Description
Claims (8)
- ラミネートフィルムの外装体を有する1つまたは複数のパウチ電池であって、各々のパウチ電池が、前記ラミネートフィルムが熱溶着されて形成される熱溶着部と、前記熱溶着部の少なくとも一部に設けられるガス排出部と、を含んでいる該1つまたは複数のパウチ電池と、
前記1つまたは複数のパウチ電池を囲い、かつ、両端が開口されている収納部材であって、前記収納部材が、前記1つまたは複数のパウチ電池のガス排出部と連通される排出口を有している、該収納部材と、
両端に形成され設けられた開口を閉塞するように、前記収納部材に連結される一対の樹脂部材と、
を備える電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置において、
前記ガス排出部は、前記熱溶着部の他の領域と比較して、熱溶着されている部分の面積の幅が狭いことを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置において、
前記1つまたは複数のパウチ電池は、
各々のパウチ電池が、発電要素と、前記発電要素と接続される一対の電極タブと、前記熱溶着部の一部に設けられ、前記一対の電極タブを前記外装体の外部へ導出する一対の導出部と、を含み、
前記ガス排出部は、前記一対の導出部の間に位置することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項3に記載の電源装置において、
前記一対の樹脂部材は、それぞれの樹脂部材が、前記一対の電極タブのうち対応する電極タブを前記収納部材の外部へ導出するための貫通孔を有しており、前記貫通孔の内壁に沿ってシール部材が設けられていることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電源装置において、
さらに、前記収納部材内に配置される1つまたは複数の保持体であって、各々の保持体
が、前記1つまたは複数のパウチ電池のうちの対応するパウチ電池に対して、前記ガス排出部を覆うとともに、前記熱溶着部の少なくとも一部を挾持しており、かつ、前記ガス排出部に対応する位置に設けられる貫通孔部を含んでいる該1つまたは複数の保持体を備え、
前記収納部材は、前記貫通孔部を前記排出口に対応させる姿勢で前記1つまたは複数の保持体を収納しており、前記排出口から前記1つまたは複数の保持体の前記貫通孔部を露出させることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項5に記載の電源装置において、
さらに、上面を開口する開口部を有する第1のケース体と、該開口部を閉塞する第2のケース体と、を備え、
前記収納部材は、前記第1のケース体と前記第2のケース体の間に配置されており、
前記第2のケース体は、前記収納部材の排出口と連通されるダクト部を有することを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項6に記載の電源装置において、
さらに、前記ダクト部と前記1つまたは複数の保持体との間に配置され、前記1つまたは複数の保持体の前記貫通孔部の貫通孔に沿って位置する弾性部材を備えることを特徴とする電源装置。 - 請求項6または請求項7に記載の電源装置において、
前記第2のケースは、前記ダクトの延在方向における両端面に設けられ、かつ、前記ダクト部と連通する連結孔を有する一対の連結部を有し、
前記一対の連結部は、複数の第2のケースのダクト部を連結できるように、それぞれの連結部が嵌合可能な形状に形成されることを特徴とする電源装置。
