Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 1의 3,4-디알콕시-2,5-티오펜디카르복실산 또는 하기 화학식 2의 3,4-알킬렌디옥시-2,5-티오펜디카르복실산을 구리 촉매와 물과 섞이는 비점이 225℃미만인 술폭시드, 알코올, 아마이드 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합 극성용매 중에서 산소분위기하 탈카르복실화 반응을 100 내지 170℃의 온도 범위에서 수행하고, 반응 혼합물을 물로 수세해줌으로써 최종생성물로부터 용매를 제거하는 것을 포함하는, 하기 화학식 3의 3,4-디알콕시티오펜 또는 하기 화학식 4의 3,4-알킬렌디옥시티오펜을 제조하는 방법.화학식 1화학식 2화학식 3화학식 4상기 식 중,R1 및 R2는 각각 탄소수 1내지 15의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄의 알킬기이고,X는 -(CH2)n-이며, n은 1내지 12의 정수이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 산소는 공기 또는 순수 산소기체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 극성용매는 디메틸술폭사이드, N,N-디메틸포름아마이드, 에틸렌글리콜 중에서 선택된 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합 용매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구리촉매는 구리분말 또는 구리염 중에서 선택된 하나, 또는 구리분말 및 구리염의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 구리염은 염기성 탄산구리, 황산구리, 구리산화물 또는 구리수산화물 중에서 선택된 하나임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탈가르복실화 반응은 120 내지 140℃의 온도 범위에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 R1및 R2가 메틸기이고, X가 에틸렌기임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
