Claims (8)
- 複数のサブバッテリーモジュールがそれぞれ垂直または水平に摺動装着され、前記複数のサブバッテリーモジュールの外周面と結合するように組立式構造に形成されたバッテリーモジュールケースであって、
各サブバッテリーモジュールは、少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルと、それぞれのバッテリーセルから一方向に延在した複数の電極タブと、前記少なくとも一つのバッテリーセルの前記複数の電極タブが形成された面以外の面を被覆する複数のアルミニウムラミネートシートで形成されたパウチ型ケースと、を含み、
前記外周面は前記複数の電極タブが形成された面を含み、
前記複数の電極タブが存在する面が同一方向となるように少なくとも二つの前記サブバッテリーモジュールが積層されて並行に配置されていることを特徴とする、バッテリーモジュールケース。 - 前記サブバッテリーモジュールの前記複数の電極タブが形成された面に結合する上部ハウジングと、
各サブバッテリーモジュールが垂直または水平に摺動装着されるようにガイドする隔壁部が内側面に複数形成され、前記サブバッテリーモジュールの前記複数の電極タブが存在する面の対向面およびこれに隣接した一つの外周面が結合する下部ハウジングと、
前記上部ハウジングおよび前記下部ハウジングに結合されていない他の外周面に結合する側面ハウジングと、をさらに含み、
前記上部ハウジング、前記下部ハウジングおよび前記側面ハウジングが互いに結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールケース。 - 前記上部ハウジングおよび前記側面ハウジングの内側面には、各サブバッテリーモジュールが装着されて固定される隔壁部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュールケース。
- 前記下部ハウジングの前記側面ハウジングが結合する部分に第1挿入溝が形成され、前記側面ハウジングには前記第1挿入溝に対応する第1突出部が形成されて挿入結合し、
前記下部ハウジングおよび前記側面ハウジングの上側端部には第2挿入溝が形成され、前記上部ハウジングには前記第2挿入溝に対応する第2突出部が形成されて挿入結合することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュールケース。 - 前記上部ハウジングの長さ方向に関する両側端部に第1中空部が形成され、前記下部ハウジングおよび前記側面ハウジングの長さ方向に関する両側端部の前記第1中空部に対応する位置に、内周面にねじ山が形成された第2中空部が形成され、
前記第1中空部および前記第2中空部にボルトが挿入されて前記上部ハウジング、前記下部ハウジングおよび前記側面ハウジングが互いに結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュールケース。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールケースの外側面には、所定領域が中空となっている空気流動部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載のバッテリーモジュールケース。
- 前記バッテリーモジュールケースの内側面には、各サブバッテリーモジュールが装着されて固定される前記複数の隔壁部の間の空間に、互いに所定間隔離隔した少なくとも一つの緩衝部材が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュールケース。
- 幅方向に関する一側面と他側面が開放されて形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバッテリーモジュールケース。
