Claims (15)
- 2個のプラスチック接合部品(110、200)のレーザ光透過溶接のための装置であって、
前記プラスチック接合部品の少なくとも一方は、レーザ光線用の吸収材を含み、
加工面(12)、少なくとも1つのレーザ光線(16)用の加工面出口シャフト(14)、および前記プラスチック接合部品を共にプレスするためのレーザ光透過性プレス手段(18)を備える加工ヘッド(10;11)を備え、
前記出口シャフトは、前記加工面の方向に縦軸を有し、
前記レーザ光透過性プレス手段は、固定される載置によらずに、前記出口シャフト内に提供され、かつ前記加工ヘッドに拘束されずに、前記出口シャフト内で案内され、これにより、前記プレス手段は、前記出口シャフトの縦軸に対して平行に自由に移動できる、装置。 - 前記出口シャフトは内径を有し、前記プレス手段は、前記出口シャフトの内径よりも小さい外径を有し、および/または、
前記出口シャフトは前記レーザ光線用の出口開口(20)を有し、該出口開口は直径を有し、前記プレス手段は、前記出口開口の直径に対応する外径を有し、これにより、前記プレス手段は、前記出口開口の直径に対応する前記外径の部位において、前記出口開口内に留められる、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記出口シャフトは円筒状の空室(22)を有し、前記空室において、および/または前記空室によって、前記プレス手段は案内され、および/または、
前記プレス手段は、ボールとして形成され、および/または、
前記プレス手段は、15〜50mmの範囲の直径を有する、請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記プレス手段および前記出口開口は、互いに滑動可能な材料から構成され、および/または、
前記プレス手段は、1.5〜6kg/dm3の範囲の密度を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - 前記加工ヘッドは、前記プレス手段に負荷をかける加圧流体用の加圧流体接続部(24)を備え、前記加圧流体接続部(24)は、前記加工面に向かって前記出口シャフト内で方向付けられ、
前記加工ヘッドおよび/または前記出口シャフトは、前記レーザ光線を導入し、案内し、焦点合わせし、および/または形作るための光学デバイス(15)を備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 - レーザ光透過溶接によって、2個のプラスチック接合部品の溶接接続部を製造する方法であって、
前記プラスチック接合部品の少なくとも一方は、レーザ光線用の吸収材を含み、
前記2個のプラスチック接合部品(100、200)を重ねて配置すること、
重ねて配置された前記プラスチック接合部品を互いにプレスしながら、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の装置を用いてレーザ光線で照射すること、を備え、
前記装置の前記加工ヘッド(10;11)において、レーザ光透過性プレス手段(18)は、固定される載置によらずに、前記出口シャフト内に提供され、かつ前記加工ヘッドに拘束されずに前記出口シャフト(14)内で案内され、
前記出口シャフトは、前記加工面の方向に縦軸を有し、前記プレス手段は、前記出口シャフトの縦軸に平行に移動される、方法。 - 前記プレス手段の自重によって、前記プラスチック接合部品上にプレス力が及ぼされる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記出口シャフト内の前記プレス手段は、前記加工面に向かって方向付けられる加圧流体で負荷をかけられる、請求項6または7に記載の方法。
- 前記加圧流体は、加圧空気または加圧不活性ガスである、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 0.01N〜1000Nの範囲のプレス力が前記プラスチック接合部品上に及ぼされ、および/または、
前記プレス手段は、0〜7barの範囲の接触圧で負荷をかけられる、請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記出口シャフトは円筒状の空室(22)を有し、該空室において、および/または該空室によって、前記プレス手段は案内され、および/または、
ボールが前記プレス手段として使用され、および/または、
前記方法は、保護ガス下で実行される、請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記プラスチック接合部品は、接合層を備える多層フィルム(200)と、硬質プラスチック部品(100)とを備え、前記接合層はレーザ光線用の吸収材を含む、請求項6乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリイソプレン、およびこれらの混合物およびそれらのコポリマー、PET、およびポリカーボネートからなる群から選ばれる射出成型に適したプラスチックから作製された硬質部品が、前記硬質プラスチック部品として使用され、および/または、
ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリイソプレン、オレフィン系のスチレンブロックコポリマー、これらの混合物およびそれらのコポリマーからなる群から選ばれる材料から作製された層が、前記多層フィルムの接合層として使用され、および/または、
10〜100μmの厚さを有する層が前記接合層として使用される、請求項12に記載の方法。 - 赤外線照射を吸収する赤外線吸収材がレーザ光線用の吸収材として使用され、および/または、
レーザ光線用の吸収材は、前記接合層の重量に対して、50〜700ppmの量で使用され、および/または、
Nd:YAGレーザのレーザ光線および/または赤外線の範囲のレーザ光線が使用される、請求項6乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 770〜1500nmの範囲の赤外線照射を吸収する赤外線吸収材がレーザ光線用の吸収材として使用され、および/または、
前記レーザ光線用の吸収材が、前記接合層の重量に対して、50〜700ppmの量で使用され、および/または、
Nd:YAGレーザのレーザ光線および/または770〜1500nmの範囲の赤外範囲のレーザ光線が使用される、
請求項6乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
