ連結された差動機構と、
前記エンジンのエンジントルクの反力トルクを受けることが可能でかつ前記差動機構に設けられた回転部材を有し、前記反力トルクを受けた状態で前記回転部材の正回転を阻止する一方で前記正回転と反対方向の前記回転部材の負回転を許容するロックモードと、前記反力トルクを受けた状態で前記回転部材の前記正回転及び前記負回転のそれぞれを許容するフリーモードとを切り替え可能なセレクタブルワンウエイクラッチと、
前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチを前記フリーモードから前記ロックモードへ切り替えるべき所定条件を満たす場合に前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチを前記フリーモードから前記ロックモードに切り替えることにより、駆動モードを無段変速モードから固定変速モードへ切り替える制御装置と、
を備え、
前記制御装置は、前記無段変速モード中に前記エンジンのエンジントルクの低下を伴う燃焼異常又は前記燃焼異常を伴う装置異常が発生した場合、前記所定条件を満たしていても前記フリーモードから前記ロックモードに切り替えずに前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチを前記フリーモードに維持する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド駆動装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチが前記ロックモードの場合、前記モータ・ジェネレータを、電動機及び発電機としての機能が停止されて空転可能なシャットダウン状態に制御する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記差動機構は、前記複数の回転要素として4つの回転要素が設けられ、前記4つの回転要素の第1回転要素に前記モータ・ジェネレータが、前記4つの回転要素の第2回転要素に前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチの前記回転部材が、前記4つの回転要素の第3回転要素に前記エンジンが、前記4つの回転要素の第4回転要素に前記出力部が、それぞれ連結されており、前記4つの回転要素を速度線図上に配置したときに、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、前記第3回転要素、及び前記第4回転要素の順番に並ぶように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
- 前記差動機構は、前記複数の回転要素として3つの回転要素が設けられ、前記3つの回転要素の第1回転要素に前記モータ・ジェネレータと前記セレクタブルワンウエイクラッチの前記回転部材とが、前記3つの回転要素の第2回転要素に前記エンジンが、前記3つの回転要素の第3回転要素に前記出力部が、それぞれ連結されており、前記3つの回転要素を速度線図上に配置したときに、前記第1回転要素、前記第2回転要素、及び前記第3回転要素の順番に並ぶように構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置。
