- 車両の前輪と後輪とのいずれか一方の車輪にトルク伝達可能に連結されたエンジンと、前記前輪と前記後輪とのうちの他方の車輪にトルク伝達可能に連結された第1回転機と、前記第1回転機と前記他方の車輪との回転数比を変更可能な変速機構とを備えたハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記エンジンおよび前記変速機構を制御するコントローラを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを始動する制御と前記変速機構の変速比を変更する制御とのうちのいずれか一方の制御が実行されている間に、前記エンジンを始動する制御と前記変速機構の変速比を変更する制御とのうちの他方の制御を実行する要求があった場合は、前記他方の制御の実行を制限するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記制限は、前記エンジンを始動する要求と前記変速比を変更する要求とが成立した場合に、前記一方の制御に対して前記他方の制御を遅延させることを含む
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記遅延は、前記エンジンを始動する制御に対して前記変速比を変更する制御の実行を遅らせることを含む

- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記第1回転機の出力トルクは、前記車両に要求される駆動力に応じて定められ、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行している間における前記一方の車輪に伝達されるトルクの変化量を求め、
前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行している間における前記一方の車輪に伝達されるトルクが低下する場合には、前記第1回転機の出力トルクを増大させ、前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行している間における前記一方の車輪に伝達されるトルクが低下する場合には、前記第1回転機の出力トルクを低下させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行する条件が成立した場合に、前記第1回転機の出力トルクを低下させた後に、前記エンジンを始動する制御を開始するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記変速機構の変速比を変更する制御を実行する条件が成立した場合に、前記第1回転機の出力トルクを低下させた後に、前記変速機構の変速比を変更する制御を開始するように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記車両に要求される駆動力を求め、
前記求められた駆動力が所定駆動力よりも大きい場合に、前記他方の制御を実行することを制限しないように構成されている

- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンおよび前記第1回転機ならびに前記変速機構を含む前記車両の構成部材を保護するために、前記他方の制御を実行する条件が成立した場合には、前記他方の制御を実行することを制限しないように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。

前記コントローラは、
前記変速比を変更する速度を、変速に伴って発生する前記第1回転機のイナーシャトルクに基づいて定めるように構成されている

前記一方の車輪にトルク伝達可能に連結された第2回転機を更に備え、
前記第2回転機の出力トルクは、前記車両に要求される駆動力に応じて定められ、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行している間における前記一方の車輪に伝達されるトルクの変化量を求め、
前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行している間における前記一方の車輪に伝達されるトルクが低下する場合には、前記第2回転機の出力トルクを増大させ、前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行している間における前記一方の車輪に伝達されるトルクが低下する場合には、前記第2回転機の出力トルクを低下させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 請求項10に記載のハイブリッド車両の駆動力制御装置において、
前記コントローラは、
前記エンジンを始動する制御を実行する条件が成立した場合に、前記第2回転機の出力トルクを低下させた後に、前記エンジンを始動する制御を開始するように構成されている

前記エンジンから出力された動力の一部を電力に変換可能な第3回転機と、
前記エンジンから出力された動力を前記第3回転機側と出力部材側とに分割するとともに、前記第3回転機側に伝達する動力と前記出力部材側に伝達する動力との比率が第1比率となる第1モードおよび前記第1モードよりも前記出力部材側に伝達する動力の割合が小さい第2比率となる第2モードを設定可能な伝動機構と
を更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記第3回転機の出力トルクにより前記エンジンをクランキングすることにより前記エンジンを始動するように構成されている
