Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 上下方向に立てられて左右方向に並べられた複数のパウチ型二次電池と、
内部空間に前記複数のパウチ型二次電池を収容し、左右方向に相互積層された複数のカートリッジと、
前記複数のカートリッジの前端側及び後端側の少なくとも一側面に備えられ、二つ以上のカートリッジと締結固定されるハウジングと、を含むバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記カートリッジの前端側及び後端側の少なくとも一側面の上部に締結固定されるアッパーハウジングと、前記カートリッジの前端側及び後端側の少なくとも一側面の下部に締結固定されるロウアーハウジングと、を備える請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記アッパーハウジングと前記ロウアーハウジングとは、相互フック締結固定される請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記アッパーハウジング及び前記ロウアーハウジングには、上下方向に結合孔が形成され、前記結合孔に同一の結合部材が挿入された請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記カートリッジと結合する内側に内側方向へ突出した形態の締結突起が形成され、前記複数のカートリッジの少なくとも二つ以上のカートリッジは、前記締結突起に対応するように外側に締結溝が形成され、前記締結突起が前記締結溝に挿入されることで、前記ハウジングが前記カートリッジと締結固定される請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記締結突起は、前記カートリッジに近くなるほど厚く形成された部分を備え、前記締結溝は、内側に近くなるほど厚く形成された部分を備え、前記締結突起と前記締結溝とは、上下方向に摺動結合可能に形成された請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のカートリッジの少なくとも二つ以上のカートリッジは、上端及び下端ともにおいて、上下方向の所定深さまで前記締結溝が各々形成された請求項6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のカートリッジの少なくとも一部のカートリッジは、前端側または後端側に前記締結溝が形成された請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前端側に締結溝の形成されたカートリッジと後端側に締結溝の形成されたカートリッジとが、左右方向に交互に配置された請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記カートリッジの前端側及び後端側ともにおいて備えられる請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カートリッジの前端側及び後端側の少なくとも一つには、前記複数のパウチ型二次電池の電極リードが備えられ、
前記ハウジングは、内側に位置して前記電極リードに電気的に接続するバスバーと、外側に突出するように形成されて前記バスバーに電気的に接続したモジュール端子と、を備える請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記ハウジングは、前記複数のパウチ型二次電池の電圧をセンシングし、センシングされた情報を外部へ伝達するコネクター端子を備える請求項11に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記複数のパウチ型二次電池は、少なくとも一部分が前記カートリッジに接着剤によって接着固定された請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 隣接する二つのパウチ型二次電池が、一つのカートリッジに接着固定された請求項13に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記カートリッジは、少なくとも一部分が熱伝導性高分子を含むか、または熱伝導性フィラー及び高分子を含む熱伝導性材料を含む請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項15のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項15のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
