ことを特徴とするものである。
Claims (12)
- 相対回転可能な第1クラッチ部材ならびに第2クラッチ部材と、少なくとも一部が前記第1クラッチ部材側から前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出するように動作するストラットと、前記ストラットの前記第2クラッチ部材側への突出を許容する第1状態ならびに前記ストラットの突出を阻止する第2状態を選択的に設定する切替機構とを有し、前記第1状態を設定して前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出して前記第2クラッチ部材の一部と係合することにより正回転方向もしくは逆回転方向のいずれか一方向のみの前記相対回転を規制する係合状態と、前記第2状態を設定して前記ストラットを前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させないことにより正回転方向ならびに逆回転方向の両方向の前記相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わるセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチ、および、前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方の回転部材の回転速度を制御することが可能なモータを備え、前記モータによって前記回転速度を制御することにより、前記第1クラッチ部材と前記第2クラッチ部材との間の回転数差である差回転であって、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で規制される方向の前記相対回転である正の前記差回転と、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で許容される方向の前記相対回転である負の前記差回転とをそれぞれ生じさせることが可能な車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替える場合に、前記第1状態を設定することにより、前記ストラットの少なくとも一部を前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出させるとともに、前記差回転を正の状態に維持するロック回転制御を実行することにより、前記第2クラッチ部材側に突出する前記ストラットの少なくとも一部を前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合させて、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチは、前記差回転が正側の所定の差回転であるラチェット最低差回転以上のときに、前記第2クラッチ部材側に突出する前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合せず、前記差回転が前記ラチェット最低差回転よりも小さいときには、前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合されるように動作するラチェット機構を有し、
前記ロック回転制御で前記差回転を正の状態に維持する際の前記差回転の目標値としてロック側目標差回転が設定されていて、
前記ロック側目標差回転は、前記ラチェット最低差回転よりも小さな値に設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態から前記係合状態に切り替える場合に、前記第1状態を設定するとともに、前記差回転を一旦負の状態に維持する反ロック回転制御を実行し、その後、前記ロック回転制御を実行することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記反ロック回転制御で前記差回転を一旦負の状態に維持する際の前記差回転の目標値として反ロック側目標差回転が設定されていて、
前記反ロック回転制御は、前記第1状態が設定されて前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材側へ突出するまで、前記差回転が前記反ロック側目標差回転に維持されるように前記モータを制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記ロック回転制御で前記差回転を正の状態に維持する際の正側の閾値としてリトライ差回転が設定されていて、
前記ロック回転制御の実行時に前記差回転が前記リトライ差回転以上になった場合に、前記差回転を一旦負の状態に維持する反ロック回転制御を実行した後に、再度、前記ロック回転制御を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記ロック回転制御で前記差回転を正の状態に維持する際の正側の閾値としてリトライ差回転が設定されていて、
前記ロック回転制御の実行時に前記差回転が前記リトライ差回転以上になった場合に、前記差回転を一旦低下させた後に、再度、前記ロック回転制御を実行する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチは、前記差回転が正側の所定の差回転であるラチェット最低差回転以上のときに、前記第2クラッチ部材側に突出する前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合せず、前記差回転が前記ラチェット最低差回転よりも小さいときには、前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合されるように動作するラチェット機構を有し、
前記ラチェット最低差回転は、ばらつきを考慮したラチェット最低差回転の上限とラチェット最低差回転の下限とで区切られる所定の差回転域を有していて、
前記ラチェット機構は、前記差回転が前記ラチェット最低差回転の上限以上の場合に前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合せず、前記差回転が前記ラチェット最低差回転の下限以下の場合には前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合されるように構成されていて、
前記リトライ差回転は、前記ラチェット最低差回転の下限よりも大きく、かつ、前記ラチェット最低差回転の上限よりも小さい値に設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記ロック回転制御で前記差回転を正の状態に維持する際の正側の上限値として係合中止差回転が設定されていて、
前記ロック回転制御の実行時に前記差回転が前記係合中止差回転以上になった場合には、前記ロック回転制御を中止する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチは、前記差回転が正側の所定の差回転であるラチェット最低差回転以上のときに、前記第2クラッチ部材側に突出する前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合せず、前記差回転が前記ラチェット最低差回転よりも小さいときには、前記ストラットの一部が前記第2クラッチ部材の一部に係合されるように動作するラチェット機構を有し、
前記係合中止差回転は、前記ラチェット最低差回転の上限よりも大きな値に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記ロック回転制御の実行時に前記差回転が所定値以下に低下した場合に、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態への切り替えが完了したと判定することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
内燃機関を有する車両に適用され、
前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方が連結され、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2回転要素に前記モータおよび前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか他方が連結され、第3回転要素からトルクを出力する第1差動機構とを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
内燃機関を有する車両に適用され、
前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか一方が連結され、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2回転要素に前記モータが連結され、第3回転要素からトルクを出力する第1差動機構と、
互いに差動作用を行う他の3つの回転要素を有するとともに、それら他の3つの回転要素のうちの第4回転要素に前記第1回転要素が連結され、第5回転要素に前記第2回転要素が連結され、第6回転要素に前記第1クラッチ部材もしくは前記第2クラッチ部材のいずれか他方が連結されるとともに前記第6回転要素の回転が止められることにより前記第5回転要素を前記第4回転要素とは反対方向に回転させるように構成された第2差動機構とを有している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
