Description
図1は、本実施に係る車両1の全体構成を示す模式図である。車両1は、駆動装置2と、駆動輪90と、制御装置100と、油圧回路500とを含む。駆動装置2は、エンジン10と、第1MG(第1回転電機)20と、第2MG(第2回転電機)30と、第1遊星歯車装置40および第2遊星歯車装置50からなる変速部と、クラッチ(第1クラッチ)C1と、クラッチ(第2クラッチ)C2と、ブレーキB1とを含む。
図2は、図1に示す制御装置100の構成を示すブロック図である。制御装置100は、HVECU(Electric Control Unit)150と、MGECU160と、エンジンECU170とを含む。制御装置100は、HVECU(Electric Control Unit)150と、MGECU160と、エンジンECU170とを含む。HVECU150、MGECU160、エンジンECU170の各々は、コンピュータを含んで構成される電子制御ユニットである。なお、ECUの数は、3つに限定されるものではなく、全体として1つのECUに統合しても良いし、2つ、または4つ以上の数に分割されていても良い。
次に、車両1の制御モードの詳細について、差動係合表と共線図を用いて説明する。
図3は、MG2単独走行モード中の共線図である。図4は、両モータ走行モード中の共線図である。図5は、シリーズ走行モード中の共線図である。図6は、シリーズパラレル走行モード中の共線図である。図7から図10は、パラレル走行モード中の共線図である。
Claims (3)
- 駆動輪に接続された駆動軸と、
エンジンと、
第1回転電機と、
第2回転電機と、
第1リングギヤと、第1ピニオンギヤと、前記第1ピニオンギヤに接続された第1キャリアと、第1サンギヤとを含む第1遊星歯車装置と、
第2リングギヤと、第2ピニオンギヤと、前記第2ピニオンギヤに接続された第2キャリアと、第2サンギヤとを含む第2遊星歯車装置と、
第1クラッチおよび第2クラッチと、
ブレーキとを備え、
前記第1リングギヤは、前記第2キャリアに接続されると共に、前記駆動軸に機械的に接続され、
前記第1サンギヤは、前記第2サンギヤおよび前記第1回転電機に接続され、
前記第1クラッチは、係合および解放されることにより前記第1サンギヤと前記エンジンとを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替え、
前記第2クラッチは、係合および解放されることにより前記第1キャリアと前記エンジンとを接続した状態および接続していない状態を選択的に切り替え、
前記ブレーキは、係合および解放されることにより前記第2リングギヤを固定部材に固定した状態および固定していない状態を選択的に切り替え、
前記第2回転電機は、前記第1リングギヤおよび前記第2キャリアと前記駆動軸との間の動力伝達経路に機械的に接続され、
前記第1クラッチおよび前記第2クラッチ並びに前記ブレーキの何れか2つを係合し、前記エンジンを動作させる共に、前記第1回転電機および前記第2回転電機をモータとして動作させ、前記駆動輪を駆動する走行モードを有する、駆動装置。 - 前記走行モードとして、前記第1クラッチおよび前記ブレーキを係合する走行モードと、前記第2クラッチおよび前記ブレーキを係合する走行モードと、前記第1クラッチおよび前記第2クラッチを係合する走行モードとを有する、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第2クラッチを係合しかつ前記第1回転電機の回転速度をゼロにする電気ロックを行い、前記エンジンを動作させると共に、前記第2回転電機をモータとして動作させ、前記駆動輪を駆動する走行モードをさらに有する、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置。
