Claims (15)
- 式(I)の化合物
またはその薬学的に許容される塩を合成する方法であって、式(II)のアルデヒドを
ヘンリー反応条件下でニトロメタンと反応させて式(III)の化合物を形成すること、
および、式(III)の化合物を還元剤で還元して式(I)の化合物を形成することを含む、方法。 - 前記アルデヒドおよび前記ニトロメタンを含む混合物に塩基を添加することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塩基が水酸化ナトリウムである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤がランタニド塩である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ランタニド塩がヨウ化サマリウム(II)である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 式(I)の化合物
またはその薬学的に許容される塩を合成する方法であって、式(II)のアルデヒドを
式(IV)のシアノヒドリンを形成する条件下でシアン化物塩と反応させること、
および、式(IV)のシアノヒドリンを還元剤で還元して式(I)の化合物を形成することを含む、方法。 - 前記シアン化物塩がシアン化カリウムである、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記還元剤がジエチルシランまたはトリエチルシランである、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記シアノヒドリンおよび前記還元剤の混合物にルイス酸を添加することをさらに含む、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ルイス酸がトリス(ペルフルオロフェニル)ボランである、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 式(V)のジオールを
酸化剤と反応させてアルデヒドを形成することさせることにより、式(II)のアルデヒドを合成することをさらに含む、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記酸化剤が過ヨウ素酸ナトリウムである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 式(I)の化合物を塩化してその薬学的に許容される塩を生成することをさらに含む、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記薬学的に許容される塩がメシル酸塩である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 式(IV)の化合物。
