Description
前記第1回転メンバM1(S1,S2)には、第2モータジェネレータMG2が連結されている。
前記第2回転メンバM2(R1,R3)には、入出力要素の何れにも連結されていない。
前記第3回転メンバM3(PC2,R3)には、エンジンクラッチECと第1オイルポンプOP1を介してエンジンEが連結されている。
前記第1ピニオンキャリアPC1には、ハイクラッチHCを介して第2モータジェネレータMG2が連結されている。また、ローブレーキLBを介して変速機ケースTCに連結されている。
前記第2リングギヤR2には、モータジェネレータクラッチMGCを介して第1モータジェネレータMG1が連結されている。また、ハイローブレーキHLBを介して変速機ケースTCに連結されている。
前記第3ピニオンキャリアPC3には、出力軸OUTが連結されている。なお、出力軸OUTからは、図外のプロペラシャフトやディファレンシャルやドライブシャフトを介して左右の駆動輪に駆動力が伝達される。
なお、前記第1モータジェネレータMG1とは、シリーズクラッチSCを介して連結されている。
実施例1におけるハイブリッド車両の制御系は、図1に示すように、エンジンコントローラ1と、モータコントローラ2と、インバータ3と、高電圧バッテリ4と、油圧制御装置5と、統合コントローラ6と、アクセル開度センサ7と、車速センサ8と、エンジン回転数センサ9と、第1モータジェネレータ回転数センサ10と、第2モータジェネレータ回転数センサ11と、第3リングギヤ回転数センサ12と、昇圧DC/DCコンバータ13と、から構成されている。
走行モードとしては、ローギヤ固定モード(以下、「Lowモード」という。)と、ロー側無段変速モード(以下、「Low-iVTモード」という。)と、2速固定モード(以下、「2ndモード」という。)と、ハイ側無段変速モード(以下、「High-iVTモード」という。)と、ハイギヤ固定モード(以下、「Highモード」という。)と、の5つの走行モードを有する。
次に、固定変速比モードにおいて駆動輪にスリップ状態が検出された際の、固定変速比モードから自由変速比モードへの遷移処理について図7のフローチャートに基づいて説明する。
ステップ101では、ABS/TCSコントローラ20からの情報に基づいて、ABS制御が作動中かどうかを判断し、作動中のときはステップ102へ進み、それ以外のときはステップ106へ進む。
ステップ102では、現在の走行モードが自由変速比モードかどうかを判断し、自由変速比モードのときはステップ103へ進み、それ以外のときはステップ104へ進む。
ステップ103では、第1モータジェネレータMG1及び第2モータジェネレータMG2により制動トルクを与えつつ、ABS制御(ブレーキユニットによる増減圧制御)を行う。
ステップ104では、自由変速比モードに遷移させる。
ステップ105では、車輪ロックをしないようにABS制御を実行する。
ステップ107では、自由変速比モードかどうかを判断し、自由変速比モードのときはステップ108へ進み、それ以外のときはステップ109へ進む。
ステップ108では、第1モータジェネレータMG1及び第2モータジェネレータMG2により駆動輪への出力トルクを抑制しつつ、TCS制御(エンジントルクダウン制御)を実行する。
ステップ109では、自由変速比モードに遷移させる。
図8はLowモード走行中にLowモードのままABS制御が行われた場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図9はLowモード走行中にLowモードのままABS制御が行われた場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。以下、図9に示す(1)〜(9)のフェーズに合わせて説明する。
図10はLowモード走行中にABS制御が行われ、Low-iVTモードに遷移した場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図11はLowモード走行中にABS制御が行われ、Low-iVTモードに遷移した場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。以下、図11に示す(1)〜(10)のフェーズに合わせて説明する。
図12はLowモード走行中にLowモードのままTCS制御が行われた場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図13はLowモード走行中にLowモードのままTCS制御が行われた場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。以下、図13に示す(1)〜(12)のフェーズに合わせて説明する。
図14はLowモード走行中にTCS制御が行われ、Low-iVTモードに遷移した場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図15はLowモード走行中にTCS制御が行われ、Low-iVTモードに遷移した場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。以下、図15に示す(1)〜(11)のフェーズに合わせて説明する。
