Claims (13)
- それぞれが合成樹脂又は金属から作られた高強度の外装部材によって囲繞された1つ又は複数の板状バッテリーセルをユニットセルとして有している2つ以上のユニットモジュールと、
前記ユニットモジュールが上部フレーム部材及び下部フレーム部材内で垂直に取り付けられるように、組立式結合構造で互いに結合された分離可能な前記上部フレーム部材及び前記下部フレーム部材と、
を備えていることを特徴とする中型又は大型のバッテリーモジュール。 - 各板状のバッテリーセルは、電極組立体が樹脂層及び金属層を含む積層シートから作られたバッテリーケース内に取り付けられ、且つ、電極端子が前記バッテリーケースの上端部及び下端部から突出している構造で構成されている二次バッテリーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 各前記バッテリーセルは、前記電極組立体がアルミニウム積層シートから作られたポーチ状のバッテリーケース内に取り付けられた構造で構成されているポーチ状バッテリーセルであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルの前記電極端子が連続的に互いに隣り合うように前記バッテリーセルを長手方向に直列に配列した状態で前記バッテリーセルの電極端子を互いに結合し、前記バッテリーセルが互いに緊密に接触した状態で積み重ねられるように前記バッテリーセルを2箇所以上で曲げ、且つ、所定数量単位で前記スタックバッテリーセルを前記外装部材で囲繞することによって、前記ユニットモジュールを製造することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部フレーム部材及び前記下部フレーム部材は、前記ユニットモジュールの縁部を前記上部フレーム部材及び前記下部フレーム部材に固定可能なように横方向に開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記上部及び下部フレーム部材が、各前記ユニットモジュールを垂直に取付けることを誘導するために、複数の仕切りを内蔵していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ユニットモジュールの前記縁部が、溝内に挿入され、及び/又は前記ユニットモジュールの前記縁部を前記溝内に安定的に取り付けることを補助するための仕切り壁内に挿入されるように、前記仕切りが、前記上部フレーム部材及び前記下部フレーム部材の内側に形成された前記溝を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記組立式結合構造が、前記上部フレーム部材及び前記下部フレーム部材のうちいずれか一方のフレーム部材に形成されたフックと、前記フックに対応するように他方のフレーム部材に形成された結合穴とを含んでいる構造であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記バッテリーセルの電圧及び/又は温度を感知するために前記上部フレーム部材及び前記上部フレーム部材のうち一方のフレーム部材に沿って取り付けられた感知ユニットをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 隣接するバッテリーモジュールの外部回路又は電極端子に前記電極端子を電気的に接続するために最も外側の前記ユニットモジュールの電極端子に結合されているバスバーをさらに備えており、
前記バスバーが、結合穴を備え、
前記バスバーに対応する前記上部フレーム部材及び前記下部フレーム部材のうち一方のフレーム部材が、自身の外側に前記結合穴に対応する結合突出部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 入力端子バスバー及び出力端子バスバーが前記バッテリーモジュールの動作を制御するために配置されている側の反対側(前記バッテリーモジュールの裏側)に取り付けられたバッテリー管理システム(BMS)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 高出力及び大容量を有している中型又は大型バッテリーシステムであって、複数の請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを接続することによって構成されていることを特徴とするバッテリーシステム。
- 前記バッテリーシステムが、電気車両、ハイブリッド電気車両、電動二輪車両、又は電動自転車の電源として利用されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリーシステム。
