Abstract
Description
例示的な実施形態では、以下の測定方法を用いた。
30×49.5cmの寸法のPET繊維不織ウェブ布(厚さ:20μm、基本重量:11.6g/m2)を上述の溶液に浸し、プレスロール装置(約1m/分の速度、圧力0.7バール)に通し、120℃で乾燥させた。23g/m2の基本重量および27 mの厚さを有する含浸済み繊維不織ウェブ布が得られた。計算された多孔度は50.3%であった。
30×49.5cmの寸法のPET繊維不織ウェブ布(厚さ:20μm、基本重量:11.3g/m2)に上述の溶液(ペースト)をナイフコートし、60℃において乾燥させ、次いで120℃において乾燥させた。30g/m2の基本重量および32μmの厚さを有する含浸された繊維不織ウェブ布が得られた。計算された多孔度は42.1%であった。
幅15cmのPET繊維不織ウェブ布(厚さ:20μm、基本重量:11.3g/m2)を連続的にロールコートし、120℃で乾燥させた。
40g/m2の基本重量および42 mの厚さを有する含浸済み繊維不織ウェブ布が得られた。計算された多孔度は47%であった。
幅15cmのPET繊維不織ウェブ布(厚さ:20μm、基本重量:11.3g/m2)を連続的にロールコートし、120℃で乾燥させた。
26.5g/m2の基本重量および30μmの厚さを有する含浸済み繊維不織ウェブ布が得られた。平均細孔径は0.18μmであり、計算された多孔度は44%であった。
幅15cmのPET繊維不織ウェブ布(厚さ:20μm、基本重量:11.3g/m2)に上述の溶液を連続的にロールコートし、120℃で乾燥させた。
26.6g/m2の基本重量および34μmの厚さを有する含浸済み繊維不織ウェブ布が得られた。平均細孔径は0.22μmであり、計算された多孔度は69%であった。
21cm×29.7cmの寸法のPET繊維不織ウェブ布(厚さ:12μm、基本重量:9.2g/m2)を実験室用ナイフコーター(速度20m/分)によってコートし、120℃において乾燥させた。
17g/m2の基本重量および25μmの厚さを有する含浸済み繊維不織ウェブ布が得られた。計算された多孔度は53%であった。
21cm×29.7cmの寸法のPET繊維不織ウェブ布(厚さ:12μm、基本重量:9.2g/m2)を上述の溶液に浸し、プレスロール装置(圧力:1バール)に通し、120℃で乾燥させ、次いで160℃においてカレンダー加工した。
24g/m2の基本重量および26μmの厚さを有する含浸された繊維不織ウェブ布が得られた。計算された多孔度は42%であり、平均細孔径は0.19μmであった。
Claims (24)
- 繊維不織ウェブ布で構成される基礎構造を有し、前記基礎構造は繊維(1)からなると共に、前記繊維(1)によって形成された第1細孔(2)を有し、前記基礎構造は少なくとも部分的に粒子(3)が充填され、当該粒子(3)は前記第1細孔(2)を少なくとも部分的に充填し、且つ、粒子(3)が充填された領域(4)を形成するプライであって、前記充填された領域(4)内の前記粒子(3)が第2細孔(5)を形成し、前記粒子(3)の平均直径が大多数の前記第2細孔(5)の平均細孔径よりも大きいことを特徴とするプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)の形状が球形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が前記基礎構造においてシート状均質分布を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のプライ。
- 前記充填された領域(4)の少なくとも一部が、前記粒子(3)を有する前記基礎構造のコーティングとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリエーテル、ポリカルボキシレート、ポリカルボン酸、ポリビニル化合物、ポリオレフィン、ゴム、ハロゲン化ポリマーおよび不飽和ポリマーおよびそれらのコポリマーおよび混合物からなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから構成されるバインダーによって前記繊維不織ウェブ布と結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリアクリル酸、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリル酸、ポリメタクリレート、ポリスチレン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリアクリルアミドおよびそれらのコポリマー、セルロースおよびその誘導体、ポリエーテル、フェノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂、ポリウレタン、ニトリルゴム(NBR)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、ラテックス、フッ素化ポリマー、塩素化ポリマー、シロキサン、シリル化合物、シランおよびそれらのコポリマーおよび混合物からなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから構成されるバインダーによって前記繊維不織ウェブ布と結合されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- バインダーの融点が前記粒子(3)および/または前記繊維(1)の融点より低いことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が0.01〜10μmの範囲の平均直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が、ポリアセタール、ポリシクロオレフィンコポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリカルボン酸、ポリカルボキシレート、ゴム、ハロゲン化ポリマーおよび不飽和ポリマーならびにそれらのコポリマーおよび混合物からなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が、ポリプロピレン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエステル、フッ素化ポリマー、塩素化ポリマー、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ペルフルオロエチレンプロピレン(FEP)、ポリスチレン、スチレンブタジエンコポリマー、ポリアクリレート、ニトリルブタジエンポリマー、ポリメタクリレート、ポリエーテルアミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、スチレンブタジエンゴム、EPDMゴム、フッ素化ゴムならびに前述の各ポリマーのコポリマーおよび混合物からなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記粒子(3)が無機粒子である、または、前記粒子(3)の一部が無機粒子で一部が有機粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記無機粒子が、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物およびケイ酸塩からなる群から選択される、特に酸化アルミニウム、酸化ケイ素、ゼオライト、チタン酸塩および/またはペロブスカイトであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)がポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエチレンナフタレート、ポリスルホン、ポリイミド、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリアミド、ポリビニリデンフルオリドおよびポリビニルピロリドンからなる群から選択される有機ポリマーから製造されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)の平均長さが、それらの平均直径の少なくとも2倍以上、好ましくは多数倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)の少なくとも90%が12μm以下の平均直径を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記繊維不織ウェブ布の前記繊維(1)の少なくとも40%が8μm以下の平均直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 100μm以下、好ましくは60μm以下およびより好ましくは25μmの厚さを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 少なくとも25%、好ましくは少なくとも35%の多孔度を特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 第1および第2細孔(2、5)がラビリンス状ミクロ構造を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記第2細孔(5)について3μm以下および好ましくは1μm以下の細孔径を特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 長さ方向に関して少なくとも15N/5cmの最大引張強さを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 前記基礎構造がカレンダー加工されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載のプライ。
- 請求項1〜21のいずれか一項によるプライを製造するための方法であって、
a)先ず、前記粒子(3)の及び必要に応じてバインダーの溶液または分散体を作製する工程、
b)前記繊維(1)を前記分散体でコートする工程、及び
c)コートされた繊維不織ウェブ布を必要に応じて乾燥および/または加熱する工程を含む方法。 - 燃料電池、バッテリーまたはキャパシタ内のセパレータとして、ガス拡散層としてまたは膜としての請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載のプライの使用。
