Claims (14)
- 誘導構成要素であって、
1.1 コイル巻線(20)および2つの端面(19)を有するコイルコア(18)と、
1.2 コイルを囲むハウジングと、
1.3 前記コイルコア用のホルダ(18)であって、前記ホルダが前記ハウジング内に配置され、
1.4 前記コイルコア(18)が長手方向に変位不可能に前記ホルダに保持されるホルダ(18)と、
1.5 前記コイルコア(18)の前記端面(19)と、前記コイルコア(18)の前記端面(19)の反対側の領域における前記ハウジングの内面との間に隙間を形成する距離と、
を備える誘導構成要素。 - 前記ホルダが、前記コイルコア(18)の各端部のために、前記コイルコア(18)のそれぞれの端部領域用の軸受静止部を有する軸受ブロック(10)を有する請求項1に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記軸受静止部が、前記コイルコア(18)の直径に一致する湾曲部を有する上方に開いたキャビティ(11)を有する請求項2に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記軸受ブロック(10)が、前記軸受静止部を規定しかつ前記コイルコア(18)の前記端面(19)に係合するリブ(13)を有する請求項1または2に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記軸受静止部が円錐状である請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記軸受ブロック(10)の前記外面(12)が前記ハウジングの前記内面に平面的に当接する請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記ハウジングが、ハウジングベース(2)を有するフード状上部(1)を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記ホルダが前記ハウジングベース(2)に配置され、特に前記ハウジングベース(2)に一体的に形成される請求項7に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記ハウジング上部(1)が任意選択的に導磁性材料からなり、前記ハウジングベース(2)が任意選択的に非導電性材料からなる請求項7または8に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記誘導構成要素が、前記コイル巻線(20)の前記端部(21、22)に接続するための前記ハウジングの前記内面に配置された電極(14)を備える請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記電極が、前記ハウジングの壁に対して平行に延び、前記コイル巻線の前記端部領域用の平坦な接触面(15)を有し、前記コイル巻線(20)の前記端部(21、22)が、好ましくは、前記端部(21、22)の側面を介して前記電極に溶接される請求項10に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記ハウジングベース(2)が、面取りされた角部を有する長方形状を有し、前記ハウジング上部(1)が、その端縁(6)に突出部(5)を有し、前記突出部が前記面取りされた角部に相補的に形成される請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 前記ハウジングベース(2)が、前記面取りされた角部の領域の前記ハウジングベース(2)の上面(8)に、外側に下る傾斜面(9)を有し、前記傾斜面(9)と、前記ハウジング上部(1)の前記突出部(5)の内面に形成された傾斜面(7)とが協働する請求項7〜12のいずれか1項に記載の誘導構成要素。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の誘導構成要素を設置するための方法であって、
14.1 コイルが巻回され、ワイヤ端部(21、22)が半田で濡らされる方法ステップと、
14.2 前記コイルがコイルコア(18)の上に摺動される方法ステップと、
14.3 前記コイルコア(18)が軸受ブロック(10)に配置される方法ステップと、
14.4 コイル巻線(20)の端部がハウジングベース(2)の電極に溶接される方法ステップと、
14.5 接着剤がハウジング上部(1)に注入される方法ステップと、
14.6 前記ハウジングベース(2)が前記上部(1)に接続される方法ステップと、
14.7 前記接着剤が硬化される方法ステップと、
を含む方法。
