Description
Claims (12)
- 板形状の二次バッテリーであって、
電極アセンブリーがバッテリーケース中に取り付けられてなり、かつ、前記バッテリーケースが熱溶接により密封されてなる構造により構築されてなり、
前記電極アセンブリーがカソード/セパレータ/アノード構造を備えてなり、
前記二次バッテリーが、少なくとも一個のバルブ(一方向排出バルブ)を備えてなり、
前記バルブが、厚さが小さいものであり、密封部分に取り付けられ、前記バッテリーケースの電極アセンブリー受入部分における電極アセンブリーの外周部に形成されてなり、
内部の高圧ガスをバッテリーセルの外に排出し、かつ、外部のガスが前記バッテリーセルの中に導入されるのを阻止するものであり、
前記一方向排出バルブが、前記密封部分に取り付けた第一フィルムと、多孔質フィルムと、可変フィルムと、及び第二フィルムとを備えてなるものであり、
前記多孔質フィルムが、前記多孔質フィルムの、前記一方向排出バルブの外側末端開口部を除いた電極アセンブリーの外周部が前記第一フィルムに連結され、前記多孔質フィルムの外側末端が前記第一フィルムの外側末端よりも低い構造に構築されてなり、
前記可変フィルムが、前記可変フィルムの、前記一方向排出バルブの前記外側末端開口部を除いた電極アセンブリーの外周部が前記多孔質フィルムに連結され、前記可変フィルムの下側末端が前記多孔質フィルムに、前記可変フィルムの下側末端が前記多孔質フィルムの下側末端から予め決められた幅だけ分離された位置で連結され、前記可変フィルムの前記外側末端が前記多孔質フィルムの外側末端よりも高く、前記可変フィルムが、前記多孔質フィルムの材料より弾性の材料から製造されてなり、
前記第二フィルムが、前記第一フィルムの反対側で前記密封部分に取り付けられ、前記第二フィルムの、前記一方向排出バルブの前記外側末端開口部を除いた電極アセンブリーの外周部が前記可変フィルムの前記下側末端に連結されてなる、二次バッテリー。 - 前記バッテリーケースが、樹脂層及び金属層を包含するラミネートシートから製造される、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記シートがアルミニウムラミネートシートである、請求項2に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記電極アセンブリーが、折り曲げ、積重、または積重/折り曲げ型構造に構築されてなる、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記可変フィルムが、弾性材料から製造され、前記可変フィルムの前記外側末端が前記第一フィルムに向かって屈曲する、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーが、正常に作動する際、前記第一フィルムの前記外側末端が前記第二フィルムの前記外側末端と接触する、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記一方向排出バルブの前記外側末端開口部が前記バッテリーセルの外側と連絡するように、前記一方向排出バルブの前記外側末端開口部が前記密封部分中に形成されてなる、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記一方向排出バルブの前記外側末端開口部が、前記密封部分により、予め決められた幅だけ閉鎖される、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記一方向排出バルブの前記外側末端開口部を閉鎖する前記密封部分の前記幅が、前記密封部分の前記幅全体の10〜60%である、請求項8に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記多孔質フィルムが、ガス成分を通過させるが、液体成分の通過を最大限抑制することができる、気体及び液体分離フィルムである、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 前記バッテリーがリチウム二次バッテリーである、請求項1に記載の二次バッテリー。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の二次バッテリーを単位電池として包含する、高出力及び大容量の中型または大型バッテリーパック。
