Claims (14)
- シールポイントに存在するポリマーを溶融することによって、繊維ベース材料(1,4)を、該材料に接合すべき対向面へシーリングするための方法であって、
ダイオードまたはNd:YAGレーザーをレーザー源(7)とし、
該シーリングは、前記レーザー源(7)から発せられたレーザービーム(8)を、該材料の繊維層(4)を通過させて、シーリング領域(9)に配置された照射吸収性の顔料へ送ることによって達成され、吸収熱が該ポリマー(5、11、12、14、15)を溶融させて、該シーリングを生じさせることを特徴とする、前記方法。 - ポリマーコートされた、紙またはボード(1)が、コーティング(5,11,12)に隣接して置かれた対向面(5’、11’、12’、14)にシールされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 繊維ベース材料(1、4)が、該材料に隣接し、ポリマーフィルム(14,15)のようなポリマーを含む対向面にシールされることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 顔料が、シールされるべき繊維ベース材料(1)に含まれていることを特徴とする、前記請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 顔料が、対向面を形成する部材(15)の中に含まれており、そこへ、繊維ベース材料(4)がシールされることを特徴とする、請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 顔料(13)が、繊維層(4)の表面に位置することを特徴とする、前記請求項1−5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 顔料(13)が、紙またはボードのポリマーコーティング(12)の下に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 顔料が、コーティングまたはフィルムのポリマー層(5、15)の中に分散されていることを特徴とする、請求項1−5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 顔料が、多層のポリマーコーティング(5、10)またはフィルムの、最上層に含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 顔料が、多層のポリマーコーティング(5、11)またはフィルムの、内部の層に含まれていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 顔料が、カーボンブラックを含んでいることを特徴とする、前記請求項1−10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリマーコートされた紙またはボード(1)が、隣接するポリマー層(5’、11’、12’、14)にシールされることを特徴とする、前記請求項1−11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリマーコートされた紙またはボード(1)が、自体に対してシールされることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 当該方法が、ポリマーコートされた紙またはボード(1)で作られた、ケーシング、容器、または、袋パッケージの、側方のシーリングまたは閉止のために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
