Abstract
Description
図1から図14を参照して、実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、ハイブリッド車両用駆動装置に関する。図1は、本発明の実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の動作を示すフローチャート、図2は、実施形態に係る車両のスケルトン図、図3は、実施形態に係る車両の入出力関係図、図4は、実施形態に係るハイブリッド車両用駆動装置の作動係合表を示す図、図5は、HVローモードに係る共線図、図6は、HVハイモードに係る共線図、図7は、単独モータEVモードのMG停止の第一走行状態に係る共線図、図8は、両駆動EVモードに係る共線図、図9は、単独モータEVモードの第二走行状態に係る共線図、図10は、単独モータEVモードのMG回転の第一走行状態に係る共線図、図11は、自立始動可能時の走行領域を示す図、図12は、自立始動不可能時の走行領域を示す図、図13は、実施形態の制御に係るタイムチャートである。
後進走行をする場合、エンジン走行中は、第一回転機MG1がジェネレータとして発電を行い、第二回転機MG2がモータとして力行し、負回転して負トルクを出力して走行する。バッテリの充電状態が十分であるときは、単独駆動EVモードで第二回転機MG2が単独で逆回転してモータ走行するようにしてもよい。また、第二キャリア24を固定して両駆動EVモードで後進走行することも可能である。
HV_ECU50は、HVハイモードとHVローモードとの切り替えを行う場合、第一遊星歯車機構10と第二遊星歯車機構20とを同時に変速させる協調変速制御を実行することができる。HV_ECU50は、協調変速制御において、第一遊星歯車機構10および第二遊星歯車機構20の一方の変速比を増加させ、他方の変速比を減少させる。
本実施形態に係る車両100は、自立始動によりエンジン1を始動すること、およびMG1トルクによってエンジン1を始動することがそれぞれ可能である。エンジン1は、外部からのトルクによらずに自らの回転数を上昇させて始動すること、言い換えると、第一回転機MG1、第二回転機MG2、駆動輪32等から切り離された状態で自立的に始動することが可能である。本実施形態のエンジン1は、筒内に直接燃料を噴射する直噴式のエンジンである。エンジン1は、回転が停止した状態から筒内で発生させる燃料の燃焼エネルギーにより回転を開始し、かつ回転数を上昇させて始動を完了することが可能である。
上記実施形態では、第一EV走行領域Rev_1がMG停止走行領域Rev_1AとMG回転走行領域Rev_1Bとを有していたが、これに代えて、第一EV走行領域Rev_1が、MG停止走行領域Rev_1AあるいはMG回転走行領域Rev_1Bのいずれか一方であってもよい。図14は、実施形態の第1変形例に係る走行領域を示す図である。第1変形例では、第一EV走行領域Rev_1の全領域が、MG停止走行領域Rev_1Aとされている。なお、これに代えて、第一EV走行領域Rev_1の全領域が、MG回転走行領域Rev_1Bとされてもよい。
エンジンの自立始動ができない場合に、第二走行状態で走行する領域が可変とされてもよい。例えば、ドライバーの加速意図の大きさに応じて第二EV走行領域Rev_2の大きさが変化してもよい。例えば、第二EV走行領域Rev_2は、ドライバーの加速意図が大きい場合は、ドライバーの加速意図が小さい場合よりも大きくなる。第二EV走行領域Rev_2の拡大は、例えば、第二EV走行領域Rev_2の低車速側や低アウトプットトルク側への拡大とすることができる。また、バッテリの充電残量が多い場合の第二EV走行領域Rev_2が、バッテリの充電残量が少ない場合の第二EV走行領域Rev_2よりも大きくされてもよい。
エンジンの自立始動ができない場合に、MG回転走行領域Rev_1Bが可変とされてもよい。例えば、ドライバーの加速意図の大きさに応じてMG回転走行領域Rev_1Bの大きさが変化してもよい。例えば、加速意図が大きい場合のMG回転走行領域Rev_1Bは、加速意図が小さい場合のMG回転走行領域Rev_1Bよりも大きくなる。MG回転走行領域Rev_1Bの拡大は、例えば、低車速側や低アウトプットトルク側への拡大とすることができる。また、バッテリの充電残量が多い場合のMG回転走行領域Rev_1Bが、バッテリの充電残量が少ない場合のMG回転走行領域Rev_1Bよりも大きくされてもよい。
MG回転走行領域Rev_1Bにおいて、第二キャリア24および第一リングギア13の回転数が可変とされてもよい。例えば、MG回転走行領域Rev_1Bにおいて、第二EV走行領域Rev_2に近い領域では、第二EV走行領域Rev_2から遠い領域よりも、第二キャリア24の回転数が小さくなるようにしてもよい。一例として、MG回転走行領域Rev_1Bにおいて、動作点がMG停止走行領域Rev_1A側から第二EV走行領域Rev_2側へ向かうに従い第二キャリア24の回転数が低減するようにしてもよい。
「機関と、変速部と、3軸からなる差動部からなり、機関の出力軸が変速部の入力軸に連結され、変速部の出力軸が差動部の第1軸に連結され、差動部の第2軸に第一回転機、第3軸に第二回転機を連結するものにおいて、変速部が差動する第1の回転機走行と変速部が差動しない第2の回転機走行が可能であって、機関を自立始動あるいは第一回転機の補助を伴う始動で行い、自立始動が不可能な場合は、可能な場合に比べて、第2の回転機走行領域を大きくする動力伝達装置。」

- 機関と、
前記機関と接続され、前記機関の回転を伝達する第一差動機構と、
前記第一差動機構と駆動輪とを接続する第二差動機構と、
前記第一差動機構を変速させる切替装置と、
第一走行状態と、
第二走行状態とを備え、
前記第二差動機構は、前記第一差動機構の出力要素に接続された第一回転要素と、第一回転機に接続された第二回転要素と、第二回転機および前記駆動輪に接続された第三回転要素とを有し、
前記第一走行状態は、前記第二回転機を動力源として前記第一差動機構を差動させて走行する走行状態であり、
前記第二走行状態は、前記第二回転機を動力源として前記第一差動機構を差動させずに走行する走行状態であり、
前記機関が自立始動できない場合は、前記機関が自立始動できる場合よりも前記第二走行状態で走行する領域が大きい
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第二走行状態で走行する領域は、前記第一走行状態で走行する領域よりも高負荷側の領域である
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記機関を自立始動できない場合、前記第一走行状態で走行する領域は、前記第一回転機を回転させて走行する領域と、前記第一回転機を回転させずに走行する領域とを有する
請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - ドライバーの加速意図が大きい場合は、前記ドライバーの加速意図が小さい場合よりも前記第二走行状態で走行する領域が大きい
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - ドライバーの加速意図が大きい場合は、前記ドライバーの加速意図が小さい場合よりも前記第一回転機を回転させて走行する領域が大きい
請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両用駆動装置。 - 前記第一回転機を回転させて走行する領域は、前記第一回転機を回転させずに走行する領域と前記第二走行状態で走行する領域との間にあり、
前記第一回転機を回転させて走行する領域において、前記第二走行状態で走行する領域に近い領域では、前記第二走行状態で走行する領域から遠い領域よりも、前記第一回転要素の回転数が小さい
