Abstract

Claims (15)
- プラスチック構成要素、特にスポーツ衣料品用の緩衝要素を製造するための方法であって、
a.発泡材料の粒子を含む第1の材料で型を充填するステップと、
b.エネルギーを供給することにより前記粒子の表面同士を融着するステップと
を含み、
c.前記エネルギーは、少なくとも1つの電磁場の形態で供給される、方法。 - 前記粒子は、以下の材料、発泡熱可塑性ポリウレタン(eTPU)、発泡ポリアミド(ePA)、発泡ポリエーテルブロックアミド(ePEBA)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリエーテルブロックアミド(PEBA)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、熱可塑性ポリエステルエーテルエラストマ(TPEE)の中の1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、前記少なくとも1つの電磁場から供給される前記エネルギーを吸収するエネルギー吸収材料をさらに含み、それにより前記エネルギー吸収材料は、前記粒子の前記表面同士を融着する前記ステップに寄与する、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子は、前記型を充填する前記ステップの前に前記エネルギー吸収材料を提供される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー吸収材料は、水を含む、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギー吸収材料は、金属を含む、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーは、300MHz〜300GHzのマイクロ波範囲内の放射の形態で供給される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エネルギーは、電磁誘導により供給される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記型の第2の部分領域よりも前記型の第1の部分領域において、より多くのエネルギーが前記粒子に供給される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- エネルギーが、第1の周波数(f1)を有する電磁場により前記型の第1の部分領域にて、および第2の周波数(f2)を有する電磁場により前記型の第2の部分領域にて前記粒子に供給され、前記第2の周波数(f2)は、前記第1の周波数(f1)とは異なる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒子当たりのエネルギー吸収材料の平均量が、前記型内において多様である、請求項3から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記型は、第2の材料でさらに充填され、前記第2の材料は、前記少なくとも1つの電磁場により本質的に変化されずに留まる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の材料および前記型により吸収される合計エネルギー量に対する前記第1の材料により吸収されるエネルギー量の比率が、1.0〜0.2の範囲内であり、好ましくは1.0〜0.5の範囲内であり、特に好ましくは1.0〜0.8の範囲内である、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造されるプラスチック構成要素、特にスポーツ衣料品用の緩衝要素。
- 請求項14に記載の緩衝要素を有するシューズ、特にスポーツシューズ。
