Description
Claims (11)
- 相対回転可能な第1部材と第2部材と、前記第1部材側から前記第2部材側へ突出するように動作するストラットと、前記ストラットの前記第2部材側への突出を許容する状態ならびに前記ストラットの前記第2部材側への突出を阻止する状態を選択的に設定するアクチュエータとを有し、前記ストラットが前記第2部材側へ突出して前記第2部材と係合することにより正回転方向もしくは逆回転方向のいずれか一方向のみの相対回転を規制する係合状態と、前記ストラットを前記第2部材側へ突出させないことにより正回転方向ならびに逆回転方向の両方向の相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わるセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチ、および、
前記第1部材もしくは前記第2部材のいずれか一方の部材を回転させることが可能なモータを備え、
前記モータによって、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で規制される方向の相対回転である正の差回転と、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチの前記係合状態で許容される方向の相対回転である負の差回転とをそれぞれ生じさせることが可能な車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替える場合に、前記いずれか一方の部材に前記モータによってトルクを与えて、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に、前記規制されている相対回転方向とは反対方向の相対回転である負差回転を生じさせ、
前記負差回転が生じている状態で前記第1部材と前記第2部材との回転数差を予め定めた目標値に維持し、
前記回転数差の前記目標値への維持は、前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチが前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替わるまで継続するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記負差回転の回転数が予め定めた基準回転数に達したことに基づいて前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチを前記解放状態に切り替える制御を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記ストラットは、前記第1部材に支持され、
前記ストラットの先端部を嵌合させて前記ストラットと係合する凹部が前記第2部材に形成され、
前記ストラットを前記第2部材に向けて突出させて前記凹部に係合させる係合位置と前記ストラットを前記第2部材から引き下がらせて前記凹部から外す解放位置とに動作させる前記アクチュエータの動作量を検出するセンサが設けられ、
前記センサによって検出された前記アクチュエータの動作量に基づいて前記セレクタブルワンウェイクラッチが解放状態に切り替わったことの判定を成立させるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
前記いずれか他方の部材が連結された、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1の回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2の回転要素に前記モータおよび前記いずれか一方の部材が連結され、第3の回転要素からトルクを出力する第1の差動機構とを有し、
前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向と同方向の回転数が小さくなり、また前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向とは逆方向の回転数が大きくなることにより、前記内燃機関の回転数が低下するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、
前記いずれか他方の部材が連結された、回転および移動することのない固定部と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1の回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2の回転要素に前記モータが連結され、第3の回転要素からトルクを出力する第1の差動機構と、
互いに差動作用を行う3つの他の回転要素を有するとともにそれら他の3つの回転要素のうちの第4の回転要素に前記第1の回転要素が連結され、第5の回転要素に前記第2の回転要素が連結され、第6の回転要素に前記いずれか一方の部材が連結されるとともに該第6の回転要素の回転が止められることにより前記第5の回転要素を前記第4の回転要素とは反対方向に回転させるように構成された第2の差動機構とを有し、
前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向と同方向の回転数が小さくなり、また前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向とは逆方向の回転数が大きくなることにより、前記内燃機関の回転数が低下するように構成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 相対回転可能な第1部材と第2部材との正逆いずれか一方向のみの相対回転を規制する係合状態と前記第1部材と前記第2部材との正逆両方向の相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わる係合機構を有するセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチと、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とのいずれか一方の部材を回転させることのできるモータとを備えた車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、前記いずれか他方の部材が連結された、回転および移動することのない固定部と、互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1の回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2の回転要素に前記モータおよび前記いずれか一方の部材が連結され、第3の回転要素からトルクを出力する第1の差動機構とを有し、前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向と同方向の回転数が小さくなり、また前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向とは逆方向の回転数が大きくなることにより、前記内燃機関の回転数が低下するように構成され、
前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替える場合に、前記いずれか一方の部材に前記モータによってトルクを与えて、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に、前記規制されている相対回転方向とは反対方向の相対回転である負差回転を生じさせて、前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えるように構成され、かつ
前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に生じさせた前記負差回転の回転数は、前記第2の回転要素を前記逆方向に回転させる前記モータの回転数であり、かつ前記内燃機関を自立回転させることができる最低回転数以上の回転数である
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 相対回転可能な第1部材と第2部材との正逆いずれか一方向のみの相対回転を規制する係合状態と前記第1部材と前記第2部材との正逆両方向の相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わる係合機構を有するセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチと、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とのいずれか一方の部材を回転させることのできるモータとを備えた車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記車両用動力伝達機構は、前記いずれか他方の部材が連結された、回転および移動することのない固定部と、互いに差動作用を行う3つの回転要素を有するとともにそれら3つの回転要素のうちの第1の回転要素に前記内燃機関が連結され、第2の回転要素に前記モータが連結され、第3の回転要素からトルクを出力する第1の差動機構と、互いに差動作用を行う3つの他の回転要素を有するとともにそれら他の3つの回転要素のうちの第4の回転要素に前記第1の回転要素が連結され、第5の回転要素に前記第2の回転要素が連結され、第6の回転要素に前記いずれか一方の部材が連結されるとともに該第6の回転要素の回転が止められることにより前記第5の回転要素を前記第4の回転要素とは反対方向に回転させるように構成された第2の差動機構とを有し、前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向と同方向の回転数が小さくなり、また前記第2の回転要素の前記内燃機関の回転方向とは逆方向の回転数が大きくなることにより、前記内燃機関の回転数が低下するように構成され、
前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替える場合に、前記いずれか一方の部材に前記モータによってトルクを与えて、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に、前記規制されている相対回転方向とは反対方向の相対回転である負差回転を生じさせて、前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えるように構成され、かつ
前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に生じさせた前記負差回転の回転数は、前記第6の回転要素の回転数であり、かつ前記内燃機関を自立回転させることができる最低回転数以上の回転数である
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 相対回転可能な第1部材と第2部材との正逆いずれか一方向のみの相対回転を規制する係合状態と前記第1部材と前記第2部材との正逆両方向の相対回転を許容する解放状態とに切り替わる係合機構を有するセレクタブルワンウェイクラッチと、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とのいずれか一方の部材を回転させることのできるモータとを備えた車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置において、
前記車両は、内燃機関を有し、
前記いずれか他方の部材は、前記内燃機関のトルクが作用するように構成され、
前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替える場合に、前記いずれか一方の部材に前記モータによってトルクを与えて、前記第1部材と前記第2部材との間に、前記規制されている相対回転方向とは反対方向の相対回転である負差回転を生じさせて、前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えるように構成され、かつ
前記負差回転が生じている状態での前記第1部材と前記第2部材との回転数差を予め定めた目標値に維持するように構成され、
前記目標値は、前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替える過程で前記内燃機関のトルクが変動した場合であっても前記負差回転の回転数の絶対値が「0」より大きい回転数を維持する値である
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。 - 前記回転数差の前記目標値への維持は、前記係合機構が前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替わるまで継続するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替える制御を実行している状態で前記負差回転を生じさせることにより前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
- 前記負差回転を生じさせている状態で前記係合機構を前記係合状態から前記解放状態に切り替える制御を実行するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の車両用動力伝達機構の制御装置。
