- 前記有機溶媒がメチレンクロライドもしくはトルエンまたはこれらの混合物である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記適切なカップリング剤が、EDC・HClおよびHOBtである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 式IXの化合物またはその塩が、-30℃から20℃の温度にて、式Xの塩とカップリングされる、請求項7に記載の方法。
