Description
したがって、図11の(b)に示す構成では、順転ギヤ対61の駆動ギヤ61aと従動ギヤ61bとは同方向に回転するので、その従動ギヤ61bをクラッチC61によって出力部材6bに連結することにより切替機構6は順転状態に設定される。また、反転ギヤ対62の駆動ギヤ62aと従動ギヤ62bとは互いに反対方向に回転するので、その従動ギヤ62bをクラッチC62によって出力部材6bに連結することにより切替機構6は反転状態に設定される。
Claims (5)
- エンジンが連結された第1回転要素と、第1モータが連結された第2回転要素と、駆動輪にトルクを出力する第3回転要素との少なくとも三つの回転要素を有する差動機構と、前記第1回転要素を固定する固定部材とを備え、前記固定部材によって前記第1回転要素を固定した状態で前記第1モータの出力トルクが前記第3回転要素に作用するように構成されたハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置において、
前記差動機構の出力側に切替機構が連結され、
前記切替機構は、前記第3回転要素に連結された入力部材と前記駆動輪に連結された出力部材とを有し、かつ前記入力部材の回転方向と前記出力部材の回転方向が同一の順転状態と、前記入力部材の回転方向と前記出力部材の回転方向が互いに反対の反転状態とに切り替えられるように構成され、
さらに前記エンジンならびに前記第1モータおよび前記切替機構を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記第1モータが走行のためのトルクを出力して前記ハイブリッド車両が前進走行しかつ前記切替機構が前記反転状態になっている状態で、もしくは前記第1モータが走行のためのトルクを出力して前記ハイブリッド車両が後進走行しかつ前記切替機構が前記順転状態になっている状態で、前記第1モータによって前記エンジンをモータリングして前記エンジンを始動する場合に、前記切替機構の動作状態を固定し、
前記エンジンの回転数を前記エンジンでの継続的な燃焼が可能な回転数にまで前記第1モータによって増大させ、
前記エンジンの回転数が前記継続的な燃焼が可能な回転数にまで増大した際に前記切替機構の前記入力部材の回転を反転させることで前記切替機構の動作状態を切り替える
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記ハイブリッド車両の車速が予め定めた基準車速以下であるか否かを判断し、
前記第1モータによって前記エンジンをモータリングして前記エンジンを始動する場合に前記切替機構の動作状態を固定し、かつ前記エンジンの回転数を前記エンジンでの継続的な燃焼が可能な回転数にまで前記第1モータによって増大させる制御は、前記車速が前記基準車速以下の場合に実行する
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置において、
前記切替機構は、サンギヤと、リングギヤと、前記サンギヤとリングギヤとの間に配置されたピニオンギヤを保持しているキャリヤとを回転要素としかつこれらの回転要素によって差動作用を行う遊星歯車機構と、いずれか二つの前記回転要素を連結して前記遊星歯車機構の全体を一体化することにより前記順転状態を設定するクラッチと、いずれか一つの回転要素の回転を制限して前記反転状態を設定するブレーキとを備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置において、
前記サンギヤは前記入力部材に連結され、前記リングギヤは前記出力部材に連結され、前記キャリヤは前記ブレーキに連結され、
前記ブレーキによって前記キャリヤを固定することにより前記反転状態が設定される
ように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置において、
前記第1モータは、発電機能のあるモータ・ジェネレータによって構成され、
前記モータ・ジェネレータによって発電した電力で駆動されて走行のための駆動力を出力する少なくとも一つの第2モータを更に備え、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記第1モータと前記第2モータとの駆動力によって走行できるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両のエンジン始動制御装置。
