Claims (5)
- 有段変速機であるギヤ機構を経由する第1の動力伝達経路とベルト式無段変速機を経由する第2の動力伝達経路とが入力軸と出力軸との間で選択的に形成されるように、前記第1の動力伝達経路を形成する第1断接装置と、前記ベルト式無段変速機と前記出力軸との間に設けられて前記第2の動力伝達経路を形成する第2断接装置とを備えている車両用駆動装置の、制御装置であって、
前記車両用駆動装置が、前記第2断接装置が切断されるとともに前記第1の動力伝達経路が形成された状態であり、且つ前記ベルト式無段変速機から前記出力軸に動力が伝達されないことに伴って前記ベルト式無段変速機と前記入力軸との間でガタ打ち音が発生する可能性がある予め定められた第1の走行状態にあるか否かを判定する第1の走行状態判定部と、
前記車両用駆動装置が前記第1の走行状態にあると前記第1の走行状態判定部により判定された場合には、前記第1の走行状態とは異なり、前記ガタ打ち音が発生する可能性がない予め定められた第2の走行状態のときよりも前記ベルト式無段変速機のベルト挟圧力を高めるベルト挟圧力上昇制御を開始するベルト挟圧力制御部と、を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両用駆動装置が、前記第1の動力伝達経路が形成された状態である前記第2の走行状態にあるか否かを判定する第2の走行状態判定部を備え、
前記車両用駆動装置が前記第2の走行状態にあると前記第2の走行状態判定部により判定された場合には、前記ベルト挟圧力制御部は、前記ベルト式無段変速機の前記ベルト挟圧力を前記ベルト挟圧力上昇制御の開始前の状態に戻すベルト挟圧力下降制御を行う
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記車両用駆動装置が前記第1の走行状態にあると前記第1の走行状態判定部により判定された後であって前記車両用駆動装置が前記第2の走行状態にあると前記第2の走行状態判定部により判定される前に、前記車両用駆動装置が前記第1の走行状態および前記第2の走行状態のいずれとも異なる第3の走行状態となった場合、前記ベルト挟圧力制御部は前記ベルト挟圧力上昇制御を維持する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記ベルト挟圧力上昇制御は、前記ベルト式無段変速機のセカンダリプーリのV溝幅を制御するセカンダリ圧を高める制御である
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記無段変速機のベルト挟圧力が高められる条件は、前記第1断接装置および前記第2断接装置が前記第1の動力伝達経路が形成されるように制御されていることが成立し、さらに前記ベルト式無段変速機に設けられたプライマリプーリのプライマリ入力軸回転速度が所定の回転速度範囲内にあること、スロットル開度が所定の開度値以下であること、および作動油温が所定の温度範囲内にあること、の少なくとも1つが成立することである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
