Description
Claims (17)
- 組織に係合する医療器具であって、
内部通路を有し、近位端部と遠位端部との間に延在する長手方向軸を画定しているハウジングであって、ジョーガイド面、第1のリンクガイド面、および第2のリンクガイド面を画定し、前記ガイド面のそれぞれが、前記ガイド面の近位部分と遠位部分との間に長手方向に延在する、ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに摺動可能かつ回動可能に連結された第1のジョーであって、近位端部および遠位端部を有し、前記ジョーガイド面に沿った長手方向の移動のために前記内部通路内に摺動可能に収容されている、第1のジョーと、
前記ハウジングに摺動可能かつ回動可能に連結された第2のジョーであって、近位端部および遠位端部を有し、前記ジョーガイド面に沿った長手方向の移動のために前記内部通路内に摺動可能に収容されている、第2のジョーと、
第1および第2の端部を有する第1のリンクであって、前記第1の端部が、前記第1のジョーに固着され、前記第2の端部が、前記第1のリンクガイド面に沿った長手方向の移動のために前記ハウジングに摺動可能かつ回動可能に取り付けられている、第1のリンクと、
第1および第2の端部を有する第2のリンクであって、前記第1の端部が、前記第2のジョーに固着され、前記第2の端部が、前記第2のリンクガイド面に沿った長手方向の移動のために前記ハウジングに摺動可能かつ回動可能に取り付けられている、第2のリンクと、
前記第1および第2のジョーに動作可能に連結された駆動装置であって、前記駆動装置の長手方向の移動により、前記第1および第2のジョーが、前記ジョーガイド面に沿って長手方向に移動し、かつ前記第1および第2のリンクの前記第2の端部が、前記第1および第2のリンクガイド面に沿って移動するようにされており、前記第1および第2のリンクガイド面の前記遠位部分が、前記第1および第2のリンクの前記第2の端部の前記遠位部分を通る長手方向の移動により、前記第1および第2のジョーが前記ハウジングに対して回動するような形状である、駆動装置と、を備える医療器具であって、
前記第1のリンクの前記第2の端部を前記ハウジングに摺動可能及び回動可能に連結する第1のリンクピンと、
前記第2のリンクの前記第2の端部を前記ハウジングに回動可能に連結する第2のリンクピンと
を備え、
前記駆動装置が、前記第1および第2のリンクピンを受け入れる少なくとも1つのスロットを有する遠位端部を備え、前記少なくとも1つのスロットが、細長く、前記第1および第2のリンクピンを摺動可能に受け入れるようにされている、医療器具。 - 前記ジョーガイド面が、前記長手方向軸を通って延在するジョー平面に対して平行に配置され、前記第1のリンクガイド面が、前記ジョー平面から離隔した第1のリンク経路に沿って延在し、前記第2のリンクガイド面が、前記ジョー平面から離隔した第2のリンク経路に沿って延在する、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1のリンク経路と前記第2のリンク経路が、前記ジョー平面の両側に位置して相互に離隔している、請求項2に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のリンクが、近位部分と遠位部分とを相互に連結している中間部分によって概ねC形に画定されている、請求項1に記載の医療器具
- 前記第1のジョーが、前記長手方向軸を通って延在するジョー平面の第1の側に実質的に位置し、前記第2のジョーが、前記ジョー平面の第2の側に実質的に位置し、前記第1のリンクの前記中間部分が、前記ジョー平面の前記第2の側に位置し、前記第2のリンクの前記中間部分が、前記ジョー平面の前記第1の側に位置している、請求項4に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のリンクガイド面がそれぞれ、前記長手方向軸に対して平行に延在する近位部分、および前記近位部分に対して横断方向に延在する遠位部分を有する、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のリンクガイド面の前記遠位部分が、前記ジョー平面に向かって延在する、請求項6に記載の医療器具。
- 前記駆動装置の前記遠位端部が、横断方向で相互に離隔した第1及び第2のフランジを備え、前記少なくとも1つのスロットが、前記第1のフランジに形成された、前記第1のリンクピンを受容する第1のスロット、および前記第2のフランジに形成された、前記第2のリンクピンを受容する第2のスロットを含む、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1のリンクガイド面が、前記ハウジングに形成された第1のリンクスロットによって画定され、前記第2のリンクガイド面が、前記ハウジングに形成された第2のリンクスロットによって画定され、前記第1のリンクスロットが、前記第2のリンクスロットの位置とは反対側の前記ハウジングに配置されている、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記駆動装置の前記遠位端部が、前記少なくとも1つのスロットの遠位側に位置する駆動装置端面を備え、前記端面が、前記ジョーの前記近位端部に当接している、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記駆動装置が、遠位側および近位側の両方に移動するときに前記第1および第2のリンクの前記第2の端部に係合する、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記駆動装置が、遠位側に移動するときに前記第1および第2のジョーの前記近位端部に係合する、請求項11に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のジョーの前記近位端部が、前記ハウジングに摺動可能かつ回動可能に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のジョーの前記近位端部が、共有ジョーピボット軸を中心に回動可能に前記ハウジングに取り付けられている、請求項13に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のリンクの前記第1の端部がそれぞれ、前記第1および第2のジョーの中間部分に対して回動不可に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のリンクガイド面の前記遠位部分が、互いに向かって垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載の医療器具。
- 前記第1および第2のリンクガイド面の前記遠位部分が、前記ジョーガイド面に交差している、請求項16に記載の医療器具。
