Claims (3)
- 駆動力源の動力が伝達される入力回転部材と駆動輪へ前記動力を出力する出力回転部材との間の動力伝達経路に並列に設けられた、第1変速部及び第2変速部と、前記第1変速部を介して前記駆動力源の動力を前記駆動輪側へ伝達する第1動力伝達経路を断接する第1係合装置と、前記第2変速部を介して前記駆動力源の動力を前記駆動輪側へ伝達する第2動力伝達経路を断接する第2係合装置とを備えた動力伝達装置の、制御装置であって、
前記動力伝達装置は、前記第1動力伝達経路及び前記第2動力伝達経路のうちの何れか一方の動力伝達経路を断接する第3係合装置と、前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置へそれぞれ油圧を供給する各油路のうちの何れか一方の油路を遮断することで前記第1係合装置と前記第2係合装置との同時係合を回避するフェールセーフバルブとを備えており、
前記第3係合装置を解放した状態での走行中に、前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置を同時係合する油圧指令を出力し、前記油圧指令に応じて前記第1係合装置及び前記第2係合装置が共に係合した場合は、前記第3係合装置の係合によって形成される前記何れか一方の動力伝達経路を用いた走行を禁止することを特徴とする動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記第1変速部は、ギヤ伝動部であり、
前記第2変速部は、無段変速部であり、
前記第1係合装置は、第1摩擦クラッチであり、
前記第2係合装置は、第2摩擦クラッチであり、
前記第3係合装置は、前記第1摩擦クラッチよりも前記出力回転部材側に設けられて、前記第1動力伝達経路を断接する噛合式クラッチであり、
前記フェールセーフバルブは、前記第1摩擦クラッチへ油圧を供給する油路を遮断することで前記同時係合を回避するものであり、
前記噛合式クラッチを解放した状態で前記第2摩擦クラッチの係合により形成した前記第2動力伝達経路を用いた走行中に、前記第1摩擦クラッチを係合する油圧指令を出力し、前記油圧指令に応じて前記第1摩擦クラッチが係合した場合は、前記第1動力伝達経路を用いた走行を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。 - 前記第1変速部は、ギヤ伝動部であり、
前記第2変速部は、無段変速部であり、
前記第1係合装置は、第1摩擦クラッチであり、
前記第2係合装置は、前記無段変速部よりも前記入力回転部材側又は前記出力回転部材側に設けられた第2摩擦クラッチであり、
前記第3係合装置は、前記無段変速部に対して前記第2摩擦クラッチとは反対の回転部材側に設けられて、前記第2動力伝達経路を断接する第3摩擦クラッチであり、
前記フェールセーフバルブは、前記第2摩擦クラッチへ油圧を供給する油路を遮断することで前記同時係合を回避するものであり、
前記第3摩擦クラッチを解放した状態で前記第1摩擦クラッチの係合により形成した前記第1動力伝達経路を用いた走行中に、前記第2摩擦クラッチを係合する油圧指令を出力し、前記油圧指令に応じて前記第2摩擦クラッチが係合した場合は、前記第2動力伝達経路を用いた走行を禁止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の制御装置。
