Abstract
Description

Claims (19)
- シリコーン材料を含む組成物をホットメルト処理する工程と、前記組成物を電子ビーム照射にさらして架橋シリコーン系材料を形成する工程とを含む、架橋シリコーン系材料を作製する方法。
- 前記ホットメルト処理する工程が、押し出し成形することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン材料が、非官能化シリコーン材料である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン材料が、シロキサン主鎖と少なくとも1つの官能基とを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記官能基が全て水酸基である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記架橋シリコーン系材料が、シリコーン感圧性接着剤である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン材料が、ポリシロキサンである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリシロキサンが、ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン)である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリシロキサンが、芳香族シロキサンである、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン材料が、25℃で1,000,000mPa・秒を超える動的粘度を有するゴムを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、MQ樹脂粘着付与剤を更に含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、ガラスバブル及びポリマーミクロスフェアのうちの少なくとも一方を更に含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリコーン材料が、25℃で600,000mPa・秒以下の動的粘度を有するシリコーン流体を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物には、実質的に触媒及び開始剤がない、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって作製された、架橋シリコーン系材料。
- 前記架橋シリコーン系材料が、感圧性接着剤である、請求項15に記載の架橋シリコーン系材料。
- 第1の主面を有する基材と、前記基材の前記第1の主面の少なくとも一部分に接着された請求項16に記載の前記シリコーン感圧性接着剤とを含む、接着性物品。
- 前記基材が、発泡体を含む、請求項17に記載の接着性物品。
- 前記架橋材料が、非粘着性である、請求項15又は16に記載の架橋シリコーン系材料。
