Abstract

Claims (15)
- 組織に係合する医療装置において、
ハウジングであって、前記ハウジングの近位端部と遠位端部との間に延在する内部通路および長手方向軸を画定する、ハウジング;
前記ハウジングに対して回動可能とされ、遠位端及び近位端を有する第1のジョー;
前記ハウジングに対して回動可能とされ、遠位端及び近位端を有する第2のジョー;
前記第1および第2のジョーの前記近位端部に係合した駆動装置であって、前記駆動装置の長手方向の移動により、前記第1および第2のジョーが前記ハウジングに対して回動するようにする駆動装置と、
前記第1および第2のジョーの少なくとも一方を付勢する付勢ストリップと、
前記駆動装置を前記長手方向で動かすために該駆動装置に選択的に接続される駆動ワイヤと
を備えることを特徴とする、医療装置。 - 前記付勢ストリップの第1の端部が前記第1のジョーに係合され、前記付勢ストリップの第2の端部が前記第2のジョーに係合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記付勢ストリップの前記第1および第2の端部が前記第1および第2のジョーに固着されることなく押圧するようにされている請求項2に記載の医療装置
- 前記付勢ストリップの中央部分が前記駆動装置の遠位端に固着され該駆動装置と共に動くようにされている請求項2又は3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記駆動装置の遠位端に前記付勢ストリップを保持するポケットが設けられている請求項4に記載の医療装置。
- 前記駆動装置は前記遠位端に設けられて前記ポケットを形成する2つのフランジを有し、該フランジはそれぞれ内側かつ近位側に折り曲げられて前記付勢ストリップを前記駆動装置に固定するようにされている請求項5に記載の医療装置。
- 前記付勢ストリップは第1および第2の付勢ストリップを有し、前記第1の付勢ストリップは前記第1のジョーに固着された一端と前記ハウジングに摺動可能に係合された他端とを有し、前記第2の付勢ストリップは前記第2のジョーに固着された一端と前記ハウジングに摺動可能に係合された他端とを有している請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ハウジングの外周面には前記第1および第2の付勢ストリップを受け入れる第1及び第2の溝が設けられている請求項7に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1および第2付勢ストリップは前記第1および第2のジョーの遠位端に固着されている請求項7又は8に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1および第2のジョーの前記近位端が歯車を有し、前記駆動装置が該歯車に噛合する対応する歯を有するようにされている請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記付勢ストリップは、前記駆動装置が前記長手方向に動かされて前記第1および第2のジョーを回動させるときに該第1および第2のジョーが円滑に回動するようにする請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1および第2のジョーの前記近位端部が、ピニオンとして形成され、前記駆動装置が、ラックとして形成され、前記駆動装置および前記ラックの長手方向の移動により、延出位置にある前記ピニオンおよび前記第1および第2のジョーが回動することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記駆動装置が、長手方向に延びた中心背骨部、および前記背骨部から横方向で相互に反対方向に延び、歯の2つの組を形成する歯を備え、前記歯の2つの組の一方が、前記第1のジョーの前記ピニオンに係合し、前記歯の2つの組の他方が、前記第2のジョーの前記ピニオンに係合している請求項12に記載の医療装置。
- 前記第1および第2のジョーが前記ハウジングに対して摺動可能且つ回動可能に取り付けられている請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ハウジングがジョーガイド面を有し、前記第1および第2のジョーが延出位置と格納位置との間で前記ジョーガイド面に沿って長手方向に移動できるように前記内部通路内に摺動可能に収容され、前記駆動装置が前記第1および第2のジョーの前記近位端に係合して、前記長手方向での動きにより前記第1および第2のジョーを前記ジョーガイド面に沿って前記延出位置と格納位置との間で動かすようにされ、前記第1および第2のジョーが前記延出位置にあるときには、前記駆動装置の前記長手方向での動きにより該第1および第2のジョーが回動されるようにされている請求項14に記載の医療装置。
