2 前記導電性ポリマーが共役モノマーまたはコモノマーと、少なくとも1つの非フッ素化ポリマー酸とから製造されたポリマーを含む前記1に記載の組成物。
3 前記共役モノマーがチオフェン類、セレノフェン類、チエノチオフェン類、およびチエノセレノフェン類から選択される前記2に記載の組成物。
4 前記共役モノマーが3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンおよび3,4−エチレンジオキシセレノフェンからなる群から選択される前記3に記載の組成物。
5 前記過フッ素化ポリマー酸がパーフルオロエーテルスルホン酸側鎖を有するパーフルオロオレフィン類から選択される前記1に記載の組成物。
6 前記過フッ素化ポリマー酸が高分子量の過フッ素化スルホンアミド類から選択される前記1に記載の組成物。
7 前記導電率が少なくとも100S/cmである前記1に記載の組成物。
8 前記仕事関数が少なくとも5.1eVである前記1に記載の組成物。
9 前記過フッ素化ポリマー酸がTFE(テトラフルオロエチレン)とPSEPVE(3,6−ジオキサ−4−メチル−7−オクテン)スルホン酸とのコポリマーである、前記1に記載の組成物。
10 ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)−ポリスチレンスルホン酸を含む前記9に記載の組成物。
11 前記1に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
12 前記6に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
13 前記7に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
14 前記8に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
15 前記9に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
16 前記10に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。

Claims (15)

  1. 導電性ポリマーと過フッ素化ポリマー酸とを含む水性分散液または水溶液を含む高導電率および高仕事関数の組成物。
  2. 前記導電性ポリマーが共役モノマーまたはコモノマーと、少なくとも1つの非フッ素化ポリマー酸とから製造されたポリマーを含む請求項1に記載の組成物。
  3. 前記共役モノマーがチオフェン類、セレノフェン類、チエノチオフェン類、およびチエノセレノフェン類から選択される請求項2に記載の組成物。
  4. 前記共役モノマーが3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェンおよび3,4−エチレンジオキシセレノフェンからなる群から選択される請求項3に記載の組成物。
  5. 前記過フッ素化ポリマー酸がパーフルオロエーテルスルホン酸側鎖を有するパーフルオロオレフィン類から選択される請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
  6. 前記過フッ素化ポリマー酸が高分子量の過フッ素化スルホンアミド類から選択される請求項1に記載の組成物。
  7. 前記導電率が少なくとも100S/cmである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
  8. 前記仕事関数が少なくとも5.1eVである請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物。
  9. 前記過フッ素化ポリマー酸がTFE(テトラフルオロエチレン)とPSEPVE(3,6−ジオキサ−4−メチル−7−オクテン)スルホン酸とのコポリマーである、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  10. ポリ(3,4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)−ポリスチレンスルホン酸を含む請求項9に記載の組成物。
  11. 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
  12. 請求項に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
  13. 請求項に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
  14. 請求項に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
  15. 前記導電率が少なくとも100S/cmであり、そして前記仕事関数が少なくとも5.1eVである請求項1〜6、および10のいずれか1項に記載の組成物を含む少なくとも1つの層を含むデバイス。