図16は2ndモード走行中に2ndモードのままABS制御が行われた場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図17は2ndモード走行中に2ndモードのままABS制御が行われた場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。基本的には、上述したLowモード走行中のABS制御と同じであるため、異なる点についてのみ説明する。
図18は2ndモード走行中にABS制御が行われ、High-iVTモードに遷移した場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図19は2ndモード走行中にABS制御が行われ、High-iVTモードに遷移した場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。基本的には、上述したLowモードからLow-iVTモードに遷移させ、ABS制御を行う場合と同じであるため、異なる点についてのみ説明する。
図20は2ndモード走行中に2ndモードのままTCS制御が行われた場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図21は2ndモード走行中に2ndモードのままTCS制御が行われた場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。基本的には、上述したLowモード走行中のTCS制御と同じであるため、異なる点についてのみ説明する。
図22は2ndモード走行中にTCS制御が行われ、High-iVTモードに遷移した場合の共線図の変化を表す図、図23は2ndモード走行中にABS制御が行われ、High-iVTモードに遷移した場合の各回転数及びモータジェネレータと高電圧バッテリ4との入出力電力を表すタイムチャートである。基本的には、上述したLowモードからLow-iVTモードに遷移させ、TCS制御を行う場合と同じであるため、異なる点についてのみ説明する。

Claims (4)
- 第1モータジェネレータと、第2モータジェネレータと、駆動輪とがそれぞれ回転要素に連結される遊星歯車列と、
前記第1及び/又は第2モータジェネレータに連結された回転要素に設けられ、締結により固定変速比モード,解放により自由変速比モードを達成する締結要素と、
前記締結要素の締結状態及び前記第1及び第2モータジェネレータの駆動状態を制御する制御手段と、
を備えた車両の制御装置において、
前記駆動輪の路面に対するスリップ状態を検出するスリップ状態検出手段と、
前記固定変速比モードで走行中に、前記スリップ状態検出手段によりスリップ状態が検出されたときは、前記自由変速比モードに遷移させるスリップ時モード遷移手段と、
車輪のスリップ状態を所望のスリップ状態に制御するスリップ状態制御手段と、
を設け、
前記スリップ時モード遷移手段は、前記固定変速比モードから前記自由変速比モードへの遷移後、前記スリップ状態制御手段による制御が終了してから所定時間経過するまでの間、前記固定変速比モードへの遷移を禁止することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記スリップ状態検出手段は、制動スリップ状態を検出する手段であり、
前記スリップ時モード遷移手段は、前記固定変速比モードから前記自由変速比モードへ遷移したときは、前記第1及び第2モータジェネレータにより駆動輪に制動トルクを付与することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記スリップ状態検出手段は、駆動スリップ状態を検出する手段であり、
前記スリップ時モード遷移手段は、前記固定変速比モードから前記自由変速比モードへ遷移したときは、前記第1及び第2モータジェネレータにより駆動輪への過大なトルクを抑制することを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3いずれか1つに記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記第1モータジェネレータと、第2モータジェネレータと、前記駆動輪とがそれぞれ回転要素に連結される遊星歯車列と、前記第1及び/又は第2モータジェネレータに連結された回転要素に設けられ、締結により固定変速比モード、解放により自由変速比モードを達成する締結要素と、を備え、
前記遊星歯車列及び前記締結要素を、
サンギヤ,ピニオンキャリヤ及びリングギヤを有するシングルピニオン型の第1遊星歯車と第2遊星歯車と第3遊星歯車により構成され、第1サンギヤと第2サンギヤとを第1回転メンバにより直結し、第1リングギヤと第3サンギヤとを第2回転メンバにより直結し、第2ピニオンキャリアと第3リングギヤとを第3回転メンバにより直結し、前記第1回転メンバと前記第2回転メンバと第3回転メンバと第1ピニオンキャリアと第2リングギヤと第3ピニオンキャリアとの6つの回転要素を連結したものとし、
前記第1回転メンバに第2モータジェネレータを連結し、前記第3回転メンバに第4クラッチを介してエンジンを連結し、前記第1ピニオンキャリアに第3クラッチを介して第2モータジェネレータを連結すると共に第2ブレーキを介して変速機ケースに連結し、前記第2リングギヤに第2クラッチを介して第1モータジェネレータを連結すると共に第1ブレーキを介して変速機ケースに連結し、前記第3ピニオンキャリアに前記駆動出力部材を連結し、前記エンジンに第1クラッチを介して前記第1モータジェネレータを連結した構成としたことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
