Claims (3)
- プライマリプーリ、セカンダリプーリ、および前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとの間に巻き掛けられる伝動ベルトを備えて構成される無段変速機と、該無段変速機に動力を伝達するための油圧式のベルト走行用クラッチと、前記無段変速機および前記ベルト走行用クラッチを制御する油圧制御回路とを、含んで構成され、前記油圧制御回路は、前記ベルト走行用クラッチに作動油を供給するための油路の連通先を、制御油圧が供給される油路および該制御油圧よりも高圧の油圧が供給される油路の一方に切り替えるフェールセーフバルブを有し、該フェールセーフバルブは、フェール時位置に切り替わると、前記ベルト走行用クラッチに作動油を供給するための油路と、前記制御油圧よりも高圧の油圧が供給される油路とを連通させるものである、車両用動力伝達装置であって、
前記制御油圧よりも高圧の油圧が供給される油路には、オリフィスが設けられており、
前記フェールセーフバルブは、該フェールセーフバルブ内に形成されている油室内の油圧が所定値以上になると前記フェール時位置に切り替えられるものであり、
前記油室には、電磁弁から出力される油圧が供給され、
前記電磁弁は、供給電流がゼロになると前記所定値以上の油圧を出力するように構成されており、
前記セカンダリプーリと前記伝動ベルトとの間で発生するベルト挟圧力を調整するためのセカンダリ側油圧アクチュエータが設けられ、
前記電磁弁の故障が判定されると、前記セカンダリ側油圧アクチュエータの油圧が増圧されるように構成されている
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記プライマリプーリのプーリ幅を調整するためのプライマリ側油圧アクチュエータが設けられ、
前記プライマリ側油圧アクチュエータには、前記電磁弁の出力圧または該電磁弁の出力圧に基づいて調圧された油圧が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用動力伝達装置。 - 前記無段変速機と並列に配置されるギヤ機構と、該ギヤ機構に動力を伝達するためのギヤ走行用クラッチとを、さらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用動力伝達装置。
