ことを特徴とするものである。
請求項3の発明は、請求項2の発明において、前記係合装置の出力軸に連結された第1回転要素と、電動機に連結された第2回転要素と、前記駆動輪に連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動機構を備え、前記第2走行モードは、前記内燃機関の動力で走行するハイブリッド走行モードを含み、前記第1走行モードから前記ハイブリッド走行モードに切り替える際に、前記係合装置を係合するとともに、前記電動機から前記内燃機関にトルクを伝達して前記内燃機関を始動するように構成されていることを特徴とするものである。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関と駆動輪との伝達トルク容量を制御することができる係合装置を備え、前記係合装置を解放することにより前記内燃機関と前記駆動輪とのトルクの伝達を遮断して走行する第1走行モードと、前記係合装置を係合して前記内燃機関と前記駆動輪とのトルクの伝達を可能にして走行する第2走行モードとを選択的に切り替えることができる車両の制御装置において、
前記係合装置の係合特性の低下を推定する推定手段と、
前記推定手段により前記係合装置の係合特性が低下していると推定された場合に、前記第1走行モードから前記第2走行モードに切り替える際に、前記係合装置の入力側の回転数と出力側の回転数を同期させた後に前記係合装置を係合させる係合手段とを備え、
前記係合装置の出力軸に連結された第1回転要素と、電動機に連結された第2回転要素と、前記駆動輪に連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動機構を備え、
前記係合手段は、前記電動機の回転数を制御して、前記係合装置の出力側の回転数を入力側の回転数に同期させる手段を含み、
要求される駆動力または車速が予め定めた所定値よりも小さい場合に前記第1走行モードを選択し、前記要求される駆動力または車速が前記所定値よりも大きい場合に前記第2走行モードを選択するように構成され、
前記推定手段により前記係合装置の係合特性が低下していると推定された場合に、前記所定値を小さい値に変更する手段を備えている
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 内燃機関と駆動輪との伝達トルク容量を制御することができる係合装置を備え、前記係合装置を解放することにより前記内燃機関と前記駆動輪とのトルクの伝達を遮断して走行する第1走行モードと、前記係合装置を係合して前記内燃機関と前記駆動輪とのトルクの伝達を可能にして走行する第2走行モードとを選択的に切り替えることができる車両の制御装置において、
要求される駆動力または車速が予め定めた所定値よりも小さい場合に前記第1走行モードを選択し、前記要求される駆動力または車速が前記所定値よりも大きい場合に前記第2走行モードを選択するように構成され、
前記係合装置の係合特性の低下を推定する推定手段と、
前記推定手段により前記係合装置の係合特性が低下していると推定された場合に、前記所定値を小さい値に変更する手段とを備えている
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記係合装置の出力軸に連結された第1回転要素と、電動機に連結された第2回転要素と、前記駆動輪に連結された第3回転要素とを有する差動機構を備え、
前記第2走行モードは、前記内燃機関の動力で走行するハイブリッド走行モードを含み、
前記第1走行モードから前記ハイブリッド走行モードに切り替える際に、前記係合装置を係合するとともに、前記電動機から前記内燃機関にトルクを伝達して前記内燃機関を始動するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記係合手段は、前記第1走行モードから前記第2走行モードに切り替え、かつ前記内燃機関を始動させる場合に、前記係合装置の入力側の回転数と前記出力側の回転数とを同期させた後に前記係合装置を係合させた後に、前記内燃機関を始動させる内燃機関始動手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記係合装置は、第1回転部材を第2回転部材に押圧してトルクを伝達する摩擦クラッチを含み、
前記第1回転部材の軸線方向の位置を検出する位置検出手段と、
前記係合装置が係合し始めた時点でのトルクまたは回転数が変化する第3回転部材の運転状態を検出する回転部材検出手段とを備え、
前記推定手段は、前記回転部材検出手段により前記第3回転部材の運転状態が変化したことを検出した時点で、前記位置検出手段により検出された前記第1回転部材の位置に基づいて前記係合装置の摩耗量を算出し、その算出された摩耗量が予め定められた第1閾値以上の場合に前記係合装置の係合特性が低下していると推定する手段を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記推定手段は、前記係合装置を使用した期間が予め定められた第2閾値以上の場合に前記係合装置の係合特性が低下していると推定する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記推定手段は、前記係合装置を係合または解放させた回数が予め定めた第3閾値以上の場合に前記係合装置の係合特性が低下していると推定する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記推定手段は、前記車両が走行した距離が予め定めた第4閾値以上の場合に、前記係合装置の係合特性が低下していると推定する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の車両の制御装置。
