Description
例えば、二つの成形体は、接着若しくは溶接方法によって互いに最終的に接合され得る。
a)PVCフリーチューブ部分とチューブ状成形体とが供給される工程と、
b)チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体とが互いに最終的に挿入されて、その結果、チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体との表面部分が重なる工程と、
c)チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体とが、表面部分を重ねてミラーの前に配置される工程と、
d)表面部分を重ねるチューブ部分とチューブ状成形体とが、レーザー放射で照射され、その結果、チューブ部分から若しくはチューブ状成形体から反射され若しくは発信されたレーザービームが、ミラーで反射され再びチューブ部分若しくはチューブ状成形体に部分的に入射し、溶接接合が、チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体との間に実現される工程とを備えてなる。
a)好ましくはPVCフリーのチューブ及びチューブ状成形体を供給する工程と、
b)チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体とを互いに積極的に挿入して、その結果、チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体との表面部分を重ねる工程と、
c)規定の波長のレーザー放射での重なる表面部分の第1の略半シリンダー状の部分へ照射する工程と、
d)溶接接合が第一部分で実現されて吸収剤含有層での吸収を通してオリジナルエネルギーの50〜90%にレーザー放射を弱める工程と、
e)放射源と反対に配置され且つ第1部分に対してかなり鏡対称性である重なる表面部分の第2の略半シリンダー状部分に弱められたレーザー放射を、前記第2部分における溶接接合を実現すべく入射する工程とを備えてなる。
この実施例では、次の構造を有するPVCフリーチューブが用いられた:
内径 8mm
外径 12mm
肉厚 2mm
吸収剤層の厚さ: 50μm
構成: 60% SEBS Tuftec 1221 (Asahi)
40% PP R RD204 CF (Borealis)
100 ppm Lumogen IR 788 BASF
Claims (27)
- レーザー及びミラーを用いることによりPVCフリーチューブ部分をチューブ状成形体に溶接するレーザー溶接方法であって、
前記チューブ部分のチューブ壁は、互いに異なる少なくとも二つの物質層から構築され、
これらの層の1つは、前記レーザー放射に対する吸収剤を少なくとも部分的に備えてなり、
a)前記PVCフリーチューブ部分と前記チューブ状成形体とが供給される工程と、
b)前記チューブ部分と前記チューブ状成形体とが互いに最終的に挿入されて、その結果、前記チューブ部分と前記チューブ状成形体との表面部分が重なる工程と、
c)前記チューブ部分と前記チューブ状成形体とが、表面部分を重ねて前記ミラーの前に配置され、前記ミラーが、中空シリンダーの内表面の輪郭を部分的に備える工程と、
d)前記表面部分が重ねられた前記チューブ部分と前記チューブ状成形体とが、レーザー放射で照射され、その結果、前記チューブ部分から若しくは前記チューブ状成形体から反射され若しくは発信されたレーザービームが、前記ミラーで反射され再び前記チューブ部分若しくは前記チューブ状成形体に部分的に入射して、溶接接合が、前記チューブ部分と前記チューブ状成形体との間に実現される工程とを備えてなるレーザー溶接方法。 - 前記ミラーが中空シリンダーの内表面の輪郭を有する請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤が、チューブ部分の内表面を構成する層に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記b)工程では、前記チューブ状成形体が、前記チューブ部分の中に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤が、前記チューブ部分の外表面を構成する層に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記b)工程では、チューブ部分が、前記チューブ状成形体の中に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤が、50〜300ppmの濃度で前記吸収剤含有層に含有されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤含有層が、PVCフリー物質から構成されることを特徴する請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記物質は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイソプレン、スチレン−オレフィンブロック共重合体、及びこれらの混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤含有層の厚さが、20〜100μmであることを特徴とする請求項7〜9の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記吸収剤フリー層の物質は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイソプレン、スチレン−エチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレン−スチレンブロック共重合体(SEPS)、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレン共重合体(SIS)、スチレン−エチレン−ブタジエン共重合体(SEB)、及びこれらの混合物から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブ部分が、4mmの最大肉厚を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブ状成形体が、接合部若しくはさらなるチューブ部分であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合部が、ポリプロピレンを含有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記チューブ部分がさらなる層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記さらなる層がレーザー放射を透過させることを特徴とする請求項15記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜16の何れか一項に記載の方法によって製造された、チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体との間のレーザー溶接接合。
- 請求項17に記載の、チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体との間のレーザー溶接接合を複数備える、血液透析サーキットでの使用のためのチューブシステム。
- チューブ部分とチューブ状成形体を有するジョイントパートナー二つを溶接するための装置であって、
レーザー及びミラーを備え、
前記レーザー、前記ジョイントパートナー及び前記ミラーは、レーザービームが前記ジョイントパートナーに入射しそれからミラーに入射するように配置され、
前記ミラーは、中空シリンダーの内表面の輪郭を部分的に備えてなることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記レーザービームがビーム部分で分化し、該分化したビーム部分が前記ジョイントパートナーに入射することを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記ミラーが、アルミニウム若しくはアルミニウム合金を備えることを特徴とする請求項19又は20に記載の装置。
- 前記中空シリンダーの直径が、5〜25mmであることを特徴とする請求項19〜21の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記中空シリンダーの直径が、20mmであることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザーが、波長750〜1000nmの光を放射するダイオードレーザーであることを特徴とする請求項19〜23の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザーが、波長808nmの光を放射することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザーが、380〜520Wのパワーを備えることを特徴とする請求項24又は25に記載の装置。
- 前記レーザーが、500Wのパワーを備えることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
