Claims (13)
- エンジンと、
第1回転機と、
前記エンジンが連結された第1回転要素と、前記第1回転機が連結された第2回転要素と、駆動輪にトルク伝達可能に連結された第3回転要素とを含む複数の回転要素を有する伝動機構と
を備え、
前記伝動機構は、前記複数の回転要素のうちのいずれか二つの回転要素を選択的に連結する第1係合機構と、前記複数の回転要素のうちのいずれか二つの回転要素を選択的に連結する第2係合機構とを有し、前記第1係合機構を係合状態にしかつ前記第2係合機構を解放状態にすることにより前記エンジンから出力されたトルクのうち前記第3回転要素側に伝達されるトルクの割合が第1所定値となるローモードを設定し、前記第2係合機構を係合状態にしかつ前記第1係合機構を解放状態にすることにより前記割合が前記第1所定値よりも小さい第2所定値となるハイモードを設定し、前記第1係合機構と前記第2係合機構とのそれぞれを係合状態にすることにより前記複数の回転要素が差動することを制限する直結モードを設定するように構成された車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジン、前記第1回転機、前記第1係合機構、前記第2係合機構を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両の走行状況および運転者の操作量との少なくともいずれか一方を含む所定の条件が成立している時に、前記ローモードから前記ハイモードへの切り替え、または前記ハイモードから前記ローモードへの切り替えの要求があると判断された場合に、前記第1係合機構と前記第2係合機構とのうちの現在係合している一方の係合機構を解放するとともに、前記エンジンを回転数制御して所定の回転数に制御し、
前記第1係合機構と前記第2係合機構とのうちの他方の係合機構の入力回転数と出力回転数との差が許容値以下となるように前記第1回転機の回転数を制御し、
前記他方の係合機構における前記入力回転数と前記出力回転数との差が許容値以下となったことを条件に、前記他方の係合機構を係合状態に切り替えることにより前記直結モードを介することなく、前記ローモードまたは前記ハイモードに切り替えるように構成され、
前記所定の条件が成立していない時に、前記ローモードから前記ハイモードへの切り替え、または前記ハイモードから前記ローモードへの切り替えの要求があると判断された場合に、前記他方の係合機構の前記入力回転数と前記出力回転数との差が前記許容値以下となるように前記第1回転機の回転数を制御し、前記他方の係合機構における前記入力回転数と前記出力回転数との差が前記許容値以下となったことを条件に、前記他方の係合機構を係合状態に切り替えて前記直結モードを設定し、前記他方の係合機構が係合状態となったことを条件に前記一方の係合機構を解放状態に切り替えて前記ハイモードまたは前記ローモードに切り替えるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定の条件は、車速が第1所定車速以下であることを含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第1所定車速は、前記直結モードを設定した場合に前記エンジンが自立回転できなくなる車速を含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項3に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第1所定車速は、前記直結モードを設定した場合における前記エンジンの回転数が、前記伝動機構の固有振動数以上となる車速を含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項2ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定の回転数は、アイドル回転数を含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定の条件は、車速が第2所定車速以上であることを含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項6に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第2所定車速は、運転者が前記車両への駆動力の要求量を変化させた場合に、前記駆動力の要求量に応じて前記エンジンの回転数が変動することが要求される車速を含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項7に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定の回転数は、前記駆動力の要求量に応じて変化するように定められている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項7または8に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記駆動力の要求量は、前記運転者が操作するアクセル装置の操作量と、前記車両に要求される要求パワーとを含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定の条件は、前記車両に要求される駆動力が所定駆動力以下であることを含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項10に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記駆動輪にトルク伝達可能に連結された第2回転機を更に備え、
前記所定駆動力は、前記第2回転機から最大トルクを出力した場合に充足できる駆動力以下に定められている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項11に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第2回転機に電力を供給する蓄電装置を更に備え、
前記第2回転機から出力可能な最大トルクは、前記蓄電装置および前記第2回転機の温度状態を含む許容運転状態に基づいて定められている
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記所定の条件は、前記ローモードを設定することが制限されていることを含む
ことを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。
