Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態における駆動装置を備えるハイブリッド車両の全体構成を示す図である。
以下に、ハイブリッド車両1の制御モードの詳細について、作動係合表と共線図とを用いて説明する。
図12は、ハイブリッド車両1が主として燃料をエネルギ源として走行する場合の走行モードを決定するモード判定マップである。このモード判定マップは、ハイブリッド自動車が通常走行する場合、またはプラグインハイブリッド自動車がバッテリの蓄電状態を維持するCSモードで走行する場合に使用される。図12には境界線が破線で示されるマップと境界線が実線で示されるマップとが重ねて示されている。境界線が破線で示されるマップは、バッテリ60の入出力パワーに制限を受けない場合に通常用いられるマップである。一方、境界線が実線で示されるマップは、SOCや温度などの諸条件によってバッテリ60の入出力パワーが制限された場合に用いられるマップである。
本実施の形態においては、シリーズパラレル(Lo)モードと、パラレル(Hi)モードとの間で走行モードを切り替える場合を一例として説明したが、シリーズパラレル(Hi)モードと、パラレル(Lo)モードとの間で走行モードを切り替える場合にも同様にシリーズモードを経由することで、同時に制御される制御要素の増加が抑制されるため、変速制御の容易化を図ることができる。
Claims (9)
- ハイブリッド車両であって、
内燃機関と、
第1回転電機と、
駆動輪に動力を出力可能に設けられる第2回転電機と、
前記内燃機関からの動力が入力される入力要素と、前記入力要素に入力された動力を出力する出力要素とを有し、前記入力要素と前記出力要素との間で低速段と高速段とのうちのいずれかの変速段で動力を伝達する非ニュートラル状態と、前記入力要素と前記出力要素との間で動力を伝達しないニュートラル状態とを切り替え可能に構成された変速部と、
前記第1回転電機に接続される第1回転要素と、前記第2回転電機および駆動輪に接続される第2回転要素と、前記出力要素に接続される第3回転要素とを有し、前記第1〜第3回転要素のうちのいずれか2つの回転速度が定まると残りの1つの回転速度が定まるように構成される差動部とを備え、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記内燃機関から前記変速部および前記差動部を経由して前記第1回転電機に動力を伝達する第1の経路と、前記第1の経路とは別の経路で前記内燃機関から前記第1回転電機に動力を伝達する第2の経路との少なくともいずれかの経路によって前記内燃機関の動力伝達が可能に構成され、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記第2の経路に設けられ、前記内燃機関から前記第1回転電機への動力を伝達する係合状態と、内燃機関から前記第1回転電機への動力の伝達を遮断する解放状態とを切り替え可能なクラッチを備え、
前記ハイブリッド車両の走行モードは、前記クラッチを前記解放状態にするとともに前記変速部を前記非ニュートラル状態とするシリーズパラレル走行モードと、前記クラッチを前記係合状態にするとともに前記変速部を前記非ニュートラル状態とするパラレル走行モードと、前記クラッチを前記係合状態にするとともに前記変速部を前記ニュートラル状態とするシリーズ走行モードとを含み、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記シリーズパラレル走行モードと前記パラレル走行モードとの間で前記走行モードを切り替える場合であって、かつ、前記低速段と前記高速段との間で前記変速段を切り替える場合には、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記走行モードおよび前記変速段を切り替える制御装置をさらに備える、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り替える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記シリーズパラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記低速段の変速段が形成されており、現在の前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比が、前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも減速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードに切り替える前に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御と、
前記シリーズ走行モードに切り替えた後に、前記回転速度比を、前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される場合の第2回転速度比に同期させる制御とを実行する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り換える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記シリーズパラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記高速段の変速段が形成されており、現在の前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比が、前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも増速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードに切り替える前に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御と、
前記シリーズ走行モードに切り替えた後に、前記回転速度比を、前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される場合の第2回転速度比に同期させる制御とを実行する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り替える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記シリーズパラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記低速段の変速段が形成されており、現在の前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比が、前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも増速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードに切り替える前に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御を実行せずに前記シリーズパラレル走行モードから前記シリーズ走行モードに前記走行モードを切り替える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り替える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記シリーズパラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記高速段の変速段が形成されており、現在の前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比が、前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも減速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードに切り替える前に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御を実行せずに前記シリーズパラレル走行モードから前記シリーズ走行モードに前記走行モードを切り替える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り替える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記パラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記低速段の変速段が形成されており、前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比の目標値が前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも増速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードの経由中に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御と、
前記シリーズパラレル走行モードに切り替えた後に、前記回転速度比を前記目標値に変化させる制御とを実行する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り替える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記パラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記高速段の変速段が形成されており、前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比の目標値が前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも減速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードの経由中に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御と、
前記シリーズパラレル走行モードに切り替えた後に、前記回転速度比を前記目標値に変化させる制御とを実行する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り替える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記パラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記低速段の変速段が形成されており、前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比の目標値が前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも減速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードの経由中に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御を実行せずに前記シリーズ走行モードから前記シリーズパラレル走行モードに切り替える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記パラレル走行モードで前記高速段の変速段が形成される状態から、前記シリーズ走行モードを経由して前記シリーズパラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される状態に切り替える場合であって、さらに、現在の走行モードが前記パラレル走行モードであって、かつ、前記高速段の変速段が形成されており、前記変速部の前記入力要素と前記差動部の前記第2回転要素との回転速度比の目標値が前記パラレル走行モードで前記低速段の変速段が形成される場合の第1回転速度比よりも増速側である場合は、
前記シリーズ走行モードの経由中に、前記回転速度比を前記第1回転速度比に同期させる制御を実行せずに前記シリーズ走行モードから前記シリーズパラレル走行モードに切り替える、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
