Abstract

本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的用于在起重机的探出部(nose portion)处引导从起重机悬臂延伸的软管和/或线缆的设备。
背景技术
软管用于传输用来驱动例如转动器和工作工具的压力介质。软管通常从压力介质源沿着起重机悬臂(有时在起重机悬臂内部)、在起重机悬臂的探出部经由(例如支撑转动器的)连接件和布置在转动器下方的工作工具而延伸。有时使用电,因而相应地考虑使用电缆。已经证明:由于(具有附连的附件/工具的)起重机悬臂所执行的运动模式,很难提供对软管和/或线缆的有效布置,因为软管/线缆通常接触周围的物体,这具有损坏软管/线缆的风险。
发明内容
发明目的
本发明的目的是提供一种非常有利的设备,以用于引导从起重机悬臂经由其探出部延伸的软管和/或线缆。该目的通过具有权利要求中说明的特征的设备而实现。
发明优点
根据本发明的软管和/或线缆布置成实质上消除了损坏软管和/或线缆的风险。本发明既提供了技术上的优点又提供了经济上的优点。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有探出部11的起重机悬臂10,探出部11支撑两个侧板12,13,每个侧板包括分别用于将销16与头部17和螺母18附连的孔14和15。
本发明还包括用于引导软管和/或线缆的引导装置20。引导装置20包括扁平的中心部21和两个支腿22,23。每个支腿22,23包括分别用于附连到滑套30或销16的孔24和25。滑套30的功能是在必要时用作滑动轴承并且其可以包括塑料管。如果合适,扁平的中心部21当然也可以具有非扁平的形状。
连接装置(link device)40在其上端设有两个突出部41,42,突出部41,42布置成彼此相距一段距离并且每个突出部分别包括孔43和44。销16延伸穿过侧板12,13上的孔14,15并且延伸穿过突出部41,42上的孔43,44,以便在起重机探出部11与连接装置40之间形成上摆动接头50。
引导装置20以及滑套30(在可用的场合中)在连接装置40的突出部41,42之间的区域中布置在销16上。上摆动接头50围绕轴线A摆动。

图2和3示出了根据本发明的软管布置装置的实施方式,例如在传送装置的情况中。在示出的实施方式中,软管91-94从起重机悬臂10的内部区域延伸并且在上支承件50上方延伸,而软管91-94同时位于向上引导装置20的内部,以便这些软管在支承件50处被引导,此后软管继续到达转动器75的指向起重机悬臂10的侧部上的连接点96-99。示出的软管布置装置意味着将软管91-94以有组织的方式收集到一起并且很好地受到保护以免受外部的影响(这种影响与所讨论的装置的相关的操作循环相关联)。相同的情况和考虑因素适用于电缆的情形。
图4和5示出了根据本发明的软管布置装置的实施方式,例如在货车的情形中。在示出的实施方式中,软管91-94从起重机悬臂10的内部区域延伸并且在上支承件50下方延伸,而这些软管同时在引导装置20内部延伸并且在支承件50处被引导,此后软管继续到达转动器75的背离起重机悬臂10的侧部上的连接点106-109。在该种情况下,转动器75的指向与图2和3中示出的方向相反。示出的软管布置装置意味着将软管91-94以有组织的方式收集到一起并且被很好地保护以在执行操作循环期间免受外部的影响。相同的情况和考虑因素适用于电缆的情形。
一般来讲,当引导装置相对于销16可转动地安装时,引导装置20的转动位置自动地适合软管/线缆的运动形式。
正如这里在上面指出的,滑套30因此有利于转动支承的功能,尽管其在下面的特定情况下可被省略,即,如果向上引导装置20与销16之间的直接支承提供了所需的功能。滑套30还可以设计成比支腿22和23之间的距离短,滑套30仅用于在起重机操作期间有利于软管/线缆的运动。
应该清楚的是,引导装置20的设计细节可以改变,关键之处在于软管/线缆相对于上摆动接头50被引导。
在示出的实施方式中,软管/线缆在起重机悬臂10中在内部延伸,但是应该清楚的是,本发明还可以应用于软管/线缆在起重机悬臂10上在外部延伸的实施方式。
因此本发明并不局限于这里所图示和描述的,在如下的权利要求的范围内当然可以构想到各种修改和改变。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于引导从起重机悬臂经由起重机悬臂的探出部延伸的软管和/或线缆的设备,其中第一/上摆动接头(50)布置在起重机的探出部(11)与连接装置(40)之间,第二/下摆动接头(80)布置在连接装置(40)与附件/工具(75)之间,附件/工具采取例如转动器的形式,其特征在于,上摆动接头(50)包括用于引导软管(91-94)和/或线缆的引导装置(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,上摆动接头(50)包括销(16),所述销支撑所述引导装置(20),所述引导装置(20)能相对于所述销(16)摆动。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,软管(91-94)和/或线缆连接至所述附件/工具(75)。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述引导装置(20)包括中心部(21)和两个支腿(22,23),每个所述支腿(22,23)包括用于附连到滑套(30)或附连到销(16)的孔(24,25)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述引导装置(20)的中心部(21)是扁平的。

7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述软管(91-94)和/或线缆在起重机的探出部(11)的内部和在所述销(16)上延伸。
8.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述软管(91-94)和/或线缆在起重机的探出部(11)的内部和在所述销(16)的下侧上延伸。
9.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述软管(91-94)和/或线缆在指向起重机悬臂(10)的一侧上连接到所述附件/工具(75)。
10.根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述软管(91-94)和/或线缆在背离起重机悬臂(10)的一侧上连接到所述附件/工具(75)。
