Description
まず、本発明の第1の実施形態によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置について説明する。図1は、この第1の実施形態によるセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを搭載したハイブリッド車両の一例を模式的に示すスケルトン図である。
次に、上述した第1の実施形態における第1モータMG1から出力されるエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcの導出方法および制御方法の他の例について説明する。
第1変形例によるエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcの導出方法は、SOWC軸回転数Nsoが負になる頻度を可能な限り低減するために、SOWC軸回転数Nsoに応じてフィードバック制御を行ってエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcを調整する方法である。すなわち、ECU200は、所定の方法により常時SOWC軸回転数Nsoを導出して、導出したSOWC軸回転数Nsoが負になったと判断した時点で、第1モータMG1に対して、出力するエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcを増加させる制御を行う。ECU200によるSOWC軸回転数Nsoの導出としては、例えば、ECU200に入力される第1モータMG1の回転数および第2モータMG2の回転数のデータに基づいて、SOWC軸回転数Nsoを算出する方法が挙げられる。また、SOWC30に回転数センサを設け、SOWC軸回転数Nsoを検出してECU200に供給する方法を採用してもよい。
第2変形例によるエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcの導出方法は、上述した第1の実施形態による導出方法と、第1変形例による導出方法とを組み合わせた方法である。すなわち、まず、ECU200は、あらかじめ設定された、SOWC軸回転数Nsoが負にならない必要十分なエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcのマップから、エンジン回転数ごとに第1モータMG1が出力するエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcを抽出する。その後、ECU200は、常時SOWC軸回転数Nsoを導出して、SOWC軸回転数Nsoが負になった時点で、第1モータMG1が出力するエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcを増加させる制御を行う。これにより、エンジン1の状態が経年劣化した場合であっても、ODロック走行モードにおいて、SOWC軸回転数Nsoが負になる頻度を低減できるので、SOWC30がロック状態である頻度を増加させることができる。
第3変形例によるエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcの導出方法は、エンジン1の回転数にかかわらずSOWC軸回転数Nsoが負にならない程度に十分なエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcを一定値とする方法である。すなわち、ECU200は、ODロック走行モードにおいてエンジン1がフリクショントルクを出力した場合に、第1モータMG1に対して常に一定のエンブレ相当トルクTg_lckfrcを出力するように制御する。これにより、ODロック走行モードにおいて、SOWC軸回転数Nsoが負になる時間を大幅に低減できるので、SOWC30がロック状態にある時間を増加できる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施形態によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置について説明する。図5は、第2の実施形態によるセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを搭載した車両の一例を模式的に示すスケルトン図である。

- エンジンと、
第1電動機と、
前記エンジンと別軸上に配置され、駆動輪の出力軸に動力を出力する第2電動機と、
前記エンジンに連結されたキャリヤと前記第1電動機に連結されたサンギヤと前記出力軸にトルクを出力するリングギヤとを有して構成され、前記エンジンが出力した動力を前記第1電動機の側と前記出力軸の側とに分割する動力分割機構と、
所定の一方向に回転するロック解除状態と前記所定の一方向に対して反対方向の回転が規制されたロック状態とが生じる係合状態と、前記所定の一方向および前記反対方向の回転を許容する解放状態とを選択的に切り替え可能であって、前記第1電動機と前記キャリヤとの動力伝達経路または前記第1電動機に連結して設けられたセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチと、を備え、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチが係合状態の場合に、前記エンジンの回転数が増加されて前記出力軸に伝達するオーバードライブ状態の駆動が可能なハイブリッド車両を制御するハイブリッド車両の制御装置であって、
前記オーバードライブ状態において前記エンジンへの燃料の供給が停止した状態で前記ハイブリッド車両が走行する場合に、前記第1電動機に対して、前記エンジンにおいて生じる負トルクの向きとは反対向きで、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチにおける前記ロック状態を維持可能な大きさのエンブレ相当トルクを出力する制御を行う制御手段を備える
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第1電動機の出力する正トルクの大きさを増加させる制御、および前記第2電動機が出力する負トルクの大きさを増加させる制御の少なくとも一方の制御によって、前記エンジンへの燃料の供給が停止した状態での前記出力軸に生じるエンジンブレーキトルクの大きさを、前記エンジンから出力されるフリクショントルクに応じて前記出力軸から出力されるエンジンブレーキトルクの大きさより大きい所望のブレーキトルクに調整する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、
前記第1電動機に対して行う前記制御に加えてさらに、
前記第2電動機に正トルクを出力させる制御によって、前記エンジンへの燃料の供給が停止した状態での前記出力軸に生じるエンジンブレーキトルクの大きさを、前記エンジンから出力されるフリクショントルクに応じて前記出力軸から出力されるエンジンブレーキトルクの大きさより小さい所望のブレーキトルクに調整する制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記エンジンにおいて測定された任意の回転数でのフリクショントルクの大きさに基づいてあらかじめ設定され、前記制御手段に格納された前記エンブレ相当トルクのマップから、前記エンジンの回転数に応じた前記エンブレ相当トルクを抽出することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチが連結された軸の回転数を導出して、前記軸の回転数が負になった場合に、前記第1電動機が出力する前記エンブレ相当トルクを増加させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記エンブレ相当トルクを前記エンジンにおいて任意の回転数でのフリクショントルクの大きさに基づいた一定値にすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記オーバードライブ状態であって前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチが係合状態にある場合、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチのロック状態は、前記エンジンの出力した正トルクが、回転の許容されない向きに作用することによって維持され、前記エンジンへの燃料の供給が停止して前記出力軸にエンジンブレーキトルクが生じる状態においては、前記エンジンに発生した負トルクが、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチに対して回転が許容される向きに作用するように構成されている前記ハイブリッド車両を制御することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
