Claims (12)
- 接続要素を処理ユニット、特に多軸産業用ロボットに自動送給するための装置(2)であって、製造手段を前記処理ユニットに供給するためのホースパック(10)を備え、前記ホースパック(10)が、複数の供給ラインが敷設される保護ケーシング(12)を有し、前記接続要素を前記処理ユニットに送給するための可撓性送給ホース(14)が前記ホースパック(10)に収容される装置(2)において、前記送給ホース(14)が、弾性プラスチックから製造されたホースケーシング(22)に埋め込まれ、前記接続要素を摺動案内するために前記接続要素の断面輪郭に適合した内側断面を有する内部ホース(24)を備えることを特徴とする装置(2)。
- 前記ホースケーシング(22)が、押出工程によって前記内部ホース(24)に適用される、請求項1に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記内部ホース(24)及び前記ホースケーシング(22)が一体結合によって互いに接続されない、請求項1又は2に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記内部ホースが、前記ホースケーシング(22)よりも堅い材料、特にポリアミドから製造される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記ホースケーシング(22)が熱可塑性エラストマーから形成される、請求項1に記載の装置(2)。
- 分離層(26)、特にバンデージングが、前記ホースケーシング(22)と前記内部ホース(24)との間に配置される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記ホースケーシング(22)が、端部において前記内部ホース(24)から取り外され、したがって、前記内部ホース(24)の部分が、前記処理ユニットに接続するための差し込み式結合要素(30)として形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記ホースパック(10)が、前記装置(2)の支持部の少なくとも1つの案内要素(6)、特にロボットアーム(4)によって案内され、さらに送給ホース(14)用の応力逃し部としての保持要素(18)が前記支持部(4)に締結され、前記保持要素(18)が、前記差し込み式結合要素(30)の領域で前記ホースケーシング(22)をクランプして取り囲む、請求項7に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記装置(2)が多軸産業用ロボットとして実装され、前記保持要素(18)が、前記ロボットアーム(4)とロボットハンドとの間のフランジ(16)に締結される、請求項8に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記ホースパック(14)が、制御ラインと、供給ラインとしての媒体ホース及び/又は電気供給ラインとを備え、前記装置(2)の運動の場合に前記ホースパック(14)を自動長さ補償するための戻りばね(8)を有する長さ補償ユニット(6)が、案内要素としてさらに設けられる、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(2)。
- 前記内部ホース(24)が多角形、特にT字形の内側断面を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(2)。
- 弾性プラスチックから製造されたホースケーシング(22)に埋め込まれ、接続要素を摺動案内するために前記接続要素の断面輪郭に適合した内側断面を有する内部ホース(24)を有する接続要素用の送給ホース(14)。
